We've got the information of real people who bought the services and products of Victoria Park (Tourist Attraction) in the territory close to Edmonton (Canada).
To this day this firm receives a score of 4.6 stars over 5 and the score has been based on 127 reviews.
You must have seen that the average score it has is nearly the best one, and it is based on a very large number of reviews, so we can say that the rating is very faithful. If many people have bothered to value when they are happy with the service, is that it works.
As you know, we don't usually bother to give scores when these are positive and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or incidence...
This Tourist Attraction corresponds to the category of City park.
Amazing green space in uptown Waterloo. Lots of fun parks and splash pads for kids and peaceful nature walk near the water. Parking can be an issue if you are coming during rush hours.
A excellent public course, with beautiful views on the back 9 ????️♂️
The park doesn't have anything overly special but it's always clean and well taken care of. A nice backdrop for the farmers market that we go to each Saturday.
Very nice downtown park.
centrally located and peaceful in summer
This is pacefull Park for to read a good book, listening music or talking with a friend. Nice lacation.
The park has a good collection of play structure, a good splash pool and great walkways. But the park is not very clean. Saw a lot of chips wrappers, ice cream wrappers, coffee cups, paper napkins, plastic utensil strewn all around the play structures. Kills the fun.
Nice, quiet green zone in downtown.
Many activities for the whole family. Very nice park. They even had an ice cream bus!
Sometimes business concept works. But hard sometimes to find sets or multiples of items. Plus the whole 9 day return policy should be illegal. Rural folks don't come to city that often. 3 to 5 hour drive for many. TJ Maxx card gives you 30 days but its just an email and data grab.
Victoria Park is beautiful!!! Great place to go with all family. You can play with kids or just relax seeing a beautiful view.
Green peace. A very nice place to spend time with family in a natural atmosphere. Can have a walk and do outdoor activities.
We had a blanket to laydown on and soaked in the sun in Victoria park. It was nice.
A pleasant green space in the city center of Regina
We enjoyed the day at Victoria Park
Really nice park! Lots of places to sit, playground for kids, and at the summer time there’s out door market every Wednesday and Saturday with food vendors and lots of cute local things to buy. Sometimes they have market under the stars with live music and during the summer there are free activities for families and everyone like Yoga in the park! Really great! The only thing that need to take under consideration is that it’s Meter parking.
Very clean park, In the downtown of Regina, it's a great park to visit! Beautiful place! With your friends or family ????
This is a green refuge in the center of the city.
I really like this park. We went there for a picnic. Enough space to play soccer and other sports. There are washrooms too.
Nice and happening place.
Great scenic walk with the wife on a Saturday morning, pumpkin spice lattes in hand ????
Great place with peace.
The oval is much bigger than I expected and the ice was in excellent shape. I enjoyed the path through the trees as it's an interesting jaunt but the ice is in much worse shape there. Lots of people present but it's easy to keep your distance. Would definitely bring the kids there again.
So clean and well kept, lots of fun community events go on here (like small music festivals or the farmers market for example) and its a nice place to sit and visit with friends and such.
One of my favourite parks in downtown Kitchener. There is something for everyone there!
Pretty but full of pan handlers , dealers and lots of meth heads flailing around.
Nice walking park, good for families, gets pretty busy and noisy though, but the man-made lake is pretty neat
Nice during the daytime and during farmers markets.
Good. There is also a simple small skating rink on the side of the park.
Central meeting spot. Regina Folk, Festival, Highland Games and many other events occur here too. Nice war memorial too with easy access to the central library, eatery's, Cornwall Mall and other downtown amenities. A peaceful place to visit.
Did a free session of Yoga in the Park with Yoga Mala; it was wonderful!!
Great hiking, skating, and golf in the middle of the city.
Great place to eat my lunch in peace and quiet.
Still has a few places that need to be "cleaned" up. I definitely wouldn't recommend for a nice late evening walk with a date or your young family
Beautiful park...loads of fun and places to seat..cool shades too
Compared to some of the other parks in guelph and Cambridge this pales in comparison. It's not bad per se just not a must see, that's all.
The Christmas lights display in the park gets worse and worse every year. Not worth going to. Head to Waterloo Park if you want the premier lights show. This review is strictly about Victoria Park in Winter.
Nice place to just sit and relax
Edmonton is a fun, outdoors city, weather not withstanding. Lots of festivals, great venues for art & music, & great variety of restaurants. My favorite part is the connected parks in the river valley where you can walk, run, ski, or bike for hours without seeing a car. Lots of great hills for cycling - I have a 10 hill route.
Great place for skating, cross country skiing in the winter.
Went for the farmers market. Wish it was a little larger, but still worth going to.
Such a beautiful serene park. The squirrels, ducks and geese flutter at ease.
Nice area to hang out, usually quiet. Only thing that makes me knock off stars is that there are people who drink and/or do drugs in the park and I hate the smell of alcohol and drugs.
I have been rather unimpressed with the market space that was created. The fact that vehicles are permitted to drive on the space seems like a waste of money that was spent to supposedly improve the downtown location. I feel as though the space needs better usage with more markets and vendors.
A beautiful park to simply sit and enjoy the sun in the downtown area.
Love the renovations, great place to check out the farmers market and a variety of events
This park is in the center of downtown. Most of the public event take place here.
It's huge but well layed out with couple of foot bridges over the canals which makes for a nice and convenient place for all to have a fun time. Also quite clean.
Nice park to visit in the heart of the city. Not the safest place at night.
Beautiful park with nice entertainment
Looking at the new building that's going up now.Left over hay from the rink .Come down and check it out.
Nice spot for picking and small camping there is no river edging or view from that site
Very nice place to spend some family time. The rink is good for speen skating. I was amazed how many people go there. You see couples, families and lots of laughing kids. It has a playground for little kids. The shelter is warm and you can see the kids skating from the inside, so you dont have to be outside all the time when is very cold. The trails are usually clean and smooth. Bring your skates.
Sweet park to chill in
Been thinking of going here with my girlfriend for years now to ice skate and was finally able to last December. The way they do the parking is great and easy to understand. The narrow ice path is perfect for beginners to practice and when you finally get the hang of it you can then proceed to the big oval rink where you can practice even more and do stunts or go fast. Ever since we went, we’ve been going every now and then whenever my girlfriend and i are free. There are washrooms too and some benches to sit down when you get tired.
