Parks are complex elements of a city. They can serve scores of different uses, may be specialized in their function, or can simply provide visual appeal for residents. However they work, they act to define the shape and feel of a city and its neighborhoods. They also function as a conscious tool for revitalization. Parks can stem the downturn of a commercial area, support the stabilization of faltering neighborhoods, and provide a landmark element and a point of pride for constituents. For all these things to happen, the city needs to be open and aware of parks' potential to spur revival, and support the elements that are needed to make that happen.

This place is absolutely beautiful, stunning! I was there the other day with my pet dog Meeko and it's like walking into a beautiful mystical fairy tale world. I love this park & it's not too far from my house, thats a very good thing :) I will start taking my dog here more often because he seems to like it too quite a bit. The grass, flowers and everything are just gorgeous! If anyone see's me at the park with my dog, he is friendly but keep at a distance ;) if you get me. (he's my emotional support dog and therapy dog) and please no children around my dog as he does not like kids. No small dogs around Meeko either as he doesn't get along well with small dogs (Big dogs are fine). His name is Meeko and he is my baby and my rock in life and he is my life and soul and I will protect him like a guardian angel. I love him. anyway yes I love this park, beautiful and stunning.

Very scenic park with lots of things to look at. But it appears that parts of the walking trail have vanished into mud? Strange.

Lovely setting. Quiet and clean. Will be spectacular when in bloom.

Great walking path that is cleaned in a timely manner. Garbage pails located throughout. Lots of baseball diamonds and soccer fields. Watch out for gopher holes in the spring. Beautiful viewing area for stars and sunsets.

Lovely park. I call it "Flower Park" from all the tulips planted on spring. Cool sundial at the center of the park and a time capsule to be opened in the 2070s.

I enjoyed my visit at Churchill park. The park itself is fun for all ages and can entertain a family for hours. Churchill is a very clean park with an amazing view of southern Estevan. There are so many things to do at Churchill its incredible. Highly recommend ❤❤
