Great peaceful atmosphere and beautiful lakeside location. Parking spots are available nearby and Bike share Toronto also available nearby. The only thing is there are generally a lot of people there all the time which could be bad due to Covid-19 situation. But in general a must visit place and a great hangout place for families.

This is one of my favorite walks. I come down at the East End over the bridge from The Queensway, and walk west over to the Humber River Bridge. I see all kinds of bird life and sometimes Wildlife. I have even seen a beaver. In the summer there is swimming but unfortunately there's a lot of plastic blown-in and people don't always pick up their trash. If you visit, do a public service and bring a bag with you and pick up a bag of trash and put in the recycling. And of course don't let her! Anyway, you can access High Park by walking North from the beach Lakeshore Boulevard, and in the spring and summer and early fall you can have a snack or a drink or a meal at the Sunnyside Pavilion. There's a spectacular outdoor swimming pool and historical bathing Pavilion. Just a wonderful place in Toronto.

Decently clean. At times crowded. A few beaches. A beach volleyball court (not sure player set it up or it's by the city). There was a music concert (or practice) which we enjoyed. There's nice, maintained grass under trees to take a nap or read a book or relax.

Perfect area for walks and seeing the Toronto water front areas. More than enough parking right at this area and the trails travel east and west. Very close to the Humber Bay Arch bridge and other great areas to visit.

Wonderful place to sleep under the stars. The trees, the sound of waves, the lack of police harassment... Plenty of benches, picnic tables and other elevated horizontal surfaces to perch yourself on for the night. Bring your own sleeping bag and you've got yourself a 5-star hotel level of comfort. Barely any competition for sleeping spots from other hobos. A must squat.

This is a beautiful place to take an outdoor stroll, run or bike in the spring, summer and autumn. If you are adventurous, in the winter it provides some interesting ice formations out across the lake. It is LGBTQ2S friendly. Lots of gay men are often found walking with their partners or waiting on a bench to meet up with a friend ;). During the warmest weather bathrooms are available and cleaned daily. If you are looking for a fun place to relax or engage in recreational activities this is a place to check out.

Nice big park on the lake that has some really nice workout place close to the street, very quiet and relaxing. Amazing sand beach with some geese and the swans, a sunbathe with views to the CN tower. Lots of activities to be done here including water sports, running, biking and working out.

Great lakeside park and waterfront area for all to enjoy. The park itself offers plenty of open picnic space along with covered areas for larger organized gathering. Cycling, jogging, blading paths are separated from pedestrian pathways but still one must always be careful. Lakeside enjoyment with expansive beach areas, volleyball net area and lifeguard stations dot the shoreline. Swans, geese and ducks aplenty. Total enjoyment for all ages.

I often forget we live next to a massive lake until I get a chance to enjoy parks like this. On a warm sunny day you can't beat an afternoon on the boardwalk or bike path, a patch of beach, volleyball, picnic, playground, water filling station, parking, ducks, benches and Muskoka chairs.

It's gorgeous... Great place for outdoor exercise, 100% recommended if you're just looking for a long walk along the Lakeshore None of the food places are guaranteed to be open but mostly they have limited hours Please do wear a mask though, and remember to social distance!

Went here to watch the New Year's Eve fireworks display....so can't really comment on how it will be in the summer. Fairly quiet, short stretch of Beach with quite a bit of sandy area to walk on. Trees situated as to almost make the perfect socially distant spots for groups to spread out. Zero litter to be seen which was also really great. Looks like the people of this community and people who have visited respect this nice space and take the time to keep it that way. .

Beautiful place to take my kid as there is lots of activities to entertain him while we walk to the Humber Bay Bridge. There are two nice parks for kids to play. The sand is beautiful and it was nice to see people enjoying themselves. The Sunset is gorgeous over Etobicoke. Lots of places to picnic and you can pick up a hot dog to eat. Great place to take photography in the city also with the vistas along the Toronto Waterfront. Take a treat and a coffee and enjoy the day

Great place for people of all ages. I grew up playing in the playgrounds and riding my scooter along the boardwalk and now I walk dogs down to the dog park there regularly. It's beautiful all year round with seperate trails for bikes and pedestrians and easy water access. It always offers a spectacular view. The dog park is fenced with sand so you can avoid the mud and further from the bike path. There are garbage and recycling containers close by and two double gates.

We went to vosit the air show. A secret place to watch, less crowded than the Ex. The British Red arrows did not disappoint. There is a long wooden boardwalk, for pedestrians, waterfront trail for bicycles, sunnyside pool. Wide expanse of Lake Ontario, volleyball. A great place to grab food. Sit on a patio and grab a drink. Further along is the Humber Bay Butterfly habitat. Lovely area.

The best place to go after sunset. Really great views of the skyline at that time as well as not too crowded after sunset these days. So great place to go to to unwind and relax. They also have some bars and equipment for aerobic exercises and as well a labyrinth printed on the ground for kids. Also there is a playground with swings and all and toilets too.

Something has changed with the Hydro Line park. For the last 10 years you could walk through the hydro line between Royal York and Montgomery. Even when Hydro did maintenance on the towers, they kept a path for the public. Recently Hydro has put up new fences and "No trespassing" signs - no idea why the change was made...

Wonderful place to walk and take in the scenery. Lots of families out with their children. Kids on the bike path should be careful as cyclists move at high speeds. Also unable to find a bathroom at this time of year, so go with an empty bladder. Apparently they are still closed for winter in late April.

Popular beach and walking path at the mouth of the Humber River. Family-friendly, you often see joggers, walkers, cyclists, skateboarders, roller skaters, and lots of dogs. There's a place you can get ice cream and there are public washrooms available. Parking is available but somewhat limited and it's paid, not free, but the rates are pretty reasonable for Toronto.

What a great beach! Too bad the raw sewage pumped into the lake never has it open for swimming... Contact your local city councillor to get them to improve the water quality... How many decades of sewage will we keep pumping into lake Ontario before anyone cares enough to stop? Sorry grandkids, but nobody cares and the lake will be unusable

One of my favourite places in Toronto to spend a day even if I have to pay for parking. Really like the boardwalk, the free outdoor gym, the vibe, the landscaping, trees, water, people who hang out here, etc. It's a nice walk or run or bike on either directions. East towards a busier downtown Toronto lakeshore area where there always seems to be something happening. West to the quieter Humber area where it feels more relaxed. Would have been nice to get some food trucks or ice-cream stands. Having more easily accessible bathrooms would be great too. They are a little too far apart, but it's not dire. The reason i gave it a 4 is that the beach areas can do wirh a little cleaning but most importantly the washrooms are always dirty & some days it looks like nobody got to it for a week. Fyi I've gone to use washrooms at all times of the day in the past 5 years & they're always dirty

Grew up biking on the waterfront bike trail and swam at Sunnyside pool as a kid. It has gotten significantly more crowded the last decade but I guess there is a reason for all the big crowds gathering there. Highly recommend this place on a weekend in the summer. Would not swim at the beach but others do, it is a lot cleaner now than it was 10 years ago.

Love Sunnyside wish that they could keep the pool open longer . I've been going their since I was a kid and now my kids go there. Just need to have someone clean the beach from rubish.

It's a beautiful place in the city to escape and enjoy some peace and quiet from City Life.

Another beautiful location to take a stroll all year long. There's also canoeing/kayaking for a fee on Lake Ontario. This location is perfect if you want to host a beach party or even just take your dog along the waterfront.

This park is so beautiful and has wonderful views of the city from the waterfront. The playground and splash pad are awesome and the kids played for a long time before heading to the small beach. Definitely recommend for an afternoon out with the kids.
