You have the reviews of real people who know the products and services of Fredericton Boyce Farmers Market (Tourist Attraction) in the territory close to Fredericton (Canada).
At the moment the firm receives a rating of 4.5 over 5 and this score was based on 127 reviews.
You must have seen that it reaches an feddbacks average is virtually the best one, and it is based on a very large number of feddbacks, so we may conclude that the rating is very credible. If many people have bothered to evaluate when they've done well, it works.
You know that we don't usually stop to place tatings when they are correct and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Tourist Attraction is included in the category of Farmers' market.
Full of wonderful craftspeople and artisans.
You can find a lot of things there. Fresh food and produce
Enjoy the local products. Support local. Helpful and friendly vendors. Be patient, because inside can get quite congested with customers. There are vendors and food trucks outside. Lots of goodies.
The produce is excellent. The meat products are from animals that are natural fed. The people are friendly. A Great setup for COVID19 ERA.
A great variety and a number of vendors to choose from.
Awesome place to get local foods and other products. Wether only for a snack or the weekly groceries, I can always find what I need to eat delicious food! There is a wide variety of produce, meats, cheese, breads and pastries, etc. The atmosphere is otherworldly!
A favourite spot for Frederictonians on Saturday morning is the Boyce Farmer's Market. There is a good selection of foreign and local foods. Not to mention, it's a great meeting spot for friends and family.
They promote segregation and discrimination.
Good place to get local food and products
Be sure to visit the Market when in Fredericton. Lots of food trucks, fresh produce, preserves, meat, cheese and some of the most beautiful baked goods. Amazing artisans and beautiful crafts. Nothing quite like it in any other city (IMO).
Its a good place to meet and talk with people. Also been there as a tradition. People come up every Saturday morning. Prices can be a bit high but you get fresh produce.
I go here every week for fresh local food. So many different shops! Always ends up being a great afternoon. Parking can be crazy... I park a block or more away. Plan to be on your feet, inside and outside.
Great food. Lots of vendors selling their products. Can be very busy with people.
Segregationists, promoters of forced starvation by limiting access to essential resources and discrimination based on medical staus. Do not support this market.
Always love going to the farmers market. Pretty much everything anyone wants is here.
Whenever we are in Fredericton we go here to get the fantastic baked goods.
Great atmosphere and everyone seems happy and passionate about their wares. It can be a bit too crowded at times though.
Lots of local art and crafts. Great selection of local meats, fruits and vegetables. Variety of food vendors.
Fresh vegetable and fruits. The Lebanese cookies are really delicious.
A must see when in Fredericton!
Love this place everybody is so nice and there's a lot things to see
I do not support their decision to ban people based on their own personal choice not to take an experimental jab or to not share their personal medical information.
I think the smooth parking is great for people now and the vendors are almost back to normal sales
Awesome place to go on a Saturday morning with friends and family. Lots of different kiosks (local fruits and veggies, food trucks, meat and fish, arts, etc.). I went for the first time today and it was packed. Some of the stands are outside and others inside.
Great Fredricton Saturday morning tradition. Great food. Great crafts.
Love this farmer's market. The right size for the crowds. Perhaps even a little undersized. Lots of great breakfast and takeaway options. Having the vendors outside is a welcome addition. Very social atmosphere and it appears to be a cornerstone event for many locals. "The other church"
good selection of vendors but often incredibly crowded. best to go early or there will be nothing left! I buy my weekly veg there and have to arrive by 7am to make sure I can get any.
I am an emigrant and I like this place. A wide selection and variety of cheese, fresh seafood and smoked meat, trinkets and essential oils - all of this you can find here. I'd say this place creates a certain atmosphere of the city. Local residents, made by their hands souvenirs and treats, freshly prepared coffee, it is definitely not just a market for me, it is immersion in culture and traditions of the city. If you're interested, you must definitely get here.
Gorgeous vegetables
You can't go wrong at this authentic market. Food, produce, crafts ect. A must do if your in town for a visit.
Shame for segregation
Simply a great farmer's market. So many different kinds of vendors, from fresh foods to prepared foods to crafts to art. It's a busy place, but well worth a visit. I was visiting from Alberta and very much enjoyed the time I spent at the Fredericton Boyce Farmers Market.
Love the different vendors. Always something great to offer
Great place for your fresh local basics! I love the kolz' mustard ????????
Awful place awful service
This a great farmers market. There is always a to e of vendors. They have fruits and vegetables, farm fresh eggs, fairies fron local farmers, different meat vendors, food from all over the world, craft vendors and more. Plan a few hours if you are going.
I always enjoy my time at the market! Busy place but great products.
There is always so much to see and fantastic food and fare from local businesses! An excellent way to spend your Saturday mornings!
A must go place when in Fredericton on a Saturday...
Great vendors, and Warung Indonesia is a must-stop food place. Warung even remembers my partner and I drink iced tea and have since supplied it for us. We also love the Noodle Lady: she has excellent variety and is very generous. Fantastic array of meats and cheeses, and the veggies can't be beat. A must-see for any tourist or local. 10/10.
Cheeses is awesome like it use to taste years ago.
I have only seen the market in the winter, so I can only imagine how great it will be in the summer, but it is a must every Saturday morning! I get most of my groceries for the week here, and the food options are amazing (pizza, donairs, sausages, schnitzel, etc).
Nice place to get fresh and local products
Since they discriminate against people, we will not support them. There are better places to shop.
Denying Canadians food... disgraceful & absolutely disgusting.
Amazing vibe, great vendors wish they had more !
Great selection of local goods. Busy location, with lots of smiles and good times .
