Had no idea we had a beautiful sandy beach in the Wolf Willow area! Had a great time with the puppies. The area is kept nice and clean. Lots of people going over the foot bridge, with their bikes and families. Our puppies loved the sandy beach and water. Highly recommend checking out.

My daughter and I love riding our bikes down the trails around the wolf willow ravine. The foot bridge that goes to the Fort is a great place for a picnic. I can't wait for warm weather to arrive so that we can get out there again. This is a hidden gem of Edmonton where you can feel like you are in nature while actually being in the middle of the city.

This is not for the faint-of-heart! There's a huge hill on one side of the Fort Edmonton Footbridge (although it is paved) and lots of stairs on the other side. The bridge was fun to play on for our small kids because it had curved benches that were on many different levels.
