If i give less than 1 star I would. My father in law booked a u-hual 3 weeks in advance. My husband and I flew from Alberta to help them move, only to get the run around as to why it was not only there on time. It was supposed to be ready first thing in the morning but they said It was not going to be available till the evening. My sister in law also came from out of town to help. We all set this up to get this done as quick and efficient as possible. The customer service was absolutely disgusting and disappointing to say the least. They have zero respect for seniors or the people that lived in this community for over 50 years. I would not recommend any of their services as they do more than just U-haul

The dispatcher or the courier clerk or whatever you want to call her needs some lessons in customer service. Lacks basic courtesy. They sat on my package for two months because there was no phone number. Didn’t even leave a note to say package arrived. Reply was that the taxi drivers don’t leave note....Yes because you’re lazy I guess? Never booking with Purolator again unless they change their agent in Fort Frances. Went to UPS and they were so gracious to work with.

Very impressed. Seamless travel from airport, across border, hotel, outfitter and back! Very nice drivers. They were always there on time or early.