Went to the F.M to see Default , a weird place to see a band, not complaining , just saying , would have been nice to get some pepperetes , but all booths were closed
You definitely need to arrive early if you are looking for something in particular. Bon magasinage. Bonne sortie. The food is great. La nourriture est excellente!
Great selection of stalls from local farmers, baskets and crafters. Many of the stalls seem to be cash only, but there's an ATM on site if you don't generally carry cash. Always a nice atmosphere, a buzz of happy people.
Great farmers market, one of the highlights of New Brunswick. There are lots of great food options and many great artisans and food places inside the hall. We really enjoyed the local goods and would highly recommend a stop to the market if you're in the area.
Great place. Awesome busy, place with food trucks too.
This place has great crafts here! Especially Ecofabmama. That place has the best socks in the entire world! They are so comfy!!
Wonderful way to invest an hour saturday morning ...The market is alive with voices , music, banter and faces . A trip through the vendors will provide your basket with fresh apple cider , veggies, baking and many manners of pallet testing foods . Well worth a visit !
If you like Farmers Markets you will not be disappointed here. Crafts, cheese, fresh vegetables, meats, beverages, preserves, treats, food trucks etc.
This is by far the best farmer's market I've been to in Atlantic Canada, and perhaps even Canada. It's historic (established early 1980's) and full of amazing local produce, delicious cheeses, great coffee in the back of the building (try to get there early for one of the limited seats), a good hearty breakfast (seetng is also limited), and samosas that usually have a line up to get (although Fredericton's best samosa vender of all-time, Patel's, is no longer in business, the two serving samosas today are solid options). The outdoor food trucks are also what make this market special. My go-tos are chicken souvlaki and sausages. If you are there around Christmas time they have the top Christmas trees and wreaths around, as well as lots of great craft items for gifts. Saturday mornings at the Fredericton Boyce Farmer's Market are truly a treat.
Highly recommend a visit to this location, lots to see and do, come hungry!
I have been to a few concerts here and find the layout to be kind of awkward and too dark. Also would love to see one of the smoothie vendors be open during at least part of the night to have a non alcoholic treat while enjoying the show.
even with Covid there is still a good selection of goods
A really fun part of Fredericton if you’re in town on Saturday mornings and early afternoons. The samosas and fresh donuts are especially good. ????????
Wall to wall people and you couldn't really get a good look at anything with that kinda crowd. But I do recommend Poppy's Popcorn outside, handmade kettle corn. It's delicious and he makes it right there.Even fresh squeezed lemonade. That was all I could handle.
A busy, alive market with lots of selection. Very popular as well.
There so much variety of things there, most people are reasonably priced, and there's lots of food vendors to go to
Such a variety of local vendors, it's a great place to spend a saturday morning.
This place is chock-full with delicious goodies!
Great market. Lots of variety from baked goods, fresh produce, meats to artisans offering jewelry, pottery, textiles and more. Love the food trucks outside. The samosas trucks always have a line up and for good reason! Yum. You'll have to hunt for street parking and the market can get very crowded. Those with young toddlers might find it overwhelming. Otherwise, a fun place to shop, browse, see and taste!
I love going to the market, love all the crafts, the booths selling produce, eggs, cheese on and baked goods. Way to go!
Shameful group!! Please consider this: any foods that are grown or handled by hateful, divisive people & their «unhealthy» energy…….is very destructive to your body, mind, and Spirit! Really. Please think twice if you cherish true health. Spend your money elsewhere! #dorothyshephardmustgotojail #trudeaumustgotojail
I always e joy going to the market. Fresh food, crafts and of course market Donairs ????
Best farmer's market I've ever been too! Tons of fresh local produce, meat, cheese, baking, arts and crafts and much more. And the ambience is friendly and lively. A must visit when in Fredericton.
Quaint farmers market that has lots of Arts and crafts. My take was the greater than half stalls for butchering and bakery's. Would visit again.
Not friendly whatsoever
Always great. Good food and you can always run into friends you know.
Vendors were sparse, understandably, but still found everything I was looking for. Felt very safe and comfortable at the market, a nice dose of normalcy. Stay safe kids
Great to be open especially enduring a pandemic, but truly a shadow of its former self
Love going down to the Farmers Market on Saturday. People are generally nice and friendly, merchants and customers. One of my favourite things would be walking down the lane of food vendors, smells fantastic. Delicious tasting too.
If you're in Fredericton on a Saturday morning, you must go to the market!
Good vendors selection, clean, need more ATM
I love this market. It really is the quintessential farmer's market. It's grown slightly over the years and remains the best place in town to get local goods each weekend.
Everything you need and so many things you didn't know you needed all in one place. Creative, talented vendors, great food, good vibe. A jewel for Fredericton downtown!
Happened across this gem during the Fredericton marathon this year! Haven't been to a lovely farmers style market this large and diverse for years... If your in the area make sure to stop in!
Lots of space to wonder around outside. Inside is a bit more congested, but expected at a market. The food options outside are great. All the vendors are friendly without being pushy whatsoever. I went with my 5 year old and we loved our outing. Pictures of a bouquet purchased while there.
This is a great spot to check out on a Saturday morning for many things. For starters, this is the only place in the area where you can sample and purchase a wide variety of cheeses. Plenty of vendors who also sell fresh produce, meats, eggs, some ethnic foods, and some crafts. The restaurant here is also very tasty, but to avoid a lineup you should arrive before 8:30am.
My favourite market in the whole world. Diverse, friendly vendors selling high quality, fresh and unique goods - rain or shine there is always smiles, good conversation and great community value at the Boyce Market!
