I think this is a really cool attraction, nice staff, good safety precautions. Just that the ride is about 30 seconds, it’s a bit pricy but I assume there’s a lot of expenses in operations like this. It felt a bit underwhelming? But maybe because I hyped it up to be so scary when your up high! Also be prepared for some walking and climbing up stairs, as you have to walk to the location (short walk) they let you go in pairs so you can go with a friend! It’s a bit confusing to get there, not a lot of direction on where to park and very few signs showing you where to go. I think it’s cool Ottawa has an attraction like this, I just wish it was a longer experience.

Ziplining is such an exciting activity that allows you to feel free. After searching for Ziplining opportunities to take advantage of while in Ottawa, I came across Interzip Rodgers in Gatineau, QC. It is literally just a short walking distance after crossing the Portage Bridge. This is perfect for individuals driving/biking, using public transit, or walking. Booking the activity was extremely easy, and the added bonus was purchasing a video recording of myself actually Ziplining!!! This was perfect as I was rolling solo. I love my video keepsake that I could share with my family and friends of my experience. Being able to zipline was definitely amazing. However, it was the service of the entire Interzip Rodgers team that truly blew me away. From beginning to end they all were fantastic. There are moments when you have the pleasure of experiencing great service from a single member of a team, but to feel that from an entire team is out of bounds amazing. Savannah, Enrick, Kallyna, and Elena all were full of positive energy and professionalism while welcoming customers, making sure everyone is checked in properly and given necessary equipment. I was able to have my bag safely secured and tagged at the office until I had completed the activity. They also made sure I had gotten everything I needed to access my video recording. Fred was exceptionally professional, personable, and patient while making sure all of the participants were given clear and proper demonstration and guidance getting our equipment fully on and everyone prepared to actually zipline. He was attentive and made sure no participant felt left behind. Nick and Paula did a fabulous job at making sure participants felt comfortable and were fully ready to take off across the Ottawa river. At the end it is an automatic stop zipline where Adam and Hyland made sure everyone able and slightly able to do pull up out of the harness all still safely got. Bless their heart and strength. Martin also was great, making sure to efficiently follow up with customers. I can confidently say I would zipline with Interzip again and recommend to anyone in the area looking for a fun and unique activity. Tell next time stay awesome Interzip Rodgers!

Great ride on the InterZip today. Staff was very friendly and they take the safety of the riders seriously. Only critique would be that they shud warn riders about the sudden braking. They put you in ready position, but it is quite the jolt when you stop.

Just an incredible experience. 45 seconds of Ottawa/Gatineau like I've never seen it before. I went with my 8 year old who was a total champ. I have to mention that the Zipline is amazing but I was also totally wowed by the staff: in the office, at the tower and landing pad they were a fantastic team. From checking us in, to securing our harnesses and words of encouragement and sharing our excitement at the end. It made our outing so much better.

Short trip, but fun. Staff is excellent. But for god sake, get the staff on the Gatineau side some shade. They roast out in the open. Oh, and go to the Gatineau side first to get your stuff. Then you walk back across the bridge to the Ottawa side to zip. Fyi. There is an auto brake stop at the end. It's a bit abrupt, so follow the instructions they give. When you are done, stop at Beau's for a beverage.

The ride was super fun. We asked for the bottom to shake the cables so the ride was a little more scary, and it was amazing! Highly recommend asking for that!! I found the staff knowledgeable and made you feel safe and welcome but I wasn't impressed with the people at the very front desk. We didn't have a phone that did the waiver online so we had to use their iPad which seem to be an inconvenience to them. I had some questions and the girl didn't seem like she cared to answer any. They aren't very informative on where you have to walk either. They point in one direction and if you can't see (which I couldnt) you have to figure it out for yourself. Staff passed the front desk are super ???? It was a very hot day, but didn't make the experience any less fun!

An enjoyable experience but too short in duration for the cost. The equivalent in Montreal is half the price. Although the atmosphere in Montreal is more like a carnival with a barker at the tower entrance trying desperately to attract customers. This effectively cheapens the experience. All in all, the scenery and the friendly professionalism of the staff at Interzip Rogers is probably worth the premium price.

We showed up an hour early from our booking. There were about 8 to 10 employees behind the counter preparing equipment. All were side by side, none wearing a mask as per CoVid guidelines. We were confused thinking that masks weren't mandatory in Quebec. We left, looked it up and it turns out masks are mandatory. We went back to cancel and explained the reason. The lady behind the counter was embarrassed, went to get her manager who didn't come to talk to us. We got the refund we asked for. But not following provincial guidelines is illegal, wrong and misleading to clients that come in. I really wanted to go zip lining, but not like this.

