Nice place for kids - geared mostly ages 4+ but there is a tiny toddler/baby section. It would be much better if there was a second smaller climbing structure specifically for 3 and under. Price to get in is a bit steep considering what it is.

10 bucks for the play center is kind of on the expensive side. Go to bingemins one is bigger and cheaper. Arcade is falling apart . my opinion the owner is cheap by the look of this place. Little one had fun though so 3 stars for ur staff being friendly as well and take out the foam out of the house thats dangerous to little ones the house is made of wood ?

Price was defiantly a good value compared to other play centers. We actually drive from Toronto to this one because of the size and value. UPDATED JULY 1st 2015. Was very disapointed that google was showing this place as OPEN on Canada day. Drove the 75+ kilometers to get there only to find out it was closed!!! Not sure if that is googles fault or the business for not updating their info. Either way if I ran the business I would check these things out and if the info out was incorrect I would have it updated. Sorry that a minus one star!

Of course my 3-year-old had a couple temper tantrums, cuz he wasn't patient enough to wait for his aunt to come out of the washroom ???? (it was a birthday party for a friend's toddler) Luckily there was a stool sitting nearby I was able to use for any time outs. ???? But it was very nice, very spacious and a LOT of fun for everyone involved.... Thank GOODNESS that the playplace offers extra pairs of socks for just over a dollar- completely forgot my pair at home!

We had a birthday party there. Sure the place is fun, but when the worker takes her boyfriend behind the counter and makes out with him at a kids place, and no security (at all), kids could run out without the parents. Someone could easily take your kid out. Not impressed.

Kids had a fantastic time. Impressed on how clean and new everything looks. Lots of room for the kids, as well as seating room for us adults to sit and relax. They also have a good variety of food, as well as very safe in terms of kids not being able to go in and out of the facility which I appreciated. Will visit again soon.

Saying this place does not accommodate those with special needs is hogwash. This stemmed from a girl with cp (having to wear her shoes and ankle braces) being told that she could not on one particular structure. She was allowed exceptions in other areas in the no shoes facility. This business did what they could to accommodate this girl. The manufacturer of the structure said no rubber soles because shoes have a higher potential to get stuck causing injury to herself or other children. This place is very fun for kids and will go back again.

BOYCOTT THIS ESTABLISHMENT !!! I am absolutely disgusted at this business. You turned away a child because she has Cp !!!!! Are you kidding ?! So now a disability stands in the way of a child experiencing the same activities as one without ??? I for one will never again support such a horrible place !!! The owner should be ashamed of them self !!!! I was all set to have my sins birthday party, seeing as due to discriminatory circumstances I wouldn't be able to invite children with disabilities I wouldn't want to have it there anyway !! It's a fairly typical indoor play center. It was staffed by a single individual who didn't pay much attention to the child-proof gate. If you bring a child with autism I wouldn't let your guard down. Food and drink process are steep and sparse all at once.

Nothing but excellent experience when taking my kid to the playground but also when celebrating his birthday party. Everyone working there exceeded to make this day unforgettable for him. Will definitely keep going there. Don’t understand how people leave negative comments either because of misinformation by not listening to both sides or by punishing an establishment for following rules. If in disagreement with rules work in a civilized manner to change rules but not harass by endangering the endurance of a business that has brought not only entertainment for our little ones in a safe way but also assisted parents who needed some relaxed time off while our kids run around in a controlled environment.

This was our first visit here. My wife and I took our one and a half year old son. First, we were really impressed that you only pay for the children that are playing, and the cost was very reasonable. Second, they have a variety of play equipment for the age ranges they advertise they cater to, and parents are encouraged to play with children. While we were there, there were four birthday parties going on which made things a little chaotic but we were still able to have fun regardless. We didn't take part in the arcade activities or order any food as we were only there for a couple of hours in the morning, but we saw plenty of people taking advantage of it and prices looked reasonable. We will definitely be planning to return in the future. Thanks again for a wonderful time!

It's a small facility that charges almost same amount as funworx in Kitchener which is much bigger with much more things to do covering a greater age group. My kids were board in less than an hour of playing there.

Big, bright, and clean. My son loves playing on the indoor climber, basketball court and all the toys. On slow days, you can come and go. Food is allowed from the outside, no peanuts. Change tables are conveniently located in both restrooms.

In fairness to the owner of this business, there are a lot of people who are just as ignorant and clueless when it comes to integrating and accommodating people with special needs. As a small business owner, I hope this is an important life lesson. Tip: put socks over the shoes!! Kudos to the Dad for holding this person accountable.

Nice and clean. It was terrific to find a gym set that our 2 year old could safely enjoy, but that would accommodate both of us playing with her too! We had a blast! Child was thoroughly exhausted. Awesome!

I think it's over priced , and I find it odd that it's closed at 8 pm during the week and closed at 6pm on the weekends should be opened later on the weekends especially now that the cold weather is coming parents are always looking for ways to keep kids busy and six is so early for a weekend night should be the other way around

Bagels, pizza, coffee, and slushies also available. • Seating: Plenty of comfy couches and chairs throughout, plus a dining area near the front with tables and chairs. • Condition/Cleanliness: Pretty good - shiny clean bathrooms and tidy equipment. Some minor wear here and there (e.g. cracks in pleather couches), and toys from the open toddler area tend to migrate and clutter up nearby floors. • Parking: There's a single row facing the building - we've had trouble finding a good spot on really busy days, but mostly it's fine. • Features: Fun 3-level play apparatus with twisty and wavy slides, unique plasmacar track encircling an enclosed miniature basketball court/soccer room, open toddler area with foamy blocks and assorted oversize toddler toys, tokens/tickets/trinkets-style arcade and amusement games (you'll need cash to buy the tokens), playhouse, pinata area (for birthdays). • Overall: A bright and spacious spot! The track+court centerpiece is the standout feature here, really encourages active play. Relatively quiet and hangoutable for parents.