Open from 7am-1pm ( covid hours) instead of their original opening time of 6am. Honestly was my first time going since covid and it was absolutely wonderful! So many vendors and we only did the outside portion. Food we purchased was delicious, and while it was busy it didn't feel overly crowded which just made the experience even more enjoyable!
There are less stalls but very enjoyable experience all the same
Love the market! Favorite place to shop for Christmas presents! ????
This is one of the best markets I have been to in the Americas. We stocked up on vegetables and ethnic sausages as we traveled through Fredericton. Note also that it is possible to walk here from the RV lot in town although it isn't a quick walk, maybe 15 or 20 minutes each way but essentially flat with sidewalk and friendly neighborhoods the whole way.
Very nice market! Alot of variety!!
Such a great market with lots of different local products and produce.
Love the market so many unique things there
I reccomend everyone at least stop by and visit here . Enjoy the crafts. Music and variety of food vendors
Always a joy to visit. Lots of good eats and interesting vendors. Clouded but go early for best stuff.
I much prefer coming here instead of shopping at the big chains. Sure sometimes it’s unavoidable for convenience but whenever possible I prefer to go the Boyce. Everyone is so friendly and the produce is just so much better. The atmosphere here is just a great experience.
First time since the beginning of the pandemic. Excellent job controlling capacity, traffic flow & promoting proper distancing & mask wearing.
Great market. Would be even better if it was open more than one half day per week.
Amazing place... the farmers market livens up any weekend because it's a hustle bustle with amazing food and great atmosphere
There is a gentleman who sells goat cheese there every Saturday that he makes by hand. I now have a 10$ a week goat cheese habit that will be hard to break, should I ever outgrow these pants.
Great way to spend Saturday mornings looking at crafts, fresh vegetables or trying all kinds of different foods
A mix of crafts and food. Better prices on fresh produce in the summer. Great cheese vendors. Yummie's Samosas are wonderful.
Always great to go when I got a Saturday off I love the variety of food and shops
A great place to get your vegetables fresh and ready
fresh produce and a wide variety of prepared foods. literally something for everyone!
Truly an iconic hot stop in Fredericton!! Do not miss this market.
Such an abundance of fresh fruit and produce, large assortment of arts and crafts a tonne of food vendors, hot apple cider drinks, fresh - squeezed orange juice ???? and the best donairs and somosas you'll ever eat. Everyone so friendly.
Great to have vendors that are from out of the Fredericton are a to have a variety of products to purchase
This place would not allow us in becuase we do not have the vaccine. Shame on them ! Shame on them for treating canadians this way! We will never shop here again as all canadian should not shop here anymore.. they have violated our rights and freedoms and have taken part with the government to violation our charter of rights . Our family will never give them business again . U should not either !!!
Lots of vendors, tight quarters, fairly priced for hard work. Nice atmosphere. Clean, food trucks set up in a large area outside.
Great place. Always a good visit. Try to go early to get ahead of the crowd.
Most disappointed
I made the choice a year ago to say goodbye to the large chain stores for eggs and meats. The farmers market is a fantastic source for quality poultry, eggs and all forms of meat. You get to say hi to the farmers and get to know where your foods are coming from. I am very happy with my decision to be perfectly honest.
Luv luv luv this place! I’m from Sk and have made it a priority stop every time I travel east. Well done Fredricton!!!!
Great market, full of everything you could ever need or want!
Great fun and food.
Plenty of things to see and buy. 90% of the food is outside so dress accordingly. Enjoy coming here everytime.
Great food, lots to chose from.
The best and longest established market in Fredericton! So many vendors and high quality products. A great mix of local (including organic) farmers, craftspeople, food offerings and of course, the Special Blend Coffee Company coffees -- who have been there for over 30 years! ☺
This has to be one of the most awesome markets that I've ever been. Its not too big but big enough with plenty of selection. Tried the German sausage and some freshly squeezed orange juice and couldn't hold back how good it was. Definitely a spot to check out while in Fredericton
Great place. The OJ was so good! Great people Great spot. There was this one lady Connie Wheaton the owner of "House of Art" she made some very nice post cards and paintings. When you go you need to check her out!! P.s. she takes cash and card ????
First time coming here. Ample parking space, great way to support the local business especially during this pandemic.
I used to go to the farmers market when I was at UNB, so when my son had a baseball tournament in Fredericton I got to take him for lunch. He loved it.
Always a good time at this market each summer and fall when the local produce starts to show up. Plenty to see and buy, and a nice laid back atmosphere. Been going for years...
If you like to same local culture, produce and get a feel for fredericton, then you need to make a stop here. If you like the old town feel and atmosphere of Niagara On the Lake, the you are going to love where this market is situated. Arrive early if you want to park close, but we found the walk through the fantastic neighbourhood. The vendors have excellent wares on offer (from fresh produce, meats and cheeses to art in metal paints and wood) all spectacular, very fairly priced for a farmer's market, and a definate must stop while travelling.
I absolutely adore this market!! They host wonderful vendors and the atmosphere is always so warm and uplifting. My only concern is that the interior space is a bit cramped and hard to navigate, especially when the market is busy, which might be a bit of an accessibility concern for those in wheelchairs or with strollers. I'm not sure what the market could do to accommodate this, however, as it seems to be the nature of such a popular market in such a small space.
Yearly craft sale going on today and tomorrow. Great Christmas ideas.
Great market and great produce! Many places still cash only though.... don't forget to stop at the bank, service charges are steep!
It's a great day when you know Saturday morning is market time! Many vendors with a bunch of different local businesses.
Love this place. Saturday morning staple for coffee, vegetables and good eats. Lots of locally produced goods available.
Amazing as always
Awesome place to go Meet people sample all of the great eats and awesome coffees where could you go wrong
I applaud the FBFM for standing up for public health and safety! You can shop there with confidence that they care about you and the community.