Nice quite place.
Amazing place to visit for an outing and spend time with family. You surely gonna love it because I loved it too
Not sketchy at all
Very nice playgrounds and a splash area. The park is absolutely gorgeous and well decorated with flowers. Definitely well maintained. The river flowing through it makes it very scenic. Great for pictures.
I love this park! I walk through here with my boyfriend all the time. Lots of geese to be aware of but hey, we are in Canada. I personally just love this general area.
Very nice
Very neat and scenic. Beautiful waters, bridges and birds. But the issue was no one was wearing masks and trying to maintain physical distancing.
Awesome farmers market ????
I love this park!! Great place to find a bench and drink a coffee!
other then ppl drinking coolers n smoking that green it was a nice place to relax with the dog
ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! The lights and the layout this year is the best so far!! We come here every year with family and friends since they've opened and never miss. The people and atmosphere is fantastic!! Highly recommended!
Great park to walk around during day time. Not so much at night
Went here with some pups for an off leash adventure. It was a lot of fun letting the pups explore and wander. The trails were well maintained - some were in disrepair, so they were blocked off. 16 paws up!
I went here for a walk and picnic and was grateful for the amount of seating that was available for a Sunday afternoon. The park was packed with people but it was large enough to accommodate everyone.
It's a great spot for kids and families. There is a big splash pad and a playground that kids are sure to love. There are geese, ducks and fish in the pond. It is a very scenic and peaceful place for a visit as well if someone wanted to have a quiet afternoon to read by the water.
Frist farmers market was fun. A bum gave me fries I did not eat them.
Pretty during the day.. But I wouldn't walk around the area at night unless there's an event happening.
Farmers market was great and so was the music :)
Most beautiful park in the city
Somebody tried to rob me in the park one night bad idea I shattered his face I'm in G U P 9 rated hapkido expert he's probably still sleeping
Nice enough park, the farmers market on Saturdays is awesome as always! Definitely recommend checking it out !
Best park ever. It doesn't matter if you're with family, friends or by yourself!!! This place is all-rounded. You'll love it and enjoy it all the same!!!
Just a beautiful lil park in the middle of downtown..
Nice park, sketchy characters after 5 pm.
Beautiful historic park in the heart of the city. The downtown association makes sure there's always something happening here year round.
The park is a beautiful setting, lots of trees benches to sit on and relax. Regretfully, there's a lot of goose poop on the walkways and also around the splash pad where children are playing in bare feet. Not healthy for young children I also have a service dog in training and must remain alert while walking him on the paths in the park. Its a young lab and everything goes into his mouth...not healthy if that happens
It's a nice park in downtown Kitchener offering lots of options to enjoy. It has a playground, splash pad, basketball courts and picnic areas. It is a family-friendly park and you can enjoy walking, running, biking or roller skating in the park while your children are busy playing in the playground. There is plenty of shade to move the picnic tables and enjoy a nice meal.
Came to this place for rib fest. This park hosts many events throughout the year. Even when there is not event, it's just a genuinely great park to hang out. You'll see wedding couples almost everyday.
Always have good experience
Metal grates dangerous... beautiful park but be careful
This place has got to be one of the top parks in Ontario. The landscape and greenspace are fantastic. Usually, I would see garbage laying all over the place but not at this park! Because of all the mature trees, the shade was easy to find, perfect for dogs on a hot day. I went here on a Thursday, and it was not overcrowded and lucky for me and Lucy (my dog), it was windy, so not too many nasty mosquitoes to fight off. It was serene and relaxing, such a perfect way to end the day. They also have public washrooms that are currently open despite covid. I don't know how anyone would rate this park any less than five stars.
Beauty place. Roads are terrible though.
What a nice place right in the centre of the city
No public washrooms during market not even portapotty
Such a peaceful place. Wow, frozen lake! Love it!!! Beautiful park to hang out with your loved one. Have a lovely day ????
A gem in the centre of the city with many events in the summertime and some in the winter.
There is nothing much in the park. But still like it.
It is like being in an Impressionist painting... except the people are wearing contemporary leisure and sport fashions. Swan, old carp in the water. An excellent playground for children. Good paved walking for wheelchairs and care givers.
One of the nicer parks in KW. There are tons of festivals that go on here including Blues Fest, Rib Fest, Multicultural Festival, etc. Nice park to walk through at any time of year. A swan or two you can see in the summer! The Boathouse restaurant on the water is now closed. In the winter they set up a skating rink near the clock tower. Not a huge amount of parking but you can snag a spot if you drive between the different lots and nearby street parking (there are 3 lots plus the Pavilion parking). The Pavilion can be rented out as a venue space for weddings and other events. There is also a splash pad and playground. A few bridges connecting the island in the middle and lots of beautiful trees. Lots of gorgeous white willow trees. Many geese so watch out for their droppings. Lots of ducks too.
Favourite place to walk, sit and photograph and it's only 4 blocks from my house!
A great place for picnic and relaxing. It is a big, beautiful and huge area for walking and relaxing. They allow you to bring in bouncing castle for children and you can reserve the picnic sites. The only downside for me is the limited parking area compared to other parks like Kinsmen Park. For barbecue, there is a small store close by where you can get some stuffs though quite expensive as expected. A great experience all the same.
Huge park! Well if the public washrooms are far apart then you get the illusion that its a huge park eh? I really wanted to use the washroom that day at the park, walked for fifteen minutes searching. Brilliantly found it on Google maps. So yea, need more signs in the park please. Otherwise its a very veryy good place outdoors.
Heart of Regina with a stately cenotaph and the oldest tree in the city.
The park was beautiful. We visited on a Saturday morning, so got to browse through the farmers' market too.
Great park for kids and nice walking paths. Park area an get pretty busy. Hot dog cart and small splash pad.
Magnificent scenery along the Saskatchewan river
Nice park, pond , ducks , kids play area ,trail , natural beauty.Kids will enjoy this park. Restroom closed for season.
Great park that's centrally located in the heart of Kitchener's downtown. Easily reached using public transportation, and parking is available too It can be not very safe at certain times
Well kept & clean..love the recent upgrades! ..just sit & relax and enjoy a lunch!
