Wonderful scenery.
You always enjoy a walk!!!&
This place was really nice. Had the pleasure of visiting in the autumn while the colours were all changing. Another beautiful provincial park of Canada ????????
Great Park
Nice views, easy trail.
Not to be missed wonderful green space to be enjoyed all year long. In the summer, enjoy the Meech Lake or Philippe Lake beaches. In the fall, go for a walk in the colorful wood, in areas such as Pink Lake. Or go enjoy the view from the belvedere. In winter, go cross-country skiing. In the spring, go for a walk and enjoy nature coming back to life and get back on the wonderful bike paths.
Beautiful

Great place for all year round summer fun, from hiking during the year to snowshoeing and cross country skiing. Its close for Ontarians to come to. Although I would check whether its permissable to travel into Québec at this time.
????????????????????????????
Pink lake was absolutely beautiful- slightly populated but everyone kept their distance. Love all the stairs and watching the fish in the water! The parking lot is closed but we found another route in- highly recommended looking at the trail system map before going and having a “back up plan”
(Translated) The best place in the Outaouais for hiking. Many tracks at your disposal, well marked and easily traceable. (Original) Le meilleur endroit en Outaouais pour pratiquer la randonnée pédestre. De nombreuses pistes à votre disposition, bien balisées et facilement traçables.
Amazing people friendly very nice city unfortunately sometimes feel like tourists aren't too welcomed in certain areas but that is my opinion it's definitely a beautiful part of Canada to explore unfortunately enforcement there seems to be an issue they have been on strike for a long long time which makes you wonder
Our family loves this park for the trails and the beautiful scenery.
First timer as an Ottawa native. Not sure why I never went before. Beautiful area with fall colors at their finest. Seems like a popular place too, lots of traffic, hikers, bikers! Will definitely look into Gatineau Park more and see what else it has to offer!
Beautiful Park, couldn’t see all the lakes because the park was fully packed on thanksgiving day. Finding a parking spot was a nightmare.
Went there on Thursday with my family and was disappointed that the road into the interior of the park was closed. On foot we only had access to one nature trail. Why not keep the road open!
Beautiful trails both in the summer/fall and in the winter. Perfect for snowshoeing.
Gatineau Park, situated in Quebec near the shores of the Ottawa River, is a paradise for the outdoor minded all year round, with hiking/biking trails, Nordic and alpine skiing and acres and acres of land for the adventurous to explore. Near Gatineau and across the river from Ottawa, the park enjoys proximity to population centres to attract a steady stream of visitors.
Beautiful very well maintained bicycle paths run through the park, as well as along the main road at times. One may chose to ride along side the automobiles etc. or just ride on the many beautiful Paths and trails. Its amazing just about a 10 =15 min. bike ride from dwntwn. Ottawa, your about80 % sure of seeing wildlife such as deer, and brown bears I belive. I stayed or Camped if you will for about 3 weeks at a location called pink lake. About 15 kms from downtown Ottawa. I would ride back and forth to Ottawa by bike almost every day. The main trails head north aprx. for about 45 kms. where I belive are some real Camp grounds. Camping is not really permitted in the Parc, so I just put up a small tent in secluded spots and moved it every day, also I didnt make fires or littered. Learned that in the militia, when I left the next morning you would not have known anybody had been there.
Wonderful park to explore the views and get some fresh air excercise. Many different activities for people of all ages during all seasons. Especially great to take in the fall colours, make sure to check for potential road closures beforehand. The Gatineau parkway was closed on our visit making Pink lake difficult to access.
Although the snowshoe trails are all shared with fat bikes... there are too many and some do not follow the rules!

Beautiful
Excellent place for walking and cycling, kids really enjoy it I will comeback for sure
Beautiful place with tons of hiking areas and bike trails ????also it's free and way bigger of a park then i thought the time i went i walk from the entrance to the Pink Lake someome from the park was there explaining the location ????
Really nice trail. 66 connects to the Gatineau park pathway, 67 and 5. You can get to Pioneer Trail, Lac des Fees pathway. Great hike. Note that wild leeks are endangered and should not be picked. There's a wide variety of wildlife you might be fortunate enough to see. About as many cyclists as hikers. There are some inclines, but nothing too difficult for kids. I'd suggest leaving the stroller at home, however, especially if you go off the paved trails. There are not much in the way of rest areas along the trail itself, though there is the occasional parking lot. At the end of April there were only as handful of areas that were hard to cross on account of wet/muddy conditions.
When you block all of the parking lots for motorists, at least LET US KNOW BY PUTTING A SIGN THAT SAYS NO PARKING ANYWHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

✨????????????????????????????????????✨ ✨Happy New Year 2021 Gatineau Park !✨ ✨Spring season is here! ????????????????????????✨
Hiked this place with my husband and doggo last summer. The goal was to get to the cave, I wish I brought water shoes. But other than that, the hike and the place itself is beautiful. Right after the hike to the cave we ended up at lac Philippe. There is a little walk you have to make from the service point to the actual starting trail. Good luck!