The signs are confusing and not well placed. Upon arrival there was a lack of clear direction. After talking with a service representative outside who said we where good to go we walked in. There was again a lack of clear direction but once we got called over to a desk we explained our situation. I had one ticked booked and a try again pass. The first thing the on site manager said was "we can't do that" not even a hello. She didn't address me at all until some time later. Eventually I thought we came to an agreement. I got weighed then she asked my friend for his ticket. That's what we had been talking about for 20 minutes. She then says "we are fully booked for today" makes me pay again and reschedule for another day. I constantly had to ask what was happening. I was asked to call the person who bought the ticket as a gift multiple times which did not help us. No one was talking to me and I felt thoroughly disrespected the whole time. In it's current condition. I can not in good conscience recommend this service to anyone I care the slightest about.

We had a time slot and we waited around for others in the same time slot and when there was a large group of people, they just told us to walk across the bridge? Over at the zip line side, you then queue up for your turn… I think there would be less waiting if you just walked over when you got your equipment and then just queue up at the zip line. Just a thought…

Super fun! If you go during the week, the whole thing will take much less than the 1 hour the website says to account for. Very efficient with their safety training and spreading out the groups for social distancing. The video souvenir you can buy is very cool, shows the zip from multiple camera angles and has sound, and they give you a qr code you can share with your friends and family. Very cool activity.

This was fun! It was a great experience and good value for money. Beautiful views, very safe, and excellent staff. I was nervous, but the staff were so kind and helpful. The stairs to walk up to the launch were pretty high and you had to walk the stairs. Parking was easy right in front of the Zibi condo. Highly recommend this experience! My kid (who is 7) and my dad (who is 72) both loved it!

It's worth doing it once as a tourist attraction. If you have been to aerial trekking parks and zip lines, then the entire process will seem too long for just 40s down the zip line. It took us more than one hour between checking in, walking to the tower and waiting for your turn to go up. Still worth doing it once.

Had a great view. Lots of stairs leading up to the zip lining. If you have knee problems be aware. My partner has had 5 knee surgeries and had a lot of difficulties walking up 142 stairs. Also note they weigh you when you go in. There is a weight restriction of max 250 pounds. The view is very beautiful. Doesn't go very fast, so its not to scary, unless you are afraid of heights

Tons of wasps, long wait, pretty disorganized, have to walk across the bridge with your gear dangling, short ride. Nothing really enjoyable. Response: Disorganization in the ordering of groups and the amount of large groups all in the building at once. Perhaps I just went at a very busy time or when large families were there but really no way to distance from them. I cannot fault you for the existence of wasps however I can say having a garbage can literal feet away from your door certainly does not help. You could also consider other extremination methods to at least reduce the amount of them. I will however add to my original review that I have ziplined at quite a few other places before and live in Ottawa so that may add to why I did not enjoy it all that much. If you're on vaccation here and it's your first time zip lining, might not be so bad to do this.

Overall was a fun experience! Staff at the front office and tower all provided top notch service and are all very friendly and helpful. The zipline itself was a smooth ride. Very peaceful and zen. It provided a unique perspective of the city. Ride was too short to really take everything in. Was trying to race my buddy, he won in the end. Was more pumped climbing up the stairs haha. Good to try once for those outside of the city or from the city. $40 price point for me personally is a one time thing. If it was $20-25 would consider going again.

Fast fun activity if you are tired of wandering through museums! A little pricey but probably one of the more exciting Ziplines (more exciting than Niagara's, for example). Staff were friendly and efficient. The tower is very high (if you are afraid of heights like me), but the ride is not that scary!

The staff here were fantastic. They were helpful and personable. I felt safe and secure the whole time. My 81 year old grandmother even participated and had a great time. The hardest part were the many stairs up the tower. The staff were very accommodating and no wan seemed to mind letting her take a break a couple of times on a couple of the landings. Unfortunately, it's way to short an expirience. You barely get going and it's already time to get in the breaking position and get ready to stop. Overall still a great family friendly experience. I recommend going at sunset. The views are very nice and the temperatures are more ideal during the summer. I'm glad I did it, I am not sure I would bother going again.

Overall a great experience! Make sure you arrive 30 minutes before your booking time as it mentioned this in the confirmation email but can be easily missed. Definitely suggest parking on the QC side as that is where you will need to check in, get weighed, grab your gear and then walk over as a group to the Ottawa side. This is then where you will zip line back down to the QC side and drop off your gear. They have a small boutique section with affordable tshirts, back packs and hats you can buy, which was pretty cool. The ziplining itself really only lasted about 40 seconds. I wish it was longer but hey it's still worth it! The staff were all awesome but special shoutout to the crew at the top and bottom of the zipline! They were hilarious and did their best to calm our nerves LOL I'd like to also give a shout out to the NEW HOT 89.9 for our free winning tickets to Interzip!! :)