Nice small park to walk through it chill at. There is a small playground for children. Benches along the paths. Overall a nice green space in a downtown area.
Best and only park in Regina
A nice playground for young kids and always an abundance of activities going on throughout the weeks in summer!
Was at farmer's market park looks good this year
Went to Remembrance Day Ceremonies for the last time here, service was rushed and disorganized.
There are many things that city can do to improve the quality of the central park in the heart of downtown! What a shame for the city of Regina. Anyway, they have recently added a clock! Okay cool, but look at other cities and learn more...
Is't just very nice to have a place like this available in downtown Regina. A wonderful green space surrounded by all the downtown amenities. Not impressive from a global perspective, but it's Regina!!!
Nice Park, questionable characters. I do not feel safe when I am down there.
Lots of places to sit in sun or shade and free wi-fi
Very nice park to lay in the grass and enjoy
Worth checking out. Very well maintained. Right in the middle of the city so there's lots happening around.
It's a great place to relax, checkout music and activities. I wouldn't go here at night, it can feel pretty sketchy.
It's not big, but feels nice! There are farmer's market and other activities constantly.
Beautiful park. Great for family and picnics. Nice trails and landscaping.
Great place to bring the family. They have areas where you can have a fire and a covered seating area in case you want to beat the heat or rain. Plus , they have two portajohns in the front of the parking lot. One of which is wheelchair accessible.
A very nice place for etsra with the family
Went to this park to celebrate Aboriginal day. The park was beautiful with lot's of old growth and Victoria golf course wrapping around it providing some of the most beautiful views of the Edmonton river valley. There is a lot of walking/biking tails around this park!!! With some free public parking!
Very nice place to walk and relax
Well maintained park ... worth a walk around and the market is right there.
Park is nice but for antisocial behaviour of some.
We enjoyed everything here and we saw some squirrels and we had some free pizza!!! I don’t know who was that but some people were offering free pizza we enjoyed that. it’s near to downtown and you can go to shopping malls and have a quick shopping and then couple of coffee shops and restaurants nice place to visit at least once when you are in Regina
A nice downtown park, usually pretty busy but have good events
There are definitely some questionable characters out and about here. Expect to find people asking you for cigarettes or spare change. What's with the curved metal trash heap? If it's supposed to be art, consider me not impressed. The large glow sticks littered about are kinda nice... y'know, in an unsophisticated, tasteless way. Did someone forget to take down the Christmas decorations? There's also this hilarious fake rock close to the library. For what purpose did they create a fake rock? It's probably covering some electrical equipment or something, but why a fake rock? Did they think no one would notice?
Nice ice for skating on winter time. 2021 quadriplex was the best one.
A nice park to walk around in during the day, but certainly is not a place I want to be found at night. Enjoy the park while its still bright outside.
A great public place
Great park of river valley road. Play golf, bike ride, hike, run the stairs or enjoy the food trucks One of the best kept secrets
A lovely little park in the heart of town. A very nice monument and an excellent liston for some concerts.
Always enjoy the farmers market
Great park to hang out in downtown and experience the buzz of the city in the afternoon
Nice park but gets sketchy at night.
Great little park in the middle of town. There was some kind of street market and stage setup. That was cool
Great park to walk to and hang out around. There is a lake where ducks and a swan swim. There is currently some construction which is fenced off for safety. There are many benches around to sit and enjoy the area.
This is a nice park in Regina's downtown. Lot's of summer activities are planned in the park making it a great place to walk around over lunch. Farmers markets also take place frequently. It has also been the site of some demonstrations from time to time but those are small and well behaved.
This is a very nice place to take a long scenic walk as they have many trails with many bridges! I love to visit this place to watch the local swan swimming in the water ! They have several play structures and washrooms as well as a lot of open green spaces perfect for group meetings ! Last time I was there I had seen that they installed a new feature which is stationary exercise equipment which I thought was brilliant !
Nice park. Avoid at night as it is downtown
Awesome place for an afternoon walk.
Very nice spot to relax, spend time with friends and family. Splash pad for kids working now days, clean washrooms, trail if you like to walk around. Nice lake covering sides of park, full of fauna and flora.
Best place cricket , golf club fascinating view of down town buildings
The environment is good. There were games going on in the Park for weekdays..you can find cheap food around. Close to Cornwall center. But you have to be careful a little bit. You can see any type of individual in the Park.
Beautiful open and for festivals they set up tents for it its winter so the fountain is off but still so beautiful
Looks great since the finished work. Lots of events held here lately.
Beautiful park for walks and runs. Lots of bridges and nice views. I was here in the winter and it was great, I imagine it's even better in the summer.
Went skating for the first
The views here are spectacular. The fresh air, lush green gardens, swans and ducks sailing in the lake. The whole experience was refreshing. Must visit!
Very nice park. Nice to walk around when there are things going on downtown
A great park in the centre of downtown, lots of events here.
Excellent place in the downtown.
A small place to enjoy the prairie sunshine in an awesome downtown setting.
Super great for skating during the day. The last few times have gone (between 5pm-8pm on Tuesday and Thursday nights), the rink has been closed for speed skaters. It is usually very busy and hard to find parking, and the lights on the path have burnt out a couple times. When it is all open, it’s beautiful though! People are friendly, no hockey sticks allowed so it is perfect for people who just want to enjoy skating without people playing hockey getting in the way and knocking you over! The rink is very well-kept, but the path is very sloppy. The ice feels like it has never been zambonied and snow keeps falling on it, making it very difficult to skate on and we see people wiping out on it constantly. The microphone by the rink is very fun, makes it feel like you are in a movie (but is very crackly so hopefully you like the old-movie vibe because you can’t hear the music very clearly haha)
Very nice place to spend with your family and friends. Lots of activities.
Lots of fun... great for everyone of all levels. Fun at night with the pathway lit up.
Great city space especially on Farmer's Market days.
Great place to walk around and enjoy yourself
My girl friend and I walked around last night. It was so nice. We both loved all the lights. There weren't too many people and there's plenty of buildings to look at and talk about.
Beautiful place
Folk Fest was great. Perfect location
A peaceful patch of green in the middle of downtown Regina, it hosts a wide variety of events over the summer months.
