One of Guelph's many great parks. There are often young soccer games going on in the background of the small play structure and large splash pad. There are proper washrooms when the splash pad is open and a fair amount of parking available. The trail that goes through this park connecting with a series of trails is wonderful - often hard to believe you are in the middle of a city.

David Rogers

Nice area, very large park with lots of animals. The parking lot is large but can get quite full when soccer games are being played. Both the playground and splash pad could use some improvements but they're still ok to use and get the job done to cool off on a hot day. Some vending would also be nice like they used to have at the splash pad.

Ian Cameron McLaren

Great splash pad, and the new playground is a nice upgrade.

Splash pad, small playground fields, trails, nice place for a walk

Hanlon creek park is a cute little park just south of stone road mall. The biggest thing to interest me is the easy access it had some truly great beginner biking trails. There is also a baseball diamond and a small playground. Except to see lots of dogs because those tails are a very popular place for local residents to walk their furry friends.

Not great. Old, small playground. No shade in morning/noon at play ground, splash pad or on trails despite seeming like there would be with so many trees nearby. Not much to see on the trails until much later on in the trek; hard to keep kids' attention.

Jatt Canada

Place for nature lovers.

Connie Reilly

Quiet and serene...mind you, the splash pad isn't open yet :)

Great park. Love the splash pad in the summer and the hiking trails are beautiful and well kept. There's lots of cattails and milkweed and I have seen deer walking through the forest. The park is age appropriate for my 2 year old and lots of fun for older kids as well. We have had lots of fun here.

Both our kids loved it here! (They are 2&5) although there was a fair amount of people at the park/splash pad there was still a lot of room and it didn't have the 'overcrowded' feeling. The play park has been replaced recently and has some pretty unique features. Our kids didn't mind but we overhead one complaint of "no monkey bar's". But we had fun!