Nice to visit when I am back in Fredericton. But, a bit same old, same old. The two coffee places they have are good. Not sure whey there is a lineup for the breakfast place. Good cheese selection.
I have been going for years now and is a regular tradition in my household. A great way to support local and they have adapted well to covid. Lineups have gotten a bit longer so I recommend go early if you don’t want to wait.
A great selection of indoor vendors and outdoor vendors. With hand crafted goods, fresh produce, cheese, meats and more. Outside food trucks on site, covid distancing but no masks required. Would definitely recommend the market for anyone looking to get out and support local business. Will visit again. Delicious food!
Have fun to find parking here. Everything is under construction. The majority of merchant take only cash. Not found anything exceptional.
Charming little market. One of the best parts of the Freddy weekend
We LOVE going to the farmers market on the weekends. The abundance of incredible foods is enough for me to keep going. Make sure you try the orange juice and the Schnitzel at Kurt’s Sausage! Could eat there every weekend! Sometimes I do!
There is a tonne of local vendors, and a great outside food market to buy a quick lunch. mixture of foods and drinks. you will find The butcher, the baker, the candlestick maker. and much more. get there early to avoid the lunch rush.
Great place to shop on Saturday mornings.
Love the market! Visit fuller confections for some awesome vegan treats!
We always so here when we are in town. To quality local produce, meats, cheeses and the best bread are some of the go-to items for us. Also make sure to get in line for samosas.
Worked here for close to 13 years, everyone is kind, friendly and outgoing
Love the addition of Veg Out. Never disappointed!
We loved it ????
I always love visiting this farmer's market. A great selection of vendors with tons of produce, crafts, food, etc.. You must check it out. Be prepared, it can get quite crowded once things get rolling in the morning - best to arrive early. Driving? Park at one of the local parking garages and walk to the market.
We love this market. Whenever we visit our daughter in Fredericton, the market is at the top of our list of things to do. Even if you don't buy anything it's nice to wander around, check out the food, crafts, fresh foods and the people. Very enjoyable way to spend a Saturday morning.
Absolutely epic
I would not support any grocery store or market that supports vaccine passports. Shame on you.
Come for the food. Amazing
I love this place. It is a staple of Fredericton. So easy to spend money. Food is excellent from all venders.
Great place to visit! Crafts! Fresh produce! Baked goods! Cheeses! Best of all truck food galore!
Really love this place..summer mornings I miss those.
Difficult to walk on the rocks. A lot of empty vendors inside.
Support local! A large variety of stalls selling food and handicrafts, availability depending on time of the year. Parking can be tricky depending on time of day. If you arrive late it is better to park at further away and walk there. It is better to arrive early and arrive hungry!
Richie's Donair!!! I can't stress this enough. Best Donair in the city! I get teziki on mine instead of the sweet sauce.
This is an amazing farmer's market. It has everything you might want. There is also an outdoor food aisle. Our other markets are much more like a traditional flea market.
Always a unique and fun experience. Everything you need in Fredericton is right there, and it makes downtown a prime destination. Pick up an orange juice, some fresh veggies, cheese and meat. I also live seeing the budding entrepreneurs, and am excited that more art and creative vendors are being added. A must see for your Saturday morning in Fredericton!
This place is so great! I really enjoyed looking around, trying all the wares in the place, and while I couldn't buy anything because most everyone wanted cash, and being an American, cards were all I had, it was an amazing experience being there with my crew of locals and enjoying all the sights, smells and amazing sustainability mindset that seemed to permeate the place!
Communist establishment baring unvaxed from food to live. I wouldn't shop at this place.. They hired 2 bouncers stoping people and checking QR codes. They even said no to my fully vaxed grandma because she doesn't have a smart phone or QR code printed. Very very totalitarian.
Its our favorite spot to visit when coming home from Alberta, so much talent, delicious food and great people!
Fresh from the farm... Gr8 plz to meet friends and family for brunch
Great atmosphere, meals were good and reasonably priced and the wait staff were excellent. Will definitely go back.
Variety is the spice of life! Love the selection at this market and the atmosphere.
Vaccine passports required for a basic human right like access to food? Oh, the insanity!
I great place to go walk around and enjoy the people
One of the best farmer's markets in the province. So many options and great quality.
Always love to experience the market. Great spring rolls and cheese and a few other favorite vendors!!
This farmers market has discriminated against other for their medical decision and has segregated the public. It’s very clear that they don’t respect human rights and it’s a disgrace what they’ve done.
Love going to the Farmer's Market. Try the Donair or Souvlaki at one of the food trucks, delicious.
This is by far the best Farmers Market in Eastern Canada. I have had the opportunity to attend many Farmers Markets across the country and other then maybe St. Jacob's, Ontario, none have compared with the atmosphere it provides in the small city of Fredericton. This is a must when you attend the City and happen to be around on a Saturday Morning. Plenty of vendors from your typical, meat and cheeses, to hardware and of course food and more food. The Samosas are the most popular food I. The market and worth the wait in the long lineup. I always attend for the sight, sounds, atmosphere and food when I get the chance.
Always a great social melting pot of friends & food on a saturday morning!
This is the heart of Fredericton. It's wonderful how the whole city seems to come out every Saturday morning to shop, eat, and socialise. The two somosa trucks are a special treat.
Great food everywhere, all kinds of neat stalls. One of the best markets in eastern Canada.
Lovely fresh vegetables and meat. Bought this, and sausages. So fresh and bbq was delicious!
Bustling with shoppers and vendors. This is a busy market!
