Peacefully
Such a beautifully curated nature spot. It's tucked away at Humber Campus, I didn't even know it was there. What a happy find!
Amazing scenery.
Beautiful park with nice clear trail for walking.
A nice place!
Great place to go for a walk. Beautiful scenery. They keep this place very well maintained. Lots of gorgeous flowers.
Very beautiful natural place, too much fun to have there, travelling is best thing, love to travel, fun and more.
Very calm and soothing place, you can easily spend hours seating here. Its very beautiful area
It was very good building, the infrastructure was amazing. It is covered by trees and plants which makes it very beautiful.
Urban rural!!! College active and river oasis in a forested retreat! The essence of Toronto the City in the park!
Nice pond, park and ravine.
Love this place.. Go there every week
Took some photos here in the fall colours, it's a beautiful park!
Love going here every week. A gem of a place to enjoy nature, meet up with friends, do a photo shoot or just a walk.
Beautiful place to walk. Very quiet and relaxing.
Great place for a wedding. Unfortunately not enough bathrooms so if you have an event here, inform your guests to be ready for that. They have spaces for intimate events.
Nice.... Just that u have to share the wash room and lounge.... and u don't get the internet in your room. Aside this the environment is very enriching....
awsume place.. u feel like u r in a paradise????????
Great site
Beautiful for weddings. Gardens are the best.
A nice place for a walk and photoshoot.
Beautiful and quiet place to visit in fall.
Beautiful and serene. Great place for a romantic walk.
Hidden paradise amongst the hustle and bustle of Toronto. witness a great variety of wildlife from deers, birds, beavers, squirrel and rabbits
When I am here, I feel as though I am in Heaven
A hidden gem... this arboretum is very well maintenance, and it has many connected traila including 1 large one around the arboretum. Unlike most arboretums that only have trees, this one is a hybrid between a botanical garden and an arboretum. The garden portion is small, but you can easily spend an hour or more walking the trails. It is a must visit, and it is also dogfriendly too.
Beautiful place, lots of flowers and sceneries.
Went snowshoeing, and it was spectacular. The scenery was beautiful and the tour guide was fantastic
Perfect trail for walking jogging running cycling.
The Humber Arboretum is a pleasant rural surprise hidden in a very urban setting. Pretty ponds are filled with lovely fish and other water creatures, and are surrounded by various types of colorful and fragrant flowers that are attractive to both people and pollinators alike. The extensive grounds are also home to many other types of flora and fauna, and are a lovely place to take a stroll. It's a great place to learn more about our environment and to work with others to do what we can to improve it.
Great for photos and relaxing
Very relaxing n entertaining.
Beautiful place and a heaven for plant lovers
Flowers in summer. Hiking ..
A good park with plenty of trails to walk. Scenic natural places with flowers and wild life. Well maintained park on the pond side but trails could get some more maintenance. A recommendation could be to have fire pit options at some places in park.
This place is so cool! I have been there recenty with "Sunflower" and "Beaver", (Their nature names.), I learned so much from them like different types of leaves, fun facts about trees and more education things about nature! I would reccomend this place to anyone and everyone. It is a learning experience, you get fresh air, its something new/ a new experience and the building is a good size to fit two whole classes and it has its own good sized bathroom. Also the building looks very much like the R.O.M the struture not the size obviously and lastly they have real artifacts of living things, (A turtle, pictures of different animals, hair of horses and lots more!). So that is a wonderful place to go on a trip to. By: ~Galaxysecrets2000 101~
I had no idea there was such a beautiful and far spanning trail in Rexdale!
Well-maintained tiny park by the humber college
Gorgeous place! The gardens are serene and peaceful. The ponds and gazebos provide the perfect backdrop for small picnics and photography. It is now one of my favourite places to take a walk or to watch the sunset, especially during the late-spring and summer months.
Amazing place ☺️
Beautiful and peaceful place
100's of acres of gardens and natural wildlife. Watch out for the coyotes!
What a beautiful place! The whole place is kept well and maintained. There are trails, ponds and overall great scenery and landscape . The bride chose this spot to do her bridal photoshoot. She also got a permit. We also saw other couples too doing a photoshoot. If you need to use the bathroom there is the Humber College residence near by which you can use. There is parking but very limited!! There’s a drop off loop and then you can park a little outside.