Nice park and playground in Kitchener downtown area. Little scenic pond is nice for a walk. They also host many festivals in summer. Playground and play structure is great for little one to play.
Lovely during the weekday lunch hour.
In the heart ❤ of downtown
Victoria golf course is in great shape!
Very nice park.
It was a Beautiful quiet spot to just sit, talk and enjoy the atmosphere with a close friend. Definitely will return again.
Nice park in the heart of downtown Regina!
Huge space to wander around. Not a lot of paved paths, so tough for a baby in a stroller. Picnics, and BBQs ????Close to the river with walking paths and great view ????
We fed the swans and geese, it's such a beautiful park. The water needs to be cleaned though, very sad to see what they're living in right now.
nice area, grounds and lake
Beautiful gardens. The island has a tulip tree! I'd suggest not going after dark.
Anti mask people sucked
Trails are a little bland, would be nice to have some info plaques along the route. Nice little hidden gem however. Great huge area for dogs ad some pretty weird sculptures.
Queen city Victoria park is just awesome place ....Regina is so beautiful with the most friendly people
Victoria Park, centrally located in downtown Regina is a pleasant spot to meet with friends or co-workers for a mid-day break. The park is well-maintained and has ample bench seating to facilitate conversation or simply take a load off one's feet.
Pretty park with events. Was there on a Saturday for the farmers market.
Nice park with lots of shade and a play structure for kids. lots of activity during the summer months. it's still a bit creepy on Sundays and off hours from work but never a real problem.
Victoria Park is beautiful in all seasons. There are lots of ducks, geese and even swans; and if you bring bird seeds they will all flock to you.
Beautiful urban park in the heart of downtown Regina
Had a terrific time in the park during the farmers market.
Nice, relaxing, quiet, inviting. No one seems to really do it, but I would love to curl up under a tree for a picnic or to read a book. As a tourist, one of the nicest places to start a day wandering around the city.
Large open park. Some picnic benches (old). A few reservable spots, where alcohol is allowed.
Seen the statue that is causing so much controversy. As a Blackfoot Indian from British Columbia I can see why this was covered in red paint and a angry individual from Six Nation's reported this and wants the city to remove this large statue from the park.
This is a great place to have lunch, go for a hike, or just enjoy a nice relaxing time near the water. One of the nicest parks in the city. I would definitely recommend having a picnic here. It has a splash pad for kids and a very new and nice jungle gym as well. Also some really good paths for going for a jog.
My kids loved it here. Great job to the city of Edmonton for this amazing place to bring your date or your family. Fun for all
Nice products but usually overpriced
Nice place for outdoor activities
I love this green space right in Edmonton. XC sking and skating availble. Access is pedestrian friendly. Wonderful space for everyone to enjoy.
Great events here all the time. Close proximity to a dozen or more poke stops. Great place to find dope dealers. Wouldn't bring your kids.
Glad Regina decided to clean it up. Used to be such a dump. Now it's really beautiful.
Shelves full of product and fabulous and friendly staff!
Loved watching the swans. And a great place to relax for a minute.
Nice place to walk and exercises
Clean beautiful park in the heart of downtown Regina. Very clean.
Always beautiful, always welcoming. Love the island and all of the bridges, and it's so nice to watch the big fish in the lake and the swans swimming around. ????
Nice park! Quite and chill in parts and nice walking area.
I love going here to shark out on Tim Hortons doughnut and coffee, swallowed down with a blast of marijuana.. lol... I'd rather deal with my pain with the use of marijuana and plus my razor blade type gums can now smash through bones...lol... just like a real shark, only this one has no teeth..lol
Why are pamphlet pushers allowed on the strip? Instead of having a pleasant walk through the updated park, I'm forced to pull out my phone and look busy while a sleazy guy tries to stop me so he can share some "good news". News for you: you look like a used car salesman, and bothering single girls while they try to walk downtown doesn't make your church or your god look good. Don't cut me off, don't ask me how it's going; I'm not interested in throwing out your wasted paper for you.
Great scenery and a great area to find shops.
well i visited recently, as always best place in Kitchener to visit to relax, spend some evening time ans the best thing i like is the view during Fall. i suggest to visit the place near it during this time.
Clean, well maintained and well lit.
I love Victoria Park... The things that happen down there are so worth the hanging out.
Well maintained, big area beautiful landscape water and ground with very nice bridges, people are friendly. Good place for any age, I love exercise for adult because there's pull bars. Kids play area beautiful too ❤️
I love Green Places...
Who doesn't want to go to a park with swans?! A great place to catch up with friends, play with kids, or go on a romantic walk! A great gem nestled among amazing heritage homes!
This was the setting for the Regina Farmer's Market, and made for a great view while we indulged in some fair from the Food Trucks. For a downtown park in a major city, I was very impressed at how clean and well kept it is.
Clean park, nice river valley view. No parking for the park you have to find a spot in the close by streets. Overall nice place to enjoy time and to practice running, walking and fitness
I love downtown Regina! I love Regina!
Quite and relaxing. Just breath in the tree
Ice is being prepped. Can't wait til it's done. Love the size of the Victoria Park Ice path.
Lovely park in heart of Kitchener!
Good place to relax during the day. There also play structure for kids
Went to the farmers' market. Beautiful day place to shop
Park is good but beware of drugs addicts. You'll see alot everywhere.
Huge rink, cool pathway. Indoor heated lace up area. Not very busy at 9pm. A map of the path would have been nice. And the 'rainbow' path is just a small part of a skate path not the whole path. Kids still thought it was fun.
Great place to go for a walk and forget about stress love it
Nice day at the park. Jazz Festival going on there the weekend!
Always like it here durning the day
This place is located in Downtown, Kitchener. It's easy to locate and it has a good parking space for car parking. The best part about this park is it has several entrance from various directions, so If you are commuting by bus or even doing a walking tour of Kitchener downtown you can easily get to the park location. I went to see the fall colours. They were mesmerizing to see when you are at the park and you could see and enjoy all the colours of fall. At the park you could sit near the man made pond and enjoy the view of various birds, ducks, swans swimming & playing near by the pond. It is very peaceful and people are really friendly to talk. You could also take a walk around the park and cross different small bridges build on the pond. If you have kids, there is a separate playground for kids that has a big splash pad and garden area. Also, you could enjoy some outdoor sports since the park is big enough. This is perfect and beautiful park to visit with your friends and family for a one day picnic.
