The view of the downtown core of the City of Fredericton is spectacular year round. The newly paved double walking trail extends throughout the entire park. As a local resident, I am looking forward to the future additions to this parks plan; a new future playing structure, parking, and a look out point are soon to be additions for probably the beat park in the city!

Great place to hangout. With family and friends and to visit the birds .Watch people go out on there boats..Park your car and go for a nice stroll or visit the Pub.

Carlton park is one of my favorite places to visit in our beautiful city drop by at sunset and enjoy the breathtaking view of the city scape

A good place to go just to chill out and enjoy the river views and some nature in the middle of Fredericton. Convenient access to some local businesses and also a boat launch, round things out.

It's a good spot to hang with the family. On hot days though. Boaters are not the friendliest when loading or unloading.

Beautiful park to go for a walk, have a picnic, or just spend an hour or so relaxing in the sun. Probably one of the best parks in Fredericton because of its great view of downtown Fredericton and it's proximity to the trails, the walking bridge, and to Picaroons where you can have a nice beer.

Pretty nice spot, busy at times but in the peak season it's a pretty place to go for a walk with the dog or the girlfriend/boyfriend Also a very nice view at night time of the downtown lights. And last but not least the boat launch gives good access to the river!! An overall sweet spot on frederictions Northside.

I have always loved the green! I'm just really shocked that there still is no restroom facility (even if only an out-house) because it's such a popular spot.