Excellent, amazing and charming. Don't miss this park on fall. It's colorful with unbelievable view
Excellent park for all year around hiking, biking and enjoying nature. Lots and lots of trails to explore. There are may view points that can be accessed via car. Park is quite large with many access points so it's advisable to plan your trip with your interest in mind. There are restaurants near visitor centers. Parking can be issue during peak seasons.
Nice to enjoy the nature of fall colors
astonishingly beautiful nature! Pink lake is an amazing lake and Meech lake is a great place to swim!
After 2 hours drive , google maps showed open , Park was under construction and closed :;( not meet my expectations

(Translated) Magnificent!! Open all year round, there are more than 200km of hiking, biking and cross-country skiing trails in a well-preserved and accessible natural environment. There are also several supervised beaches, as well as camping sites, yurts and chalets. Be careful if this is your first visit, as signage on the trails is sometimes difficult to understand and the cellular network is intermittent. Do not expect family activities like Sépaq, but ask the group "Friends of Gatineau Park". (Original) Magnifique!!
Amazing place for hiking, cycling and connecting with nature

Great landscapes.
Nice area to go for a hike. Only issue is too many people and cyclists anywhere you go.
(Translated) Canada is one of the countries that I have enjoyed the most. Gatineau Park located in Quebec is an extensive park that you can enjoy for a whole day. Knowing its beaches, picnic areas and walks. It is another of the beautiful places that this country has, to enjoy nature. I met him in the summer. Such a wonderful place to be. So much to do and see. I visited in the winter, but would love to embark on some summer hikes here!
We are started in Chelsea and walked around. Trails were nice and very well marked. Great for dogs and very spacious for walking and biking but I do wish there were more garbage cans or rest areas for people. Walking to the peak was nice and definitely worth the hike.
Today, i visited my favourite hiking park during this COVID-19 lockdown period, and my oh my, what a wonderful experience it turned out to be. I really missed this park. What to do: Hiking, Snowshoeing, Biking, Running, Body Exercises, Yoga/Meditation, Walk dogs, Photography, Birds Watching. What Makes It Interesting: It is one of those parks where you could get actually natural body exercise. The trails are natural, not paved, so you get to work every body muscle. The trail consists of elevation, so your legs and body get great exercise. There's also bike trails for mountain biking. Tips: - Park the car on street in closet neighborhood because there is no official parking place yet. - Drop current location pin on Google maps if you think you could get lost. - Bring a snack because you'll get hungry. - Bring a doggy bag if plan on walking your dog. - Yoga mat if you plan on spending time on the top cliff. Have fun!
I could take you on a bike tour of Gatineau Park ---you will never forget --it"s fast-paced and our bike trails are the coolest. Excercise and the time of your life. Guaranteed!!! You have to be quite athletic though --if you want to keep up. Its a full circle of fun from start to finish. Half an hour of sheer excitement.
Beautiful place.
Very nice place.
Awesome view, good trails to do in family. A nice place to spend a day.

Always a great time, especially in October!!
The the place is like a city.
Last Time I visited, I was driving up to the Champlain lookout. As I was driving, a Huge Black Bear was on the side of the Road. I honked my horn and scared the Bear away. To all visitors, this place is out in the Wild and there's a chance you will encounter Wildlife. Be very Careful since Black bears or any Wild Life can be a danger to you or anyone else.
Great place for walks, hikes, skiing, rollerblading, biking, and dog walks.
(Translated) No access to Kings Mountain open by car, it was poorly signposted and I had to walk around the park to realize that all access was blocked. Access by bike was easy but with a 4 year old child on the slopes it is less easy. (Original) Aucun accès a kings mountain ouvert en voiture, c’était mal indiqué et j’ai du faire le tour du parc pour me rendre compte que tout les accès était barré. Wonderful place to visit, close to Ottawa.
Best winter fat biking in the Ottawa region!
Didn’t get to spend too much time there the weather was very gloomy. Lots of wide trails to walk and things too see. Quick visit to the Abbey at McKenzie estate.
Lovely place
Love the size of the park. Many trails to explore, waterfalls, ruins, trails and beaches. Parking until 7 PM is roughly $12. Great place to take a getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. The size of this park allows for more than one visit with new places to explore.
Great Park! Very beautiful ????????????
Spectacular place worth to visit. During the pandemic, limited visitors access to the beach ???? especially in weekends. other activists on site “Bike ????♀️ , Hiking” booking online is not a solution, going so early helps to access wherever you want.

The best place to experience the wildness of nature inside the city . Beautiful lakes beaches trails . You can spend a hole day . There is something to do in every season . My favorite is fall . Check my photos . This year some of the lookouts are closed due to covid . Check before you go . I recommend the pink lake and Mitch lake . It is 20 min drive from downtown Ottawa nice shops try la cigal ice-cream .

Beautiful views from the lookouts!!!!
Amazing area to go during fall. Cool and calm atmosphere.
All sorts of trails for all sorts of activities year round among the trees and critters with some great views from numerous lookouts.
Wonderful. Full of Colors and adventures
Beautiful place but trails can be quite overcrowded. Used to love the Gatineau Parkway but now its closed to cater to cyclists even though they already had hundreds of kms of trails already. Its supposed to be a protected area but theres tonnes of homes within the park and even a ski resort.