Beautiful area to walk, bike. Sometimes Rexdale get a bad rap, that's unfair. This hidden gem fall behind Humber College and across woodbine. It's loaded with beautiful wildlife (sometimes deers). Has several inner trails. The Humber River is right at your feet. Stunning in summer /fall
Beautiful in the fall with all the coloured leaves. Bring bird seed to feed the ducks along the stream. You can do exercises at various spots along the trails. The university doesn't mind if you use their bathrooms. Perfect for a weekend stroll in nature.
A really breathtaking place filled with lots of greenery. Perfect for hiking or biking. Clean and fresh. A gem hidden in an urban area
Perfect picnic place amongst the fluttering of birds! Vxo
Wonderful place for photo shoot. Weeding, baby shower,or birthday prefect palace for any kind of photo shoots ????
Aside from the fact that it’s located in the middle of Humber College, and that this is a human-made natural space, the Humber Arboretum is absolutely beautiful and very pleasant to visit; a great place for amateur photographers as well. The core of the arboretum isn’t very big. There are many trails that branch off from this core into different directions. If you’re in the area and love natural landscapes, it’s certainly worth a quick stop over.
Beautiful place to get your event or wedding photo shoot done.
Mowed grass trails extending up from the Humber River path end in lovely strolling gardens, including benches and gazebos. Not crowded at around 11 am on a sunny, warm Saturday.
Beautiful place to walk. Take photos. Many trails and places to sit and enjoy the view. Flowers, trees, water features. Delightful and not crowded. Free.
Always enjoy the natural surroundings
Great jewel of a park hidden in the big city!
Beautiful gardens and ponds.
One of the most beautiful places I've ever had the pleasure to visit!
Breathe taking
Great place to go for a walk, howvere parking is an issue at the campus.
We go in after hours, still a lot peopel bike and walk, nice park for relax in the city, but i didnt find owl or eagle that i want to see, still enjoy the walk
Nature Love Peace
Gorgeous park! If you climb up the hill (to the right when you first enter) you can catch some pretty nice views and sunsets.
A piece of untouched nature in Toronto - saw two reindeer there. The city of Toronto is advancing way too aggressively onto the remaining greenery within its boundaries, including the green space around Humber Arboretum. Soon we going to kill off all oxigen generating nature and enclose ourselves into lifeless concrete. As of April 2018 Humber-Guelph college/university's interconnected mase of buildings has three construction cranes towering new development sites with new immense parking lots attached to them. Why not to organize all these parking fields into one multi-level parking space, to have less footprint on the land and be more environment friendly?
Did not know there was such a beautiful trail so close to home!
This is a great, well-maintained spot that makes for a perfect afternoon walk.
Nice and open, usually quiet
Wonderful escape to nature
Very peace and beautiful place
Perfect for a crisp autumn stroll to see the magnificent colours.
Fantastic educational programs. Highly recommended.
calm, peaceful and refreshing
Beautiful large park to discover.
Lots of places to take pictures. Love the whole area! Lots of gazebos and flowers.
nice trails,
Loved the arboretum, very well maintained. Cute little pathways to walk through for an enjoyable summer day!
Beautiful relaxing place.
Love this place, highly recommend a visit.
Quiet and tranquil spot at the corner of the city.
Beautiful and peaceful .. enjoy alot while seeing sunset
Nice place to go for a walk. But didn't feel safe. There was lots of places for someone to hide. People just appear from out of nowhere
Spring is in the air at Humber Arboretum. You can see blooming trees and flowers and all ki d's of living creatures. Frogs, ducks, turtles...and of course weddings and weddings.
Small yet Quant and cute in the winter
Beautiful place to walk
Perfect place for spare time.
????
Beautiful paths with lots of flowers, fish and turtles
Must see if you are in the area. Grounds maintained by the Humber College Students. There is something different in bloom every time I go there. I feel refreshed after each visit.
It’s just so calming to go there. The best
Good trails for a jaunt or leisure walk. Scenic with the flowers planted there
A gem in the city of Toronto. Local flora and fauna. Great place to snap some stunning pictures.
Beautiful and peaceful
Beautiful, peaceful and quiet!
