Ukrainians were always extending their hand of help to other nations and they always treat with respect the foreign countries of their new residence as well as fought for that homeland as they would for their own motherland. This kind of memorial should stand in every city around the world where Ukrainians fought for freedom of those respective nations.

It's a great little park near the Humber River in West End Toronto. Quiet and calm, a great place to reflect.

I do like this Park, in the summer it is nice and green, there is a trial path that leads down to the water Creek where there is a dog park and it's where you can find lots of geese and ducks, squirrels and other birds there is a fish bank where you can see fish jump at times, downfall is that you need to be cautious cause there may be coyotes in the area not that I have ran into one, and also that the trial is used by bicyclists so careful when wall ng the trial.

Ukrainian Canadian Memorial Park is a small but beautiful park with a little memorial along the Pan Am Path next to the Humber River.

Lovely park, lots of open space right on the humber River. Lots to explore here and we'll worth the trip. Its great all year around winter summer and especially fall when the colours are just fantastic. You can't beat how great the wonderful colours are in the fall.
