Super fun. For a family of four, $68 for an hour turns out to be a great deal. We had a blast. The staff is great and the activities are well worth the price of admission. The foam pit is a blast. The socks provided are incredibly thin and are unlikely to survive more than a couple of visits, but they're included in the family price, so we'll likely just get new ones next time.

I feel like families just drop off their kids here, and the management doesn't seem to care. A good time if you enjoy out of control kids and want your own to pick up bad habits.

So much fun. This is an excellent, family friendly, healthy place to go. The prices are reasonable. I wish they would develop the upstairs observers lounge a bit more - more comfortable seating - perhaps a TV or two...it feels a little like a corral. Update: not public or free WiFi....I says pardon??

This is a great place for even adults to go and play! We went on a Tuesday evening and it was incredibly quiet. We paid for an hour, which doesn't seem like a long time, but it was plenty long enough!

Completely aimed at younger children (12 and under) but fun for the teens and adults too. Because they have a mix, it would be nice to see areas for the older customer as much as they had areas for the younger ones (6 and under)

A few safety concerns and the staff are all very complacent and bored seeming every time I've been. They don't enforce the posted rules and don't seem to be watching anyone anyway. Fun place though! You'll die of exhaustion from running around if you don't injure yourself before then. Foam pit has a split between the mats at the bottom so youll land on concrete from 10 feet if you aim wrong. You sign a waiver for a reason

We just had a birthday party there. One of the kids lost their hoodie and we called to see if they could find it. An employee named Tyson looked EVERYWHERE for it and I mean he even went outside to the parking lot to look. He found it under a vehicle's tire, waited for the vehicle to leave and brought it back in to the front desk. Like that's Incredible, above and beyond. We are so grateful and highly recommend this place. This Tyson fella deserves a raise.

It's a great workout for the kids and adults. The place is huge and can accommodate a lot of people. There are breakout rooms for dodgeball that are very fun. There are a foam pits to jump into or play around in. There is an observation deck for parents who do not want to participate. The place is cleaned regularly and was clean when we were there. You can have parties there. You have to be very aware of those around you because kids are jumping everywhere.

An alright place to spend time, regardless of age. Price is not terrible but could be better at $17/ hour. The $3.50 for the sock fee is absurd but if you plan on coming back I suggest keeping the socks for the next time. Biggest concern to me is the 2 light fixtures I saw dangling dangerously with one of the fixtures cover plate about to fall off. So for me as safety is a big concern it's not worth the risk. Staff in the trampoline area are also not interested in supervising as they were seen multiple times goofing off today at 11:30-12:30. 4/21/2019

It was our first time there, we paid for 3 people for an hour as we had no idea how long the kids would be before they got bored. When the hour was up I went up to the desk to see about paying for another hour only to be told that since I was paying at two different times I could not get the same deal as I would if I paid for 2hrs at the beginning. So I would have to pay double. Well to me that’s just a money grab, you didn’t get our money for the second hour as we left. Why scare customers away if your willing to give a deal then honour the deal before they walk out the door, don’t be greedy about it! Also the upstairs viewing area was very dirty, tables needed a wiping and floors needed sweeping yet there were staff just standing around.

I've brought my kids here a few times now. It's a fun place to go with the family and get some exercise. I would not suggest their birthday party packages. The "catering" wasn't the best and the value for your money is not there. My kids were thirsty and they would not give us the pop that was included in the price (which you only get two fountain pop jugs) until after the the kids were done jumping, so we asked for water and never did receive that either. We were under the impression that we would have a private room, we never did, there was reserved seating upstairs instead. My other son wants a jump yard party, we will not buy another package, next time we are paying for the kids to jump, and then going over to humpty's for a meal and cake. It will cost around the same amount but we figured the service will be better. Over all is a good place to go and have fun for an hour, not a place to make a memory.

My daughter loves this place and it's even fun for me. I thought it wasnt going to be enough time the first time I went so we added on but we were all worn out after. It's a fun place to take the whole family. Thinking about a birthday party here they gave some great deals. Everytime we went everyone has been friendly and helpful. Older kids playing dont watch out for the smaller kids which can be s pain but staff is great I just wish more parents were there to watch there kids behavior. It's not up to the staff to discipline other people kids. Well it shouldn't be.

I've been numerous times while It's always been a fun time at the Jump Yard, one of the staff members had been a major pain & unprofessional on 3 different occasions. On a completely unrelated visit my 5 year old had an accident where her knee went the wrong way. While the staff were very helpful that day but no follow up was completed as promised.

Great facility, staff seems to not care too much watched as four of the floor staff stood on the side showing off a fresh tattoo and chatting rather than checking on the facility. If this is what they get paid for they might as well get a cardboard cutout of a person to watch over things. We watch out for our kids when they go here. Great option for the kids to stay active though.