Visited here on my stay in Fredericton during my East Cost Trip. The market is open only on Saturdays. Plenty free parking in nearby office/work buildings. Fresh vegetables, fruits and plants available. The meats looked fresh and well priced. A lot of snacks and juices available as well. Interestingly only fruit smoothies and no green smoothies. Wide selection of natural products and trinkets as well. I bought some NB grown garlic back to Toronto.
The atmosphere is that of some place you'd find in a Harry Potter movie. It is full of different cultures, foods, music and more. A great place to learn about the community.
If you are looking to support local vendors, quality fresh ingredients and be among your community then this is the place. A family outing with food to eat, crafts both indoors and outside then it is the place. I suggest you bring cash or hit the bank machine just inside the front doors. Park a street or two away to make leaving a breeze.
Lovely market, part indoors, part outdoors. Great selection of crafts and food.
Had early breakfast with a friend visiting from Toronto before perusing for gifts for him to take home. Very happy with the results!
Encourage segregation ( where are we ? )
Great Saturday market 7am- noon. Go at 7am. It gets crowded but is fantastic for crafts, baked goods, fresh OJ, Mulders meats, apple cider and cheese. Inside on the back side hall near the coffee place is a french man who makes the most amazing pates, fois gras and an amazing pâté with salty ham! Yum! Make sure you hit the samosa truck outside (get the spicy green coriander sauce) and buy the great fresh veggies out in the parking lot.
2⭐ health & safety compliance 2⭐ consumer comfort & ease 2.5⭐ diversity/organization & selection of retailers 3⭐ entertainment/hospitality experience 2.5⭐ retail environment & shopping experience 3⭐ convenience/accessibility/location
There's a food truck here that sells the best samosas!!!
Always fun to drop by and shop at the local vendors... Loveeeee Samosa Delight!
Whether inside the hall or outside in the open, on Saturday a must visit. Local shopping of quality food and veggies. Have best coffee in New Brunswick within - at Special Blend Coffee Co.
The place to be on Saturday morning in Fredericton's south side. The selection of food and local crafts simply must be seen and experienced. Fredericton is also blessed to have an amazing Northside Market, so you can head over to the other side of the bridge once you've seen everything at Boyce :-)
Absolutely absurd and inhuman to require the pass! I can’t believe that there’s people that cruel in New Brunswick!
Great market. Lots of delicious food and produce. Many craft vendors as well
Fantastic farmers market. The floor is filled with awesome local vendors that are friendly and accommodating. I’ve found a variety of fantastic foods here all reasonably priced.
Bought a beautifully hand-loomed wool blanket of superior quality from Tissage Magély Weaving. It's so beautiful. I did not think a farmers' market would have such wonderful products! Great atmosphere too.
Wide variety of fresh food. However, the place is small and crowded, especially on a Saturday. The parking was full, but it's free.
So many interesting booths and delicious food!
Lots of different things to choose from and get there early for a nice breakfast.
The distancing requirements lead to a different experience. Still worth visiting.
This is a great farmer's market for local foods, including meats, vegetables, fruit,, cheese, coffee, baked goods and prepared foods. They also have a restaurant inside that serves a decent breakfast with coffee refills. The market gets busier, so if possible, try to arrive early. Best visiting time is in the summer when various seasonal fruits and vegetables are available.
Lots of vendors that sell a variety of different items. Fresh fruits and vegetables, crafts , desserts, fresh cuts of meat, and more. Have Breakfast and enjoy walking around taking it all in. Food trucks on site and killer samosa stand .
Wonderful atmosphere and super selection goods. Great place for breakfast as well!
Probably one of Fredericton's top assets. If you want quality meat, cheeses, and produce along with various treats and crafts this is the place to go. It's a Saturday morning ritual pilgrimage for many locals. Canelé and coffee does it for me.
Lots of creative people. Looks small but it's really big inside.
Really well organised! Lots of choix and product. Enjoyed our ice coffees, my dog loooves the treats I got her. :)
I loved to taste delicious foods and desserts. There are good options for vegetarians and vegans!
Nice little market with a variety of local farmers goods. There's more in the summer than the winter with the large parking lot providing more room for outdoor vendors. There's also a variety of food stands available to cure a Friday night hangover or simply to get a bite to eat. A must visit while in Fredericton.
A fun place-a great place to spend a weekend morning!
A great Saturday routine.
We always love going to the market! I love buying fresh produce, fish, pasta, apple products and so much more!
I looooovvvvveeeee "The Market"!! I get as much as I can here...eggs, meat, orange juice, bacon, veggies, spices, fresh pasta, bread, coffee etc.Great place to see friends and grab a snack:)
Line to get in moved quickly, staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of vendors to shop with
Lots of fun stuff, good food vendors and lots of quality goods and fruit/vegetable stands.
It was good but I was disappointed in the volume of vendors. Covid sucks!
You need to try all the food here maybe on the city you will not find a restaurant of your liking but here you will
Great market with lots of local vendors selling veggies, meats, cheese, crafts. You can find really nice jewelry here too. I have always loved going and having a lunch there. Really good food and attentive staff. Fyi if you are looking for good prices organic meats this is the place!
Good place for visiting on Saturday morning
I love going to the market. It's bustling and there's always a mix of new vendors as well as many veterans. The food and crafts are local and many are desirable. If you're ok being in crowds and want to get to know the heart of Fredericton this is a good place to go.
Best place to support local businesses and find amazing groceries and food ingredients
Everyone I've dealt with has always been very friendly. A lot of great businesses inside and on the out. When ever I come back to freddie I always make sure to come back
I love it when they show up there to get all the goodies and good food and stuff you need
Super great set up. I mean, the market has always been an institution, but with their covid precautions I was incredibly impressed. Spaces our, good flow. An impossible goal achieved. One of the if not the best markets in NB.
