The Sheldon Lookout is an amazing place to have a nice long walk around the Lakeshore in Toronto. Whether you decide to walk during the day and look out on the blue water in the lake and wildlife in the area, or walk at night when there's a nice cool breeze and city lights shine in the skyline creating an unforgettable scene. Along with all that, the restaurant along the lakeshore in this area are both plenty and serve fantastic food. This is definitely a place I would recommend.

Great area to walk, jog, or bike. Amazing view of the downtown core. Not very well lit in many areas so I would suggest you bring a flashlight or use your phone as an alternate light source. Try to avoid going at dusk due to the swarms of sand flies and mosquitos especially after a rainy day.

This a wonderful little space to relax on spring, summer or autumn day. It is a public space that is LGBTQ2S friendly. There are Muskoka chairs to sit in, large rocks to relax on and a scenic view of Sunnyside Beach and the Toronto city skyline. There is an interesting display discussing the sun, including where the sun rises and sets on the Toronto shoreline from this lookout point. Bathrooms are available during the warm summer weather just over the bridge and a kilometre down the trail towards the beach. If you are in the area this is definitely a place to visit. Just dress accordingly for the weather.

Best and quiet place to see lakeshore.. nice trail to walk..parking is free after 9pm. There are beautiful walkway to reach to the Lakeshore. Once you reach Lakeshore you can see sand and at night there is perfect view of CN tower and you can sit and enjoy the view perfectly. Loved this place. You can visit after 9pm and can park free.

Great park and picnic zone for the summer, the bike ride to get to this location is safe BV and fun! If you get bored of the views there's a butterfly conservatory nearby that you can visit. You can see all of the downtown core firm this location and it is far away enough from traffic that is quiet and peaceful!

What a view!!! I’m jealous of the residents that live here because they have such a nice view of the Toronto skyline. Also found out the other day that there are some boulders here for climbing, ranging from v1-v7. Definitely check this area out if you’re into walks, biking or climbing.

Sheldon Lookout - located at the mouth of the Humber River. It has a good view to the City of Toronto and City of Mississauga. The Humber Bay Arch Bridge is right next to the lookout. Its good for a walk along the lake shore.

Sheldon Lookout is situated right where the Humber River flows into Lake Ontario. It offers stunning views of the shoreline and downtown Toronto. There are several little monuments to admire as well. You can sit down in one of the numerous colourful chairs. It's a great spot to relax and let the mixture of beautiful nature and big city life sink in.

This is easily one of my favourite spots to relax. Great view across the lake of the Toronto Skyline including the iconic CN Tower (especially at nights with the light reflections on the lake). There is also a view the Humber Bay Arch Bridge and Lookout Point from this location. Limited seating is available and most places would be wheelchair accessible (mostly paved walkways). You could also sit in the grass or on the break rocks if you prefer. It can be busy during the daytime and especially when there is good weather. At nights, there is a lot more space for you to relax and enjoy!!! Paid parking is available here.

They did a nice job on decorating this little spot... Still noisy from the highway... Nice boulders to climb for the kids.. bring a crash pad... Good for a five minute break.... Can get busy... Still some fencing construction by water (as of june2020)... Nice photo ops... The water is polluted after a rain storm due to poor water management and overwhelmed treatment plant that just dumps sewage into the lake. Check water quality readings.... Write to your counselor to get this fixed.

I went at night so it was cold and windy. The water was crashing against the rocks. It was really nice. I would recommend going lower than the lookout so that you're right by the water... The view of downtown from across the water was stunning and the reflection on the water was beautiful! Would totally go back during the day to enjoy when it's less windy