Great public park for the family. I've been coming here since I was a little girl and have so many memories ???? Beware of the geese, aha.
Small park...nice place to sit and catch some good breeze in the summer.
Nice park during the day only do not go there at night for your own safety
Great place to have events and festivals but sometimes it feel underutalized.
Great place to visit during may, june n july .!!!!!
Green area in the heart of a city. Like it
????
Beautiful park in an otherwise drab city.
Victoria Park is the center for lots of big events in Regina. Biggest of them all being the Folk Fest. Great location surrounded by lots of pubs and restaurants. The farmers market in the summer spring showcases all the fresh local products. The Southside nights the movie nights are some of the other favorite things that I like about Victoria Park.
A nice little park in the middle of the city. A good place to unwind and relax downtown.
Good place to visit for some strolling or to take kids. Iron horse trail was fantastic as well.
This was our favorite park in the area. Loved that it is so animated during the weekend. Families come there to have birthday ???? parties and other gatherings. It gave us an opportunity to see a bit of Canadian ???????? life. Our kids loved ❤️ the Splash ???? Pad. The play ground is also a lot of fun - even for older kids.
Very spacious, green, calm, water splash pads were open today. It might take you 3 to 5 minutes to find a parking but it's worth it. I saw a washrooms building but not sure if it was open.
Can't wait until Regina Folk Festival gets to fill this park for an August weekend again.
Great for walking or running or bicycling!
One of my favourite parks in Regina. Always a pleasure to sit around during a summer lunch time and see the city alive with people.
Amazing park with splash pad and lots of swings. Great Lake to spend time with family.
A beautiful place for a walk. Many people walking, having picnics, playing in the playground. A fun place to people watch.
Love it lors of good times
Beautiful park for hanging out with family and friends. A photographer's haven and a wanderer's delight. Kitchener's iconic tourist hub. The ducks are symbolic of the hustle: calm from outside, but peddling heavily inside.
Great spot to meet up and hang out, close to the downtown and many other great locations. Plenty of space to have socially distanced picnic, and a large field for a game with friends that doubles as an ice rink in the winter. Geese hang out near the water but won't bother you if you don't bother them. Has a splash pad, playgrounds, benches, public washrooms and a path that connects to the iron horse trail.
Great park to go for the family and specialy for kids nice big play area slides, swings ext. Plus a splash park in the summer. Feed the ducks and swan if you like. Best part is free fun.
Love this park. Well maintained and very beautiful. Like to visit here both in summers and winters.
Some always going on there. Loved the farmer's market.
Victoria Park opened in 1896, the park was built mostly on swampy farm land. The man-made lake is fed by Schneider Creek, surrounds three small islands, and is crossed by multiple bridges, one dating to the creation of the park. The park also contains the Victoria Park pavilion, the Victoria Park Gallery and Archives, a bandstand, and a historic boathouse, now a pub and music venue. The Gaukel street entrance features a clock tower which was once atop the old Kitchener City Hall (from 1924 and now site of Market Square Shopping Centre), and before that, the town's fire hall. It was moved to the park entrance and complemented with a fountain and a sculpture of luggage, by local artist Ernest Daetwyler, symbolizing the various waves of immigration that have contributed the city's history. A cast-bronze statue of Queen Victoria by Cavaliere Raffaele Zaccaquini and a cannon are situated in the park. The statue was unveiled in May 1911, on Victoria Day on the ten year anniversary of her death. The Princess of Wales Chapter of the IODE raised the $6,000 needed for the monument. In the fall of 2011, $10.1-million of restoration work on the park's lake was started, and in all 85,000 tonnes of sediment were removed from the lake bottom. Thousands of concrete and stone blocks were placed along the 2.2 kilometres of shoreline as a retaining wall to prevent erosion. While the overall area of the lake was slightly reduced, the waterway near the mouth of Schneider's creek at the north end of the park was widened to create a "fore bay" which slows the flow of water and allows sediment to settle in one place for easy removal.
Super place the only probleme israélienne you Can not smoke un the parck
It's nice and always things going on
In the downtown of Regina, it's a great park to visit! Beautiful place!
Nice place, down town area. Sournded by City of regina, CRA, sask power..
A classic park in the Victorian promenade style. Even though it is a storm water facility it has benches, paved walks, mature trees and lots of garbage cans. A real gem in downtown Kitchener
Nice park for a walk close to pubs and restaurants.
Beautiful park for a walk after dinner! It has nice lighting once the sun goes down. The multiple bridges offer fantastic photo opportunities and the aviary population is especially photogenic. Check out this swan! I've been going here for years and it just gets better everytime. Lovely park!
Nice little park near the downtown area of Regina with all the restaurants and office buildings. The war memorial is nice to visit and look at as well.
This park is in the heart of downtown. Many trees and bushes surround the area but once inside, you feel like it is walking into a secret World. When it is winter it is all white and branches take a different shapes. Then sun starts shining in the summer and makes everything green and flowers start to bloom. Many shows and concert take place and even dancing in the square. It even has a kids park on the side to keep the little ones occupied with a slide and a teeter totter. Many stores around makes it easy to go for a snack and or if you have other needs. ???? 2016 was our first official visit
Very nice little park in the downtown area. Nice for lunches and hanging out with co-workers.
Fantastic park. I especially appreciate the corner helpfully constructed in which the disabled may sit.
This is a very beautiful park in a great location. The well-maintained landscaping and cute concrete statues make this a lovely park for a stroll. Understandably, it is on the smaller side. Wish there were more of it to enjoy!
Beautiful park. Sadly a lot of homeless.
Great updated. Farmers market and night market are great
Lots of public safety issues, not recommended
It is great to walk through at lunch and people watch.
Nice park in the center of the city
If you love the downtown come enjoy what Victoria Park has to offer. From the market Garden to the market Under the Stars and other great festivals. I asked you some people they consider it a great meeting point hang out with your friends or family. You may even consider tossing a football around or a frisbee within the park. But a lot of people love passing by through the park the great scenery and photo opportunity within the park as well. So if you're within downtown come to Victoria Park to see why people love the park.