I have never been, but any grocery store/food market that voluntarily implements a vaccine passport is one you should never shop at. What they are doing is absolutely horrible and it’s discrimination. Please consider boycotting if you support human rights at all.
Decent for what it is.
A downtown staple. They're doing a good job with COVID19 procedures. Great fun for the whole family and a family tradition of ours.
Great. As usual. Friendly venders. And quick professional service.
Always 5 star rating for market!! Love it.
Great place to get fresh produce, cheese or ethnic food
always fun to visit and find local artisans and produce.
We had breakfast here and it was great. Everyone was talkative and the crowd was not to large
Discrimination at its finest. way to separate the people. I hope your communist ways serves you well. If you think the government with stop there! you're sadly mistaken... they will come after you too. Tyranny is not to be accepted. Your fear will eat you alive.
Best samosas ever and Toni's smoked bacon to die for! :)
Parking is the only thing that is rough at this location. Great food and great selection of local produce and treats inside.
The boyce farmers market is a great place to get good food from authentic people
Unfortunately, this business has opted to require proof of vaccination from their patrons, despite this action not being required and despite vendors not wanting this to be done. They chose to do it, thus alienating customers and further contributing to the divide in our province. I will not spend my earnings at a location which does not respect us all as equals; that forces segregation. It's very sad that this attitude is in our small community.
Meat, chicken and eggs here for cheap. The meat is neatly packaged and worth more affordable compared to sobey's and Walmart.
Lots of local vendors and great variety of product, produce and meats. One stop shopping.
Great market! Fresh food amazing.
Horrible market that believes in tyranny and segregation if I could give - stars I would . Stay strong NB , stay strong Canada , stay strong world .
Your business ethics are immoral and I will celebrate the day your doors shut permanently. Not before you face justice for the way you have contributed to the destruction of this once great Country
Toni's Prime cuts and sumosas are the main reason I go there. I also like the pasta last.
They were ready to ask for vaccine passport in order to shop there...Disgusting, heartless, souless
If you are planning to go to the Boise Farmers Market do not forget to stop at Elkis sausage stand best sausages you will ever have
So many vendors and local products for sale. Great way to spend Saturday mornings.
Everyone is in a great mood because all the food is so good!
I love going every week and going to my favorite places for the bulk of my grocery shopping. Including Whalen Apiaries for honey, candles and amazing Indian meal spice kits. Wabanaki Soulflower Herbals for exquisite essentials oils and bath and body products. Or Rudolphs farm and butcher shop for my favorite local sausages, pork shoulder and incredible rye bread and croissants. Summer and Autumn cannot be beat with the Mennonite fresh produce stall that has superior fruits and vegetables.
Talk about lots of meat and such really good for buying lots for winter stock in freezer ...they have practically anything almost better than grocerys stores lol
There is a good variety of vendors. Tasty food. A little crowded especially between 10am and 1130am but I think it is worth it.
Nice. A lot of fresh vegetables and food etc.
A lot of food, but not so many real farmers products.
Very busy. Start looking for parking a few blocks away. Awesome variety of vendors and fairly reasonable prices. The food is fantastic. (Try the crepes). Be prepared to wait in line at many of the booths. Tons of fresh vegetables and meats. Lots of craftsmen with great stuff. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit there.
Turning away people from getting food because of the vaccines... Sickening.
Best fresh samosas
Almost full inside. Many vendors have returned. Great variety of crafts and produce.
The market is always one of my favorite places to go in the city.
I just don't get the Covid use of plastic bags.
Bad service. Will never shop there.
Lots of amazing vendors. Cheese and kombucha was my favourite stalls. So many food trucks :)
promoting segregation! Shame on you.
Love the announcements basically telling people to hurry up and leave.
Poor choices regarding tyranny
The market has many vendors selling some great quality products. A greater variety of different foods ready to eat would be an improvement, but what is there is really very nice.
Government shills.
Absolutely love this Farmers Market! Everything you would expect at this market and so much more! Wonderful family atmosphere, seasonal goodies !
Big choice, nice people, very good sharpener store for anything being dull
I have a booth at the market.
Great farmers market
Grate place. You can buy anything you need. Friendly atmosphere.
Best market in NB hands down! Both options of having a bite or buying local produce outside or find some fresh coffee and orange juice inside, everyone is always friendly here along with clean bathrooms on site. Samosa stands outside usually have a line so show up early if you wanna grab your favorite. Opens 6-1pm. Buffalo sausages are a staple here and definitely check out the new Oat cakes stand outdoors super good and great prices ❤
Recognized as one of Canada’s top 10 community markets, the Fredericton Boyce Farmers Market is the City’s traditional Saturday morning (6am-1pm) gathering spot downtown for fresh and healthy foods, craft, creativity and conversation. With more than 250 indoor and outdoor local suppliers from along the Saint. John River Heritage Corridor and across the Province, The Market (as it’s known here) is the place to discover seasonal products like fiddleheads and blueberries , ultra-fresh produce, including organics, meats & seafood, cakes & confections, breads, cheeses & homemade jams, fresh-squeezed juices & New Brunswick wines, artisan chocolates, specialty coffees & beans. Ethnic delicacies, from Chinese buns to Lebanese stuffed grape leaves and the City’s famous samosas, are also a big part of The Market tradition. A vibrant space with one-of-a-kind gifts, colourful and quirky, finds include pottery, jewelry, paintings, textiles and lawn sculptures. Breakfast is served up on site, either inside from the restaurant or outside in either of our Food Alley where it’s falafel sandwiches and buffalo burgers galore. The Food Alley can be found by entering at the Brunswick Street entrance point.
