It's the best place when u win, and the waitresses are really nice and a few pretty ones. Manager is a typical kid who was picked on in his early years as he walks around like he's somebody making 18/hr, but I'm someone who knows nobody in this town so its a good social place for me.

After a long day on the road with my rv, I stopped into this Casino's parking lot hoping to overnight park. The signs said you need permission from mgmt. Walking up to the door, the very polite doorman directed me to the Customer Service desk. Shelley at the desk was very helpful and friendly. The casino only asks that you sign in with them. Quick and easy. Very friendly. Thank you.

Worst customer service ever! I'd give it a zero if I could. I was kicked out essentially, for having narcolepsy. I had been playing the slots, but spent my budget and so I went to sit in the sitting area to wait for my husband to finish playing. I started to get sleepy, as narcoleptics do and they asked me to leave because of it. When I explained I have a medical condition that makes it nearly impossible to stay awakesime times they said they didn't care and told me I had to leave. to be clear, I hadn't even been sitting there for 10 minutes. I could see if I had been drinking, but I don't drink, sleeping at a machine or causing a disturbance but I was sitting in their designated sitting area in a chair in front a television with my head down looking at my phone. I was nodding off, but not even asleep. It was incredibly humiliating. I understand casinos have to have rules, but if that's the case they might try explaining them to me

Great spot for hanging out with your friends. Karaoke and then get some wins there. I love the welcoming environment when you walk in. They have wonderful staff who take your order right away. They make sure you are taken care of first thing. The food is great, hot and fresh out of the kitchen. The music is all kinds of good. From 80s, 90s and even some from today's music. Very diverse to any age group that walks in. Definitely reccomend this place if you're visiting GP. ????

If shoveling bill after bill into machines without even small paybacks is your idea of a good time then this is the casino for you! Come here for the food. Maybe even the live entertainment. Just like a real zoo, do not feed the goblins! They don't ever quit eating your $20s. There's a reason why you see people crying in the parking lot every time you go here. I am not a lucky guy. The only exception would be bringing a beautiful lady with you. They will feed the goblins one 20 dollar bill and win $255 right in front of you. No shame at all. She's a lurker but it paid off this time. The secret might be to lose my money first, then put in your own $20 for the big win. Beautiful and smart. I guess I might be lucky afterall.

I can't comment without giving a star but even 1 star is not worth it to the bar and restaurant. Went there to order but they are not very accomodating and right away the waitress said, What do you want? Never say, Hi/ hello or how may I help you? Customer service is really bad and I know how hard and busy to work in a restaurant because I work in a restaurant too. But the attitude and work ethic they did to me and to my friends goes to show what kind of employee they are. They don't deserve a penny for a tip! On the side note food isn't that bad but the service they give to us.

The steak was great, perfectly cooked and for a decent price. The (white) wine selection was awful, cheap wines with terrible flavours. The glasses were chipped and kept cutting our lips. Our server wasn't the best, kept coming to our table that had a lot of people but didn't grab drinks for everyone and we had to get her attention to make sure we got served as well.

Excellent food as I am not much of a gambler. The facilities are exquisite the staff is the best around. Have had many things on the menu from the sandwiches to the steaks. New roullette machine is pretty shady their odds on all machines are pretty bad. Black jack dealers get 19s 20s and 21 pretty much everygame. Bar and restaurant staff are great and very friendly. Everyone on the floor complaining about a pandemic needs to communicate with their door staff better. If someone IS ASTHMATIC stop forcing people to wear a mask when it affects them.

Was a nice casino, just one recommendation is that the bartenders serve patrons that are just drinking pop and water. Seemed like they only served people who drank alcohol. I didn't get my drink of sprite for 2 hours

Don’t go this place for table games, as soon as we had the table winning they switched out the roulette dealer 4 times aftet every 2 spins instead of the 30 minute dealer time They will take your money with out a fair try