Nice park in different seasons
Clean and serene. Will love to visit again.
A gem in the middle of Kitchener. Visited at a vigil for the children buried on the grounds of their residential school. The Canadian flag flying above served as an ironic backdrop to our gathering. I was last here at the Black Lives Matter march. This is a great rallying spot for community expression on the issues of our day.
I love this park, it's so great to hang out there.
A beautiful park with outdoor playgrounds for kids. Best for families.
Always beautiful at Victoria park! There were people helping clean up any litter left behind from last year and the winter. All the geese were out and ducks. The playground is Awesome. We love all the twists and turns of the paths!
Had a smoke break at the park
Enjoyed a lot! Great for photoshoot! ????
Good for tobogganing when there is enough snow. There is also a synthetic rink close by on Joseph St side of the park, which is wide and in great condition.
Love the summer activities...great for kids and adults
Fun and beautiful park and playground for kids and families. My daughter and I love watching the ducks swimming in the river
Park...can't go wrong with a publicly maintained park.
In loving memories of persons who sacrificed their lives in world war I and ii
Nice park with good surface, grass, tress and lots of running/walking trails.
Excellent! The swans were Majestic and curious. The water park and playground was spacious with quite the variety! Shaded walking/bicycle trail for your comfort. The kids were happy!
One of my favorite places for a stroll & photography.
Such a nice park! Our baby was born in Kitchener late September and we did several walks with her during October fall colors in this park: so peaceful and always clean! ???????? there is also a playground for children that was open and with people respecting social distance.
A clean and nice place to visit if you want to see greenery with water within center of the city. A nice place to walk, cycling and even you can get good scenic pictures.
Parks a bit small for play structures for the kids but it's a beautiful area for sure
Very nice views!
Was great, Church group handing out pizza, chips, and drink
love taking my dog for walks there
We had the brisket from the Prairie Smoke and Fire. Delicious. Thank you Joseph your bean salad was amazing.
A lot more people at this park when the stay at home order is happening, it is a great park otherwise. Has the only two swans in Kitchener ! It’s artificial so it well design. Playground for kids very versatile and new looking,
We reclaimed a small section of the park during summer 2020. Park staff were friendly and accommodating. Bathroom cleaning staff are lazy.
Nice mix of carved classic buildings mixed with modern. It's worth seeing once.
A beautiful green space in the centre of Regina where many things happens.
Victoria Park is situated in the heart of Regina and convinces with fountains and monuments in a calm, clean and natural environment.
After a heavy snowfall Victoria Park is always so beautiful. Just had to walk through for a photo shoot.
Nice center location for regina downtown.
Great get away for kids since there is water splashes, kids padded play ground with a lot of activities. Always clean!!
A great place for people of all ages
Fun ice skating in winter and great in summertime. Can be a little sketchy at night, I wouldn't wander around alone.
Safe public park with accessories
They have really cleaned up the place. It's a lot cleaner and safer now. The farmers market is also really nice and so are the lunch trucks that come down here.
I love this place. You will breathe fresh oxygen. It's a great place to go on a date with not only that, even when you want to connect with nature. This is also a phenomenal place.
I visited this park by a recent recommendation so went last month. What an experience loved all the trails. I went on a Saturday so parking was difficult but I didn't have to wait too long. The park is huge with many trails branching off so you can social distance. I saw a sign that you can from there to Fairview Mall which is approx 6.5 kms from there. Splashpads for the kids and a lovely playground, lots of trees for shade and BBQ areas for family events. I like how it's situated among the residential area and looks very quaint. I am sure the house prices in this area are high. I was there for 2 hours. I had a lovely walk.
Their white hot chocolate is amazing
Went to the edge of the park for the Farmers Market. Was a wonderful selection of items to purchase. After shopping was able to grab a bite to eat and sit in the park for a few minutes. Was a nice park with benches and was well kept and clean.
When you are picking up your car from a fun night at o'hanlon's, walk down the street and grab some lunch at the farmers market!
Probably the best designed and kept park in the region. Great for pictures all year round.
We just parked beside the park and walked to one of the tower's
Nice park, lots going on.
Nice little park in the heart of downtown. There is the odd character hanging around otherwise a decent place to walk around.
It's pretty nice here, the farmers markets here are amazing. The only thing is that the park can be a little bit shady during the day with transients hanging around and sleeping in the park.
Beautiful place in the heart of the downtown.
Great park right in the core of Kitchener. Great place for relaxing walk, some outdoors sports or sightseeing.
Victoria park is a great Place to hang out no matter who you are, if you have kids, pets, anything. There is also free wifi through out the entire main park. The park is kept very clean at all times, and for Pokémon go players its a great place that always has raids and people to raid with on nice days.
One of the better placed parka in Edmonton that I enjoy going too . Sunrise here is BEAUTIFUL and not to mention the sunset in the evening ♥️
Haven't been stabbed yet!
Trail & rink are popular. Lighting is beautiful. Parking is plentiful and monitored.
This is a must see! It is fantastic even in November.
Beautiful biking and golfing area.
This is great Park overall. Highly recommend
Great spot. Skating. Movies. Lots of things in this Hub of Activity. Great views and so many things around.
Skating rink could use better maintenance, but the pad is a good size this year! Would recommend
Beautiful suring daylight. Would avoid at night.
Loved the farmer's market
Parking is limited but the place is great when it comes to public skating during winter time.
Beautiful park. I went there many times, yet I couldn't see all of it. I suggest, take your picnic bag and have a nice afternoon laying on the grass. If it's winter just pick up your skates and run to the pond.
Great park and the trail along the river was nice. A great view from the bridge. There were a lot for steps.
Victoria Park is beautiful all year around. It is in the middle of the city, but so peaceful. Every season there is something to see there, from fall colours to a variety of festivals in the summer. Otis, the swan, is a nice attraction on the warm months. The playground is super fun for the kids.
Good place to just walk around and relax. It have a kids park where your children can play. The Park is place of lot of city events.
Nice small park right downtown. Very green with lots of seating. Take a picnic to the park and enjoy the people watching.