Great place to hold events!
Hate that you have to walk all the way around to the back of the building to get in.
The premier farmer's market, it's full of good people, good food and many crafts every Saturday!
Fav Saturday morning place
Fantastic, local vendors selling decorations, jewelry, produce, baked goods, meats, and delicious food.
Great farmers market for a smaller city. Wide range of goodies. Good place to grab a quick bite or food for the week. My suggestions are Ritchie's donair, wood oven pizza or German sausage!
Good food friendly vendors, awesome aroma. A weekend most
Great place to go on a Saturday morning wander around look at the stalls always something interesting for sale and great food
Lots of lovely vendors. Gresh baking, produce, meats, cheese, plenty of food trucks and food stalls. Even with new regulations it was clean, organized and the facebook page is accurate ans regularly updated.
We will NEVER shop here again! Segregation is wrong and Boyce Farmers Market is obviously happy to segregate
Denies families food by requiring v-passport. Disgusting, I will not support any business that discriminates. Shameful
OMG YES. best market ever delicious food and good stock all around. If you like that food be sure to chek out the Thai place by the exit outside. I eat it every week
This is a childhood memory and a half. I always love coming here. Parking sucks and the crowds are plentiful but the place is popular for a good reason. The food is second to none, the sellers are friendly as you can hope and the selection is good. I try to visit each time I'm home.
There are tons of good local food and just a great experience in general
0 stars. They are enforcing medical segregation... this is not about health, it's about control and your qr code vaccine passport. Wake up!!!!
A must for a Saturday morning. Get there early before it gets too busy. The sit down breakfast is first rate.
Love Saturday morning sausage day at the market.
Great variety of food and vendors! Loved it.
This market takes place every Saturday early in the morning until about noon. They have anything you can imagine there. They have very delicious food stands outside and the different smells of the foods draw you in. When you get to the building there are stands along the outside wall and also lining the middle of the rooms. It will be very crowded but if you get there early it is not as bad. They have everything from specialty cheeses to every cut of meat imaginable and we have some of the best local artisans there. You will definitely be able to find something that interests you there.
Nice environment
Who doesn't love going to the market?! The hustle and bustle, the hum of the crowd, the beauty of the different boutiques and sales stalls. There is so much liveliness and creativity to be found here; Craft beers, craft goods, produce, honey, syrup, cheese... Handmade jewelries, décor. Oh and don't forget the awesomeeee samosas! :)
Made local and sold local . This is were you find the true crafters .
This was my first time at the Market and I really enjoyed the space, the samples, and the variety of items that could be found. I have been in markets across Canada and this one is in the top 10 and I can see why. There are two large rooms, one or two smaller ones, plus vendors outside, in addition to several food trucks. My friend and I bought some baked goods that were really good. If I hadn't been traveling, I would have bought more. I hope to return again during harvest season.
Great place to buy locally. Run into friends (old and new). Nice atmosphere with lots of smiles
Obviously, because of the Pandemic, the Market is not back to full capacity with the vendors. It was still a hopping place to be on Saturday!
Nice venue, can't wait until everyone is back and the booths are all full.
Lots of different vendors. We visit every Saturday to pick up meat, veggies, cheese and eggs for the week. So many different baked goods and treats to try too. There's always something new to try.
Love how this place is always bustling. Amazing food and local made products
This was a great day to see others and get the goodies I love! Nice to see how the faemers are dealing with this covid:) LOVE THE MARKET
I loved walking through here and seeing all the different items people were selling. Great food and artesian products. Good produce and local farmers goods (includingbaked goods, fudge and maple syrup!) Something for everyone!
If you are there early = five stars. If you are there after 8:30 = 1 star. The customers are the difference. This is a place where people stand in the isles and talk about Mertle's broken hip or what's new in the church group. People also like to bring strollers in and are oblivious that there are other people around.
Love this market. It is packed with people each Saturday for good reasons. Fresh produce, food vendors and handcrafted gifts etc.
It's such a great tradition with great food and great people. Great prices too ????
It's a busy place. Now there is only a few farmers there selling their products. Inside is busy. Lots of fresh items.
Great place for all fresh veggies, meat ,cheeses, breads ,jams ,jellies ,maple syrup ,mini donuts and sooo much more . DEFINITELY will be going again.
First time being to the Market since COVID-19 and I was extremely disappointed with the lack of visible signage to say where the entrance and exits are and the person by the Accessible entrance couldn't even open the door to say where to go, she just kept waving her arms. The only positive part was the fact that people weren't jam packed in the market.
A great variety of fresh produce, meats and various crafts. Also a good selection of take out food from the various food trucks and trailers. Please note that the most of the vendors only accept cash.
Good flow of people. Follow directional arrows and it's a quick trip!
Things are started to look like normal again at the market which was really nice! Lots of people there again. My thing to get there is by far their freshly squeezed orange juice!! So good!!
Segregation of the people will not be tolerated.
Great variety and selection, I love this farmer's market.
Must stop at Elke' sausage place .
This is a beautiful place to visit. Great food, locally sourced. Everything about this place is wonderful!
Reminds me of St. Lawrence market in Toronto. Maybe a touch more friendly. Good selection of everything. Including two kids trying to stand out by selling ???? pee which in fact was lemonade.
Lots of great local produce and artisanal wares. For the inside section, there were too many people to be able to safely physically distance (given ongoing COVID-19 pandemic) so that was unfortunate. However, the outside section was great.
Best market i have ever been to in my life. It's not the biggest nor the smallest, but it's got everything you ever might want or need and it has such a wonderful character. Plus, the food is absolutely to die for!
Lovely place, lots of variety of booths. Great place to support local businesses!