It's my fav
Outdoor spaces are wonderful and this one doesn't disappoint. Great view of solar panels on a parking garage at Humber College North campus
A beautiful garden hidden away behind Humber College's campus. A vast array of flowers, ponds, and on-site research facility and lengthy trails that stretch along the Humber River all the way to Brampton.
Had our wedding here. The grounds are well manicured with a stunning assortment of forest tree's ,flowers and ponds. No option for electricity and you can not throw flower petals which is policy. We had a great time.
Beautiful place for nice walk
Nice place to have fun. The serenity is wonderful
This place is beautiful for a light walk. Especially in the spring and summer.
Excellent place for a walk in the nature, with ponds, gardens and they open a parking lot that is free for the people who come to the arboretum.
Great place to relax
Lovely spot for a ramble, close to the city and minutes from the airport, which made this the perfect last stop before leaving Toronto.
We often hang out there. My 3 year old loves to go out for walks in the woods with us, look out for some treasures. Beautiful place in the heart of city for us to access and be in the lap of nature.
Love this botanical garden! Professionally designed so that you can enjoy seeing florals and shrubs anytime from May to Sept.
Great park! We had wedding pictures here and had a great time. No one bothered us (we had a permit). great maintained trails and very scenic areas. Nice hidden gem near the college who are not familiar with the area.
Such a beautiful place to visit in the summer. The arboretum is filled with weddings, animals, flowers, and trailed all over to explore.
A great place to connect with nature..my favorite time to go is near fall....its an interesting place..my kids enjoy going here too
Absolutely beautiful any time of year, would reccomend for a good bit of time with nature
A beautiful nature spot gradually loosing its magic as Humber campus grows. Never ending improvement projects sometimes make it look as one construction site. Nevertheless I still love this place
it is a great path to relax and walk
Taking a walk there is always a treat to your soul in any season.
The Humber aboretum is a well.maintained park. The staff maintains it all year long. The trails that exist there are nice to travel on. Only been there during the winter but I've found some nice spots to shoot video and take photos.
Great and quit place
Great walk in fall
Just for walking
Huge park with lots of walking trails and cool landscaping! I ♥️ Toronto parks!
Beautiful park and trail
Great spot for wedding photos.
Natural and beautiful place
So beautiful and serene
Beautiful place, well planned and organized.
So beautiful. Lots of ponds and variety of flowers.
Such a beautiful spot for an outdoor lunch, meeting or walk. Very well maintained and cared for.
Nice for walks
Very nice place to go for picnic or walk! Lots of dragonflies
If you live in Toronto and love nature. This is the place for you
Variety of plants & places to walk & sit
This is my favorite place to go, ever. It has beautiful trails & the trees are so gorgeous at this time of year. I go there to meditate or read.
Beautiful place
Love venue for wedding photos...
Love that place
Beautiful
So beautiful!! My man and i had the most amazing walk through herw last week. I would have posted photos but my camera was acting up that day. Go see on a nice sunny day! It was fall and we walked through piles and piles of crunchy leaves, like something right out of a Hallmark movie. A great date idea!
Down right gorgeous in the fall
Great for walking anytime of the year attended my friend's wedding
Beautiful place if you’re looking for a relaxing walk and a breath of fresh air! Summer or winter, perfect all year around!
calm and close to nature
Beautiful place ideal for jogging and biking surrounded by nature
Such a nice place to spend time.
Amazing Place, Well Maintained
Great
Great place to walk around and bring family. Plenty of space to sit and nature to see.
Loved it as a kid as our middle school back then arranged trips here and there. Now as an adult, the place itself is still as beautiful, let alone the gardening projects shows they care about nature conservation on another level!
I am surprised to discover such a nice please close to my habitat
Beautiful romantic park
The humber arboretum is always a beautiful place to go, with lots of nice scenery and plenty of trails for hiking.
Good place for jogging or walking. Perfect to relax purpose
Beautiful! A good place to wander around and clear your mind!
Humber Arboretum is a great place to visit if you want to get away from the city life and don't have enough time on to travel away from the city. It has some wonderful trails and flower beds. The place is big enough to enjoy some alone time. I have been here a few times but recently discovered the sunset point.
This is so beautiful. I saw many old trees and felt close to nature.