I go there during Regina Farmer's market
The beauty of Regina
It's a beautiful little gem in the middle of the city. Home to the epitaph and a monument noting Louis Riels trial was held in the vicinity. It is used by a ton of people every day including children in a nice playground to all manner of community events and festivals.
Lovely feature of this city. A great place for cultural events, festivals, music, or just hanging out.
With the adjoining plaza, downtown Regina's Victoria Park is scenic, with beautiful trees that provide an experience that is both relaxing and rejuvenating. Victoria Park's location is convenient for both the local businesses and various events held throughout the year.
Another gem in YEG. Rivervalley. Great place for picnic and walks just minutes from downtown.
It was busy but the rink had room to skate! It was a nice night for skating!
Great park that has amenities for people of all ages. Even home to a couple swans named Otis and Ophelia. What more could you want?
I used to hang out in this park from 2016-2019 it was the best 3-4 years I ever had in my whole life time... I met the love of my life there and were still together to this day !!
My favourite park in town. Always spend a lot time here. Great place to have a walk and for family gatherings.
I love this park! It's well cared and beautiful, a good place to take wonderful pictures or just go for a walk with your dog.
It's a beautiful place
It seems to be more windy there then other places
There's an awesome skating ring there
Nice place for walking with family or friends.
A great place to bring your family.
Great park with lots of history
Beautiful park with lovely flowers everywhere. Great place to go for a walk alone or with family/friends.
Winter attraction in Edmonton for ice skating. Nice Ice Way not forget the large oval. Couple with the natural environment along the banks of the northern Saskatchewan River. A perfect place to skate and hike.
A park where people actually relax. Nice.
Nice and peaceful place to be with fam
Lovely park! Would highly, highly recommend visiting whenever you can during a dry spell! There's construction going on lakeside at the moment, so it's not possible to get down there as of writing this, but don't let that sway you from enjoying the sights and sounds of the park itself (i.e. the animal pens, the garden, and the paths that weave in and out of the park!). If you're not aware of the lighting they put up during the Winter / Christmas season, then I implore you to go during! It's pretty amazing seeing the park lit up in such a way.
Farmers market, great as always.
Love pokemoning there!!!
Very nice place to spend a perfect evening, to go for walk, jogging or even to take your kids out. There is a big play area and lots of space to sit, socially distanced. Lots of geese and ducks to watch. I love this park.
It's like a gem right in the middle of the Kitchener City. Lots of options to have fun. Playground and splash pad for kids. Pedal boats and boat rentals to relax in the lake within the park. Picnic tables and walking trails. Overall, a great place to have fun relaxing day, without traveling too much.
Nice place particularly for skating!
Beautiful little park in the middle of the town.
It is an awesome and popular place for people specially to me.I like this place very much in summer and also in winter...
Nice landscaping and convenient parking. Nice spot to visit. A bit of vagrant hotspot and no public bathrooms easily accessible.
The kids and I love Victoria Park. Seeing the fishes at the pond. The water fountain on the opposite... the green picnic area ????
Great park. Lots of space to have fun with the family and friends
In the middle of the city, its a most happening park. Various events are organized here frequently. a separate playing area for children
The Farmer's Market alone is enough to bring someone to the park, let alone the Giant Chess Board and Centataph.
Farmers market demands mask wearing even outside...nonsense
Good free skating rink with free skates and friendly staff!
It's a good place to chill when the weather's nice or sit and charge your cell phone if needed there's outlets beside some benches in the park
This is very well architected. A pleasant walk around a lake with swans. Bridges to stroll over water. Connects to walking paths.
Beautiful green space, picnic tables. However the playground as of now it's under construction and fenced off.
On a cold and frosty morning a rewarding walk in this beautifully maintained Victoria park. Great fresh happy start for the day
Was a great time, skating was fun and there was an ample amount of room! Only draw back was a peace officer saying my dogs weren’t allowed even though they were never on the ice and there are were no sign of no dogs allowed, was a bit thrown off by the ignorance but if you don’t have your dogs with you, you’ll have a great time!
A great park in downtown Regina. In the summer there's shade to eat your lunch and in the winter they have a skating rink. Lots of things going on in and near it all year.
One of the must see places in Kitchener. Lots of fun for kids. Splash pad is very nice to get hydrated in the hot summer days. The playground is one of the biggest in the city.
I really like Victoria Park. It has things to do all year round. Skating and Christmas lights in the winter, tons of festivals and events during the warmer months, large playground for kids to play at, splashpad to cool down at. Lots of paths to walk around the park. The Iron Horse Trail connects to park on the west side. Open fields to play frisbee, catch or kick a soccer ball. There is a basketball court. Two separate public washrooms on opposite sides of the park, which is very convenient. There is also the Pavilion which is a great place for events and wedding receptions. This is also a good place for photos, all year round.
Well maintained park with nice walking paths and trees. A little on thr small side as far as parks go. Good places to eat on the east side of the park.
Nice place to relax during the day. Play area is nice but only 20 feet from busy road with no fence. Would not take my younger kids here for this reason.
Really great park. Hugh kids playgrounds
Victoria Park is my favorite, when I pokemon in the summer! Plenty of pokestops and gyms and the Farmers Market is held there as well???? Holidayhow1
Nice place for roaming at Regina ????
I came here one night and a man came up to me and started screaming that the bench I was sat on was his bench and that I had to leave. Well, I started screaming back that no it was my bench and that he would have to pay me for it if he wanted it. After a few minutes of back and forth screaming he had me convinced and we decided there was room for the two of us. Fast forward 5 years and we were married, 2 years after that divorced but that was over a different “bench”. ❤️
Good public square in the heart of downtown Regina Accessible by driving, and free parking after 6pm on weekdays. Area is beautiful at night time, and feels safe. Surrounded by multiple stores (local and commerical), it brings out a different downtown vibe from the bigger cities.
Love this park year round, never gets boring... Many recreational activities to do with the family. Thank you
Nice small downtown.
Very cute park in the city of kitchener lots of animals and fish that u can see and feel loads of fun would recommend to everyone
If you are near Kitchener must visit this place … a wonderful park for morning/evening walk
Absolutely beautiful , wonderful little walking spot , very beautiful in both seasons I've been there . One of my favorites for a walk and some scenery.