Always fun to walk round and see different vendors, and food ????
When it comes to who and who can't shop for necessities, it's no longer about health! Pickup and delivery are options, but it's only a matter of time before it gets more and more difficult for people who've made personal health choices.
First visit to the farmers market. Getting parked took time but worth it. Lots of vendors selling an array of goods. Bought steaks, was able to pick the ones wanted. Good value. Tried the veg spring rolls, 6 for $7, were still warm and came with homemade plum sauce, delicious.
Wide selection of items to look at and buy. Small wood sculptures, leathers belts and purses, arts and crafts also available. Meat and vegetables are no. 1. Nice place to visit.
Always a great place for Saturday morning breakfast, and to meet friends, old & new!
Local venders tradition in Fredericton! Totally unique experience!
It's not fresh! Realy duscusting products ! Sorry!
Lots of variety. Local handcrafted items. International food. Home grown fruit and vegetables. Great atmosphere.
Busier today but most people were distancing well and some still even with masks so we weren't the only ones ;) picked up donairs at Ritchie's today some good!!
Lots of variety and cultural pieces. Tons of baked goods.
Almost everything was out of business, but i look forward to going earlier in the day.. might have better luck!
Everytime we go to Fredericton we always make an effort to stop in. The homemade crafts, the food and the fruits and vegetables are always great. The atmosphere is also a plus however make sure you bring a lot of patience! Lineups are long to get in and at some of the vendors.
Promotes segregation. You are disgusting!!!! Every single person that is involved in this - karma will be real. Shame on you!! You would have really fit in in Germany 1940s.
Love going to the Saturday Morning Market, so many options.
Dirty place, bad customer service and discriminating people by their private medical condition
What a great place to visit and to shop....also, the eats are great. Every time I visit Fredericton, I have to go to this place on Saturday morning. Home made goods, including all my favourite jams, pickles, baked goods. Love the fresh vegetables, meats and sea food. Delicious fresh orange juice prepared in front of you. Honestly, they have everything here. Very fun to wander around and see what I can find. Love the samasos!! Just a great place to visit.
Obviously not true Canadians, they support separation. To deny someone based on their vaccination status during these times is truly pathetic. Passports have proven not to work, so many vaccinated people getting sick with Delta and Omicron the numbers continue to climb in settings where only vaccinated are allowed. I am not an anti vaxer, half my family is vaccinated. I believe in choice like every other vaccine I have taken. This one is not for me yet anyone vaccinated or not is allowed in my home and my business. Shame on you for allowing this to happen.
Lots of vendors ! Nice and clean. Plenty of space.
Always the best place to be on Saturday mornings! Lots of food vendors, coffee, locally made and grown products. There is truly something here for everyone!
Given that business owners have been given the authority to choose if they wish to implement a V Pass for patrons. I am extremely concerned that you as an owner have decided to treat Canadians as Lepers. Starving your customer base is something that is certainly not very Canadian of you. Segregation and Discrimination against a persons informed consent or not, is their personal right to choose. Not Yours. I will not be contributing to your establishment moving forward, it is shame that the vendors and your customers pay for your mistakes.
Always a good time, very friendly vendors!
Great variety. Unique craftsmanship. Wonderful smells of food and drink from around the world
Love going to the market!!! Always find what I need and usually something special that I didn't know I needed. Vendors are great. Products are great.
Drove up from Saint John and was very pleased with the way they were running the market, so well organized. Looking forward for when more farmers will have their harvest there
Great food and so many wonderful local products all put together in this great market for the public..
People are friendly.
A great variety of food and crafts in a wonderful atmosphere!
Going back tomorrow
Lots of vegan options, from baking to pizza to nuts to fresh veggies. ????
Love the wide variety of food..Been goin there for 30 plus years and have never been disappointed
Absolutely disgusting that they think they have to right to stop people from getting groceries because they made a choice to not be vaccinated. I really hope people boycott this market.. You do not have the right to do what you're doing shame on you . People please stand up for your rights
Great place for food and produce. Can be crowded at times. If you come earlier its alot better.
Wow! I have only been here once and will be back. What a lovely market with so much to see and all sorts of artisans. If you like local food and art come and visit and bring some cash!
Very nice and friendly market to visit. Lots of good stuff to see such as delicacies, baked goods and handcrafted items.
Good local produce and food.
Great place
You can always find the best local produce here as well as some beautiful handmade art
Lots of variety of foods from fresh to prepared. Fresh, snacks, treats, meats, wholesome, and wondrous. Good selection of hand made craft items as well.
Great place to get lots of unique gifts. Nice atmosphere and friendly people
Having just read your vaccine policy (and yes it is yours entirely as the province have given you the option) I am disgusted and angry at your complete lack of humanity!!! In no way are these new rules going to ‘protect’ anyone!! Fact: treated people can not only still contract and spread the disease they actually have been shown to carry higher viral loads. So you are essentially endangering More people because by doing this it negates the need to distance and just allows more wallets at once in the building!!! Shame on you for blatantly choosing money over people!!!
really vax pass ? so you starve people .........
Great little place to walk around. One go to place is a taste of greek. Filling and delicious.
Amazing vendors with great looking produce etc.
Delicious food from locals, and handcrafted gifts to be had here. Make sure to come early so that you can find a good parking spot!
The market is discriminating against people over medical privacy. I won't be back until this changes
Fantastic, coffee and stone fired pizza was excellent, amazing way to spend your Saturday morning
Took the family here, plenty to offer from fresh produce, gifts, carvings, cheese curds, fresh juice, coffee, etc Highly recommend checking it out. Some places only take cash, however there is an ATM on site. Will visit again