Pure Bliss
One of the most beautiful public gardens in the GTA. The gardens border the ravine. It is difficult to see where the garden ends and where the ravine starts. Many walking paths, great for a nature walk.
So beautiful! A great way to unwind after a stressful day of studying.
Use to play Pokémon here. Nice walk. Not much parking.
Beautiful main park and great access to the West Humber trail.
Great place for kids to learn about the environment.
Beautiful location for wedding photography
One of the most wonderful place in Toronto
Nice trails and atmosphere. I enjoyed alot. I am sure you will experience the same.
Such a peaceful fall stroll (also, great in the spring) with a pretty pond and trails to discover by the Humber River. You will feel totally disconnected from the city. To see more follow @adventureontario on Instagram.
Beautiful park
Beautiful
Nice park, nice trees.
nice and informative staff, great for school trips or bike rides
Very beautiful place. Easily a 3.5 km trail. Carry some food, insect repellent, a book and there are plenty of serene spots to crash after a long walk. Would definitely recommend.
A peaceful and rejuvenating natural jungle just within concrete jungle of Etobicoke (Toronto). You may walk, exercise and relax in lish green surroundings.
Its good
I love this place to go for a walking, it is really gorgeous!!!
So scenic. But it is private property. Meant for humber students and alumni.
Amazing place!
Got an opportunity to vist this place and walk around the natural conservation are and manicured lawns. It's a hidden jewel in the heart of the city. This place is adjacent to the Humber College, Etobicoke. Very well maintained getaway if you like to get disconnected from the husstle and bustle of the city without traveling too far. There are beautiful trails, amazing sunset point, places to relax with friends and family. The manicured lawns and flowers reflect the amount of work, money and dedication that goes into maintaining such a beautiful place. Best part is that there is no entry fee. This can be a photographers delight. There are good spots for event or wedding photography. I am not sure if BBQ is allowed but it is a good place to bring food and enjoy outdoor dining. If BBQ is allowed, this can be a better place than most other parks or trails. The gazebos, ponds and mix of wild and manicured areas provide a perfect back drop for amazing photo opportunities and small get-togethers. It is a good combination of wilderness, green grass, colorful flowers and some pretty ponds with lotus blooming. Another good thing was it was not crowded at all - not sure if this was due to long weekend and city folks decided to go out of GTA. Quiet and serene place in the middle of city was an astonishing find for me - thanks to my friend who introduced me to this place. Also there is a cricket ground close by if you love to watch cricket. Overall a good place within city to relax, unwind and bond with friends and family.
This is One of my Favorite Places!!!! Located behind North Campus at Humber College!!!!!
this place is the best place to see nature and wildlife like this Great Blue Heron, painted turtle, american green frog and monarch butterfly!
Discover a life in colors as you take a stroll along the paths of the Arboretum. You will be surrounded with thousands of floral species. Follow @mas_ha_rul for beautiful photos of nature
Love this place!
Beautiful trails especially doing a night hike with mobile flashlights lighting the landscape...gave an out of the world experiance
Lovely walk with both well-groomed gardens and more natural conservation areas.
This place is beautiful, I had the opportunity to volunteer for them and it was an awesome experience. Great place to relax ????
Beautiful area. Great for a walk through nature.
This is one of the most beautiful gardens and trails you can see in the GTA! With lots of hidden paths, well placed gazebos, waterfalls and pond, it is a soothing oasis in the middle of etobicoke, right by the college. I love coming here for it's scenic picture spots and lack of heavy traffic. The trails can be accessed from several different points of the gardens and many lead to the paved part running beside the Humber river. Parking is in the campus parking lot at the moment (July 2020).
Great place to relax!
Great road and scenery. People on the trail are very polite .
Love the pond. Lucky to see lotus in September.
Absolutely beautiful! Flowers, ponds, shaded hiking paths. Parking is tough. Lots of people park on the street shoulder. University parking is nearby, but need a permit M-F.
Beautiful park. Lots of frogs and creatures for the kids to check out. Lots of ponds and trails.
Beautiful trails to walk across
The best time to go and explore the place is just after a heavy rainfall as you would then see many deers around.
