Nice marina, very busy. Bathrooms ok, but I felt more comfortable showering on the boat. Lots of slips, pump out, but no gas. Located within walking distance of the shops and restaurants of Ganonoque and the beach.

The friendly and knowledgeable staff are always helpful here. Parking in the summer is limited at the marina but a free shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes to a satellite lot.

Unfortunately there is no parking if you’re not a ‘seasonal pass’ holder and the staff are not helpful at all and were quite rude. Sad, because this is the main access point for a lot of the Thousand Islands National Park. There should be parking for National Park visitors that doesn’t require you to drop your boat and park across town...

Nice small friendly marina where you can dock your boat for free for a few hours and walk to the city for a quick bite or to make some grocery shopping. It's a nice little town with a small beach where the kids can splash.

Been there 15 years, half that at the same slip. Great bunch on the 500 dock, but the new 900 docks are populated by boaters who no longer walk the carts back to the office and let their hand dogs relieve themselves on the dock. Bathrooms desperately need a makeover and the Wi-fi system is pathetic but the proximity of the Blue Door Cafe and Indian food joint go a long way to easing the inconveniences. Our recommendation: free pumpouts and parking for long-term renters. You can't justify charging the rates you do unless you give something back. Word has it a lot of people are leaving because the Boomers are getting on and boating is too expensive and boring for their erstwhile replacements.

What a mess. Can't believe this town lets a construction site close roads. Terrible access to the ramp. No parking. Crazy. Guess the local businesses don't need my business...

Pamela and Office admin staff are wonderful to work with. Very pleasant and go the extra mile to satisfy our special needs. However the facilities are very very dirty. They force us to wear masks on the docks however they leave bathroom walls with stains of Feces (3 daya now) and dirt on bathroom walls and shower walls and floors are filthy. Also the dock slips have lots of grass and vegetation floating around D and the maintenance staff aren't cleaning them often. For some strange reason they LOCK the garbage and recycling Bins at night so we are forced to leave bags next to the Bins leaving them open to wild life curiosity. Old facility needing lots of upgrades. If you are considering docki g here, go the extra hour to PORTSMOUTH HARBOUR MARINA in Kingston. They are centrally located to anything you need and modern facilities that are kept clean.

Docked 2 times in a week and the marina was fine.

Parking is by permit only and very limited. People park illegally or with trailers on their lot all the time and it’s never enforced properly. The tickets are so cheap that most people don’t care if their car is ticketed because it’s cheaper than finding parking. New boat ramp is in the middle of the parking lot - very dangerous to park anywhere near.

They were very rude about my disability and basically told us we were not welcomed. If not of the fact we are busy with moving out of the province, we would probably press charge. I couldn't believe discrimination is still a thing in this time and era. None of the other place we visited in the area ever had any issues with my disability so I don't get it.

Good size boat rap. Not impressed with the overnight parking arrangements for my trailer in my vehicle. Had to park the boat trailer halfway across town. Be careful driving around there lots of construction in the area

The marina was nice but the showers were dirty and not enough bathrooms for a marina that size. The office staff told me one slip and when I got there, lo and behold there was a boat in it..it was in high winds so reversing out was dangerous then I had to constantly adjust until they could assign me another slip. No one was there to help me in. When I got to the office another person was there complaining about the same thing happening to them.

Good place to get out of the storm, but difficult approach due to a plethora of canoes and other paddle craft at the mouth of the harbour. There is a public dock that one can use free (good thing) for 4 hours, but then there is no way to get to the marine office from that dock unless you leave the harbour and go through some streets. There are no marine supplies, and no chandlers in town. There is no water available at the public dock or anywhere near the public dock.

We called to reserve a slip this morning. First we were told we are on a wait list, then we were told yes they have a slip for us. We traveled for hours to get here to find there was no slip or wait list! Staff was very unprofessional didn’t apologize or try to offer alternatives! I would not recommend this location as they are not trustworthy! Don’t waste your time!

Great Marina, only drawback is the limited parking, particularly in July and August when you may need to park at the lot that's away from the Marina and take the shuttle back

Great spot for overnight and seasonal docking jf available in the heart of the 1000 Islands. Short walk to Gananoque activities and restaurants. Showers free with the docking fee which is reasonable. Pump out facilities available.

I have been a seasonal boater there for several years and have to say it has declined dramatically since it was managed by Peter Small (RIP) There are special rights and privileges for certain boaters in the 900 dock area. Mounting deck boxes both dogs and people peeing off the dock and yes returning carts seems to be beneath them. The bathrooms are a disgrace I still cannot believe some of the reviews of it being clean?? I cant imagine what their home marina looks like if this is clean. It is in a great location and because of that the management doesn't care about their clients (seasonal clients) as there is a list to replace them. Some of the staff are ok the newest ones mostly because they have not fallen into the groove set by the older staff. When you have staff sitting around on their phones when there is obvious work to be done its discouraging knowing that your fees are paying for that service. The rates go up and the service goes down each year. There are some great boaters at this marina but too many transients and rules are not followed. I give it 1 star because of its location.

Stopped in for fuel and a pump out. SURPRISE. No fuel and pump out broken down (again) apparently. Not very professional.

Living The Boat Life

These guys are good but no diesel and the price is up there. Don't plan on mooring for the season unless you have some serious cash. But the service is great. Always a dock hand to help tie up and they have great bathrooms and showers. All in all a great place to spend the night with good power for bigger boats