Great place for kids. Seems to be an undescovered gem. The play house is so cute. I love that there are lockers and a it's an open space so you can sit anywhere and see your kids. The couches are weird... Not overly comfy, and there needs to be music I think. It's is really nicely decorated and the staff are great. It's clean and very colorful. You can bring food in from outside as long as it's peanut free. Party rooms look fantastic. Only other suggestion would be to have little cards on the table or signs on the wall with the WIFI password.

I used to come here all the time with my girls great place during school hours to let your wee ones run wild. I would not recommend going afterschool or on weekends. Also be prepared for you child to be sick within 2-3 days of being here. I chose to have my daughters birthday here and i absolutely will not do that again... way overpriced for 2 hours you pay more to use the room and i was told that once our party was done we were expected to leave! I dont think I will be returning to this place. Just a suggestion to have your child where socks with grips as the floor around the basketball court will seriously harm a child one day. At least 1 child slips and smokes their head on the basically concrete floor every time I've been here.

Great place if you have young kids. Our 2 year old had an amazing time there and didn’t want to leave. Great place to go on a rainy spring day or for a birthday party. The staff were very friendly and the play areas were very clean. Will for sure take our son back again!

The playground is bright, big and clean. The playground is awesome. My two year old had a blast on the various levels. It's really unfortunate that there was a situation here with a child who has a special need. I haven't read the description of what happened but noticed the poor rating on Google. I grew up with a sister who wore braces and there were many times when businesses had to make difficult calls about accessibility or safety. Sometimes the two things can't both be satisfied. Again I don't know the story. I hope the little girl found an indoor playground that could accommodate her, the business owner apologized and I hope this doesn't negatively affect this business as it's really a wonderful establishment.

They always are very clear with the playground's rules explanations and the equal treatment that have been with all the children who come to the place, regardless of their condition, as long as it does not affect the safety of other people that are enjoying the place.

Fun place! Always our go to for indoor play. Arcade machines are a bit wonky but the girls behind the desk are always great at recovering lost/eaten tokens and sometimes give the kids a few extra for the inconvenience. The play structure is fairly large and a fun obstacle course for kids 3+ and adults can fit too which is a lot of fun. There is a good sized fenced in basketball/soccer field in the center with a dining area, snack bar and very nice infant section. So far we have never been told theres a time limit. I bring the kids after 4pm (when its cheapest) and pack a dinner (outside food is allowed except cakes and party stuff, etc) so we go and play from about 4-8 when they close and eat dinner there sometimes. My kids are starting to get a bit big for it, its mostly ideal for kids 6 and under. We try to go when its least busy so we arent bonking into a ton of wee ones and the weather isnt park ideal. Never had a problem or complaint though. Weekends are busy, especially with parties happening so we avoid weekends at all costs haha. But its a great place to go and hang out, play with the kids, arcade games, eat. Actually, one thing I do wish they had was a water fountain. Thats the only thing I would change if I could. We bring resuable water bottles and refill them in the washroom right now.

I took my grandkids here today, they are 2 and 4. We had the best time. I believe we stayed for at least 2 hours probably more. Very clean, in fact a young lady wiped down the equipment twice while we played. Very friendly staff. Reasonable prices on food, lots of clean table and chairs for us to have a snack on. Can't wait to go back again.

There isn't much here for the kids other than the large play equipment. Of the very small selection of old and weathered games to play only 4 of them worked. The 2 ski balls, the basketball game and the frog race thing. There is an enclosed area with two basketball nets but only 2 balls total for the dozens of kids to share. The young ladies working there were nice enough. We had no problem with them. We weren't there as part of a birthday party group so I have no idea what that service is like.

If your lawyer is decent he/she will agree! People make mistakes, and respond without thinking sometimes. I am sure the owner is not as heartless as she seems right now. My child had a party here. Many issues, the workers tried to push us out before our party had even ended. Left cleaning supplies around in reach of children, and to top it all off had the audacity to raise their voice to our children. We've done parties here before but can say this will be the last. the Girls working there shouldn't be near children whatsoever especially after raising their voice to a child on their birthday. They had the lights off before 6 to try to push us out as well.

Kind of expensive for what it is if you have more than one or two kids. Take advantage of cheaper late entry rates. Place is really clean considering how many kids (especially kids with colds) visit this place daily. They have a small area for babies, but this place is really geared to 3+. An awesome place to help kids run off energy especially when weather doesn't permit a visit to a playground. Must wear socks (adults too!) But they also sell them there if you forget. Snacks and drinks are reasonably priced and they don't mind outside food/drinks. There is an eating area with tables, party rooms for prebooked birthday events, play house, play structure (the best part imo) and arcade games. Considerably quiet given all the noise. Can be cold when not busy.

Been here twice! Beautiful big play area and structure. Son loves it! Only thoughts are no music playing and front gate is not locked. Son can open door and go out/people can walk in. Kinda strange and safety issue. But keep a close eye on your little one and youre good! Would reccomend for a fun energyry burning day!

I don't recommend this place one bit. Not at all. Rude staff. Kids always get sick after being there. It doesn't get cleaned like it should be for the traffic it gets. Its more of a joke now really. Will not return. Better options to choose from elsewhere