Went to the maple syrup collecting tour???? on March, holding by Humber College. Was an excellent experience and try sorts of different things such as feeding the birds trying fresh maple drinks, even though the weather was kind of chilling those days the memories are hot and fresh☺️ Thank you again Humber College for giving me this chance to explore this fabulous forest with those fabulous people and created a lot of priceless experience????
Very beautiful arboretum with nice trails. Great for the entire family to spend few hours. Very beautiful flowers, trees, native plants. Saw a blue jay too. Humber river can be seen down one of the trails. Great for nature and plant lovers. There is ample parking; paid parking from Monday to Friday and free at the weekends. The arboretum is behind the Humber college building. When you arrive at the destination as per google maps, just go around behind the building and you will see the arboretum.
Gorgeous Oasis. A beautiful spot for kids to explore!
Wonderful park!
Fantastic parks and garden with direct connection to trails along the Humber River. The Humber Arboretum is beautiful, a well designed and maintained park with lots of amazing flowers and wildlife. I encountered a lot of photographers there, the area is particularly scenic.
It was amazing....we went when the sun was out and it was positive temperature....overall amazing experience surrounded with nature and peace....good trail...
????
Beautiful place for walks
Very nice park, clean, quiet and well taken care of
Pretty but quite small.
Very beautiful
Beautiful place...so naturally beautiful...the landscaping is out of this world...
Beautiful grounds for weddings and general photography. Great summer camp for kids as the learn a lot about nature.
beautiful hidden spot, perfect for a picnic, we've spotted deer at this place
Beautiful place to relax and study. Very large surface area as well.
A green oasis in middle of urban jungle
Great place to hike, run, bike and see some wildlife. I like that it is a protected area. The Humber river runs through it so you get a rolling terrain and a stream.
Amazing
So beautiful any time of year
Gorgeous spot to just relax and read a book or just walk around
Amazing place for nature lovers and its so beautiful...there are trails too.
Just amazing! Been cycling here well over 30 years. The garden is spectacular. Please respect it and keep it clean. Huge turtle in pond, see it if ur lucky. Make sure and check out the garden of the rising moon with the water fall feature, it's hidden. Feel free to your feet in the water.
Beautiful place for a walk. And enjoy the birds singing
great for give a quick brake around collage.
Beautiful walk with surprises.
Delightful little spot. Not for a long trek though.
Great spot for hiking and to chill in a part of Etobicoke that really lacks it.
it was beautiful and the kids loved watching the flowers
Nice place to chill, walk around or ride a bike. The atmosphere here is really cool. Also the place has so many animals, it's nice to just be one with nature
Nice and quiet place for walk or run.
Best place for evening and morning walk????????
Very beautiful. Nice water features.
Beautiful gardens and trails are lovely. It's a gorgeous park in the heart of a city. Great place to see some magical fall colours!
Beautiful spot for a walk and pretty photos!
Beautiful place for nature lovers in the city
Nature is always beautiful. God's creation at best, all year round.
Great place to hike in the city! Connected to the West Humber trail system.
I live close by the Humber Arboretum, so I go there alot....it's an awesome place with a hiking and bike trail...you can also watch the sunset there.
A wonderful garden, close to nature and easy to walk around.
Beautiful scenery of nature and animal life. Good place to go and think about life.
Simply beautiful, lots of squirrels, birds and if you are lucky you will see dears.
Nice needs a little bit more up keep good idea to go for a visit with the family
Beautiful place for a stroll or a bike ride. Sometimes you forget that you're still in Toronto. Nice place to see some deer, ducks, beavers and other Ontario wildlife.
Beautiful little park on a sunny Sunday!
????
The college takes care if all the flower gardens and landscaping. Nice area for weddings and photos.
Its gppd for a small hike
High enough to watch the sunset over the city, private and peaceful place to meditate and go for a brisk walk
Beautiful arboretum for walks, picnic wedding photos etc
Lovely gardens and woods
This is a phenomenal garden. The grounds are immaculately well kept. There are beautiful trails through the forest and connect down into the Humber trail system. We have been there times now with my young children and have seen turtles, frogs, deer, birds, and a raccoon. Far more animals than people.
A great place to spend your free times
It was such a pleasure having the arb as my back yard for two years. Beautiful, relaxing, the best place for a good run (& one of the main reasons I passed photography). Always be aware of your surroundings as there is a lot of wildlife around, and it's unfortunately not located in the safest neighbourhood.
Quaint woods surrounded by bustling city works as a perfect evening de-stressor for me. Flora is abundant and expect fauna like coyotes, birds.
The Humber Arboretum and connecting green space is a great place to enjoy natural beauty and wildlife without leaving Toronto. Wonderful hiking trails, forest, meadows. Stay a good while and you will likely spot deer—if you're quiet. It's a beautiful experience.
Excellent arboretum with small botanical garden. Well manicured with diverse plants and flower variety. Nestled in a quiet area on the outskirts of Toronto but parking is confusing (only a few spots on premise and the terms/costs for parking nearby is not clear). Overall a nice experience for those looking for a serene, comforting, environment.
Lots of trails, streams and woods to traverse through. A pond in the center of it all with a nice view and locale to relax and play around in.
Beautiful calming place
well kept beautiful place to walk
Such a beautiful park. Lovely trails, gardens and woods. On a nice, sunny day, the park makes for great pictures, picnics and strolls. I feel very tranquil as soon as I enter the premises. My daughters absolutely love the arboretum, especially around the pond areas. They love looking at ducks and frogs. So many beautiful flowers and plants. Lots of stone structures, and benches for relaxing and taking amazing pictures. The air smells fresher, you just feel peaceful. I highly recommend.
Beautiful garden and park. A hidden gem!
Nice garden to walk through, it's not too big so you don't need to spend a lot of time in order to see everything. Better to visit in the middle of summer. I went late August and some of the plants were dying. It was still beautiful but I know it would be even more so when everything is alive and the garden is thriving.
LOVE this place! Gorgeous landscapes, perfect for taking pictures of all kinds! Nice trails to walk around and well kept! Great summer programs for kids as well!
The green life in this place wasn't present due to the winter. But that didnt stop its beauty from shining through the ice and snow. Its opened to the public and the students were very respective during our use of the location.
We love to go through the trails in this area. The arboretum organize events that are worth to attend
Great site for outdoor wedding
Very romantic garden with nice trails going through it.
Beautiful scenery, but difficult to get into the parking area from Google maps.
Beautiful space, close to downtown. Good as a wedding venue!
Very nice place
Great place for a walk. Especially in the fall.
Very beautiful and clean. The walk is very enjoyable.
My favorite place for a photo shoot. It’s surrounded by beautiful trees, flowers and gorgeous landscape. I love taking summer and fall photos here. Highly recommended ????????????
Beautiful and well kept. Parking is still a huge problem so difficult to access.
Amazingly beautiful park
Great place
Nice place to feel; one with nature.
Great place to walk your dog :)
One of the most beautiful and stunning botanical garden behind the humber college linked to the trail of humber river trail. There is an access from a road west side of the college. Moreover, beside of the small parking spots limited to 4 vehicles, there is a huge visitor parking at the front of the college which is free of charge in weekends and holidays! Enjoy it!
The most beautiful place in North toronto. Got married here in 2015 and the wedding pics came out amazing. They've made extensive upgrades to the grounds and the network of walking trails that connects to the arboretum have been expanded. This is a hidden gem in north rexdale.
Found it while googling parks near Humber river. It was a pleasant surprise. It's a joint venture between Humber college, and the city. Therefore, although google says "it might be closed" over the weekend, the building was the only thing that closed on Saturday. The Tranquility garden and all trails are open all year long. The garden was so picture perfect that it attracted 3 weddings at the same time when we were there. The trails were well-maintained but very quiet. We saw a blue heron, a deer and countless cardinals along the way.
It's heaven ... beautiful place ... Good for photo shoot and spending time close to nature
It's unclear where you're supposed to park, and my directions led me to the campus. I ended up parking on a side street on the other side of the river, and was able to enjoy the scenery for a while.
Close to city, airport - ample parking, good for quick trail
My fiance and I were supposed to get married this weekend and a month prior, booked a photo permit ($250) at Humber Arboretum to take pictures after the wedding ceremony with our bridal party. Unfortunately, a week before the wedding, my fiance's brother passed away and the wedding got postponed. We emailed our contact at Humber Arboretum to notify them and to see if there was any way to either cancel the permit and get a refund or to get a credit that we could apply for future use. I get a phone call back from the associate helping us (who was very understanding shared his condolences) and he advised that unfortunately his senior management and higher-ups told him that they wouldn't be able to provide a refund or credit. He shared that he tried his best to let them know this was an unexpected circumstance and a difficult time for us, however, they said that since we didn't "meet the 15-day cancellation policy they couldn't do anything for us". So unfortunate and disheartening. We will definitely be sharing this with our wedding vendors who visit this venue often so that they can warn their clients in advance that there's no consideration made and there's no care for their clients - even in circumstances that are beyond their control.
Beautiful place to take a walk or pictures. What a hidden gem on the city of Etobicoke!
Best during lockdown
Always love having family picnics here it's so serene
My kids love the summer camps. Great people that work here. Lots of outdoor fun.
Open green yet quiet space to think, relax and clear the mind.
This is my neighborhood park. Very underrated but it’s such a beautiful park.
It's my place to just chill with nature.
You can see buildings pretty much everywhere in the place
Waste of natural space
A beautiful eco-friendly building. The walking tours and workshops for kids are great. The arboretum is well maintained keeping the much needed wilderness intact. It is great for a walk and photography in all seasons
Gorgeous place, easy hiking and nice views!
Pretty awesome place, if you want to getaway from the city hustle. Moreover, stunning views and great place to enjoy nature at it's best!
Beautiful
It is beautiful, lots of space and nature to explore, for people of all ages. There's a bee hive, butterfly garden and plenty of spots that make for great pictures. I go here with my children and have always returned satisfied and happy. Must go
No parking for car. Too populated
Gorgeous!
The trees are blossoming! Absolutely gorgeous time to go. Access to the humber trail as well, however a lot of bugs if you go during sun down. Would definitely recommend.
Nature takes a free way in our lives. The tweets from chikidis and noises from tree branches make wonders of lifespan perspectives and environmental cues. Just take a walk to this location and see how it goes...
Nice place for pictures during summer
Good place to spend a quite evening and feel the tranquility.
Great place
This place is gorgeous and lives up to the hype on Humber's website
Love taking a break here for my dog walks. Lots of places to sit and rest to look at all the flowers and gardens in this place.
It was really bad experience also there was no tim Hortons near by really bad
Nice Nature
Most beautiful park
Very nice to walk in.
A botanical garden that continues into trails!!
The garden was beautiful! The actual trail itself was well paved but not too much to see along the way. It'd be good for biking but may be a bit boring for just a walk.
Absolutely LOVE this place!!!!
Nice place to chill, explore and take a walk.
Good place for walking trail.biking, photo shoot...
wonderful views and walks and lovely flowers. very romantic
The arboretum was the reason I needed to walk half an hour instead of 10 minutes to school for 2 years. I hope the city paves over this hairy nature hole.
Have not been able to explore it yet. Just the environment is awesome
A pleasant addition to the West Humber river trail.
A beautiful garden that provides a peaceful and quiet escape from the hectic pace of the city.
Beautiful, stunning.
A truely beautiful place. Try and go during the week as the weekend is overrun by just married wedding parties and engaged couples taking photographs
Just beautiful!
Lovely place! Highly recommended to visit
Love this place! So beautiful and peaceful. Check it out if you haven't already
Quiet and beautiful place to go especially when you are stressed with the final projects and exams.
Great place to hang out. Interesting mixed landscape that calls attention of any ages.
Beautiful location with manicured gardens in in front and nice easy walking trails that link the 3 park areas together.
Definitely a hidden gem in Toronto. The arboretum is connected to miles of Riverside trails.
Excellent spot for hand feeding birds! Great walking trails and accessible by bus!
Very beautiful place for learning about nature, trail, biking etc.
Beautiful place! Small but nice walk and gazebo if you get caught in the rain. Only parking is the Humber university parking so beware tickets during busy times.
Lovely place to go on a stroll.
A great place to relieve stress and wind down. One of Toronto's best kept secret, why? Q? In Hindi? Because everyone walks the trail which is very good, but very few know about the arboretum, you need to walk up the hill. Look at photos, then pack a snack, bring the children and teach them about nature. Ok, so how do I find it? Drive into Humber college, stay on the perimeter, that's the ring road behind the college, until you see the big sign, come in the evening and Saturday and Sunday when school is out and you can park for free. Just come, bring a book and a snack and sit, that's it folks. FYI, Humber college is associated with Guelph uni, what that you say? Guelph is one of the world's great uni, animal husbandry, that's vet to you, and landscaping, yes dear! You can get a degree in the two subjects, and students from India, China, all of Africa, and where you come from to study at Guelph, so what's puny Humber got to do with it? You ask? It's their campus in Toronto, so the landscaping students do all the planting and arranging, Landscaping is a great art, and it's more than planting tomatoes. Bring an easel and try painting, Bring a camera, not the phone junk like I have, and train yourself at scapes. Remember, dearie, you have to like yourself to be alone, and I like you. So? Come and don't pick the flowers, just bend over, hehe, and take a whiff.
If you're looking to take pictures of beautiful natural scenery with in Toronto or just enjoy it this is a great place. Parking isn't extremely expensive like downtown. There's lots of nice really old trees, the area is really well taken care of. You would never think it was in Rexdale. Enjoy!
Beautiful scenery
Had our wedding photos taken here. Amazing scenery where you'd least expect it. Very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
Easy romp around, but always see something new here
When a beautiful day in a beautiful part. Great job!
I come here almost every weekend. It is beautiful all year round no matter what type of season. On occasion I have seen deer, ducks, rabbits, and many different species of birds. The trails are beautiful, and quiet you don't even feel like you are in the city. It is good for going for jogs, waks, and biking all year round. If you are looking for a natural and peaceful trail in etobicoke you need to visit here!.m
Beautiful place where you can relax and enjoy looking at different trees and learning their names. All the trees and plants are labelled.

Beautiful place...lots of things to see for children
Beautiful get away in the city.
Very beautiful and peaceful place to visit for a walk alone or with family. The ponds are lovely and are full of little fish. It is amongst the Humber College campus and so you tend to see the buildings when walking along the path but as this is in the city its not too big of a distraction. Quite a large area so could easily spend an hour or two on the many paths. :)
Oasis in the town
Good place to relax
Lovely. Clean and well maintained !
There will be a slim chance of seeing a deer in the distance while you take a stroll along the paths connected to the arboretum. You'll appreciate the layout of the place and the time you spend.
Great path to walk, jog or ride your bike.

Great scenery. But can be loud if a festival is on nearby.
Love this place so much ! It’s a hidden gem not too far from the city and has many trails and gardens. Parking is free on weekends which is another bonus. Highly recommend a visit if you want a serene day trip. Additionally, this is also a great place for biking or seeing the fall colours along the many trails!
Humber Arboretum is a gorgeous garden, curated by the local college. It is a lovely place to visit when everything is in bloom. While you're there, you can also check out the trail along the Humber River. Both are well worth the visit.

Beautiful place to take a walk and pictures
Very nice place for a walk through beautiful gardens. Even mid-October there were many flowers to enjoy. You can take a trail down through the forest to Humber river and enjoy a walk along there. Nice, restful spot. Parking may be difficult. All parking lots seem to have barriers, but they were not in use when I was there. Congratulations to the Landscape Technology students for creating such a nice place. Enjoy

Delightful hidden gem! Beautiful flowers and landscape. There's only two parking spots directly next to the arboretum but you can go to the Parking Pavillion near the bus terminal and get complimentary free parking from the parking tenant. Then you can use the complimentary parking ticket and park in the parking lot next to the arboretum. Good luck
Beautiful this time of year. Nice trails to walk under the trees where it's cool and peaceful benches overlooking the ponds. Limited parking the only drawback.

Tranquil
Beautiful place for a stroll. The gardens are stunning, and change with the seasons. Have seen deer and rabbits enjoying the paths. My favourite area is the cactus garden. If they charged admission ( no charge) I would happily pay. They only charge for wedding photography.
The Humber Arboretum is an absolutely gorgeous park used by the college for arborist studies. Honestly this place is a paradise. So many quiet and beautiful places to study if you're on campus. If you're in the area, take a walk down the many nature trails and enjoy the bountiful grounds.
I like to enjoy this place with my kids. I hope this place will be so good in the future.