Nice park. U usually do bar BQ here in summer. It has a play area, splash pad for kids and a nice e walking track
Colorful colors, spacious and well maintained
Great park, nice waling environment
My fave park in kw. I absolutely love walking through here, had my prom pics done here when I was a kid and still has tons of cute spots for pics. Just wish they had a small off leash dog area. The splash pad is a savior for super hot summer days☀️
Beautiful place to hang out with friends and couples. Amazing view
It's beautiful. A place of peace in the heart of downtown Regina.
Beautiful Park and lote of animais. Great for some quiet time !
I was there with my husband and two dogs for the first time on the weekend. I was very happy that there are so much to see and it is so beautiful. I was surprised and wish there is a park like this nearby. I love it and my two dogs love as well. Highly highly recommend it.
I would like this place better if the John a. Macdonald statue was torn down.
Bought my first gram of weed from here many many years ago
Breathe taking view. Recommend going on a sunny day. Very open space for working out and 250 one way stairs. Amazing place to visit with family. Lime scooter are available too.
Nice park for a short walk in the heart of downtown.
Wonderful Green space for all to enjoy
Always go here for the farmers market. They're open on wednesdays from 9-1 and Saturdays 9-1. Theres always food trucks out here during the lunch hour too.
Great downtown park.
Gotta love a green space in a city.
Really nice place to spend your evening skating with the family! There's few different ice rinks that makes it more convenient for different skating skills levels. There are also fire pits available all over if you like to roast some marshmallows.
The park is basically for everyone. If you love yoga, fitness, birds or squirrel watching, picnics, biking, sports and children playground this park is the one. Lots of spaces to move around and meeting new friendly faces.
Simply felt Nature at its best. So relaxing around. Freshness and mesmerizing view of flowing river, birds chirping, canada goose walking around, and a lot more. Also better place for kids to have fun.
Debatablely the best looking portion of downtown
It's nice to hang out there especially on wednesday and saturday because of farmer's market in summer.
Is a great place for the family. Kids can play at the park and the older ones can Rollerblade, bike etc around the park on the loop.
Great during the winter because they have a skating rink and free skate/helmet rentals.
Cool place. Trees. Fresh air.
Nice park to sit, relax, and enjoy fresh air while you are viewing the War Memorial in the downtown of Regina.
Great for runs, walks, stairs, and cycling. Lovely places to set up for views of the river and sunsets while having a BBQ. I just wish there was more facilities (washrooms/concessions).
Big open space, food trucks nearby. Lots of mosquitoes during the summer though
Went for a mid-winter walk and it was beautiful. Paths were sanded and cleared of snow. Lots of families were enjoying themselves. Everything is well marked. It's also in a picturesque park of Kitchener close to downtown. A must-visit if you're in the mood for an outdoor activity.
Nice square in downtown. Clean park with couple of benches and an area playstructure for kids. They have events happening in here.
GORGEOUS, huge park with lots of scenery, green space, walking trails, secluded picnic areas. FUN for everyone!????
Very active park. Many events. handy location to downtown.
Such a beautiful park to get together with friends and colleagues at lunchtime if you work downtown.
Absolutely love this playground for my kids. Very child age inclusive with them having a young child (toddler) playground and a playground for older children as well. Not to mention the amount of walking space and picnic space next to the water. Very nice park.
A great beautiful place in the middle of the city where there are wonderful restaurants , shopping, kids play area, a skating rink in the winter months. Very family friendly.
This place is really good from kids to old age people. There is a play area for kids, small gym for youth and also basketball courts. People can do jogging there and there is also a picnic spot and the ducks to feed birdseed. The park also has some bridges which have nice sunset veiw.
Great place for a picnic! Lots of space and plenty of picnic tables. You’re also allowed to have alcohol in certain areas — perfect for summer days. Will definitely come again
Nice place with lots of different people and farmers market
It's ok.
Vic Park, Local Pubs Nearby, Library, City Centre Businesses, ????
Very pretty and picturesque park with a combination of paved and gravel paths. It’s the spot for walks, picnics, play with kids. Had to deduct a star because there so much duck/goose poohs on the walk ways and grass ... need to be constantly pay attention to where you put your feet while walking
Nice open public park in downtown Regina.
Love the events in the park. Play structure is dated.
Went skating with my family! Had a weenie roast after! The skating rink was a nice busy!
Some fellow down on his luck asked me for 20 dollars. Upon my refusal (I didn't have 20 dollars) he pulled out a boxcutter and started flailing wildly while incoherently muttering somthing about lysol and black ice, as a British tourist I know little about the customs of this land but seeing his dental situation was much like that of my countryman I passed him a card for my dentist and fled. The scenery was pleasant but the local inhabitants where far to gruff for this knickerbocker, and I shall not return!
Very nice green space
Real nice to have lunch thier in summer
Beautiful, clean and fun play area for little kids.
Amazing as always
Went to farmers market clean put very expensive
Kinda scary at night lol
Great place for a relaxing bike ride, a refreshing walk, you could even go kayaking in the little river there! I like this park, it gets you away from being in the city. Sometimes I feel trapped in cities but parks like this help me escape! :) Plus there is usually something fun going on! The day I went there was bubble soccer happening on the open field, so I tried that out for a bit and had a blast! Way more fun than I expected to have in the park. I hope Bubble Battle comes back to this park because I will definitely be there for it! And weddings are almost always going on in this park too. Great place!
Beautiful location for the Regina Folk Festival
Beautiful Park.
Fun place to take your kids... just remember not to use your phone while doing so.
I love Victoria park my son loves going there to play on sunny days
A nice park in the heart of the City . What more can you ask .
I was here for the first time for the 50 year anniversary of the Folk music festival and was was amazing, great shows on stages, great food could be found and beautiful people everywhere, great time for kids and grown ups alike
The park is quite big and offers everything for everyone. You can go for a stroll as the park is quite wide. The kids can enjoy the splash pad. Ample space and tables for picnic. Basketball courts and play area available too.
Nice green space in the middle of downtown Regina
Winter setting, walkways all cleaned.
Great place with nice view
This park is near to my apartment . I love the splash pad for kids . Park is really beautiful
Nice walking trail.
Nice to sit and have a donut
Looks nice again.
Great place to relax n sit a spell
Victoria park is sometimes Kool and sometimes full of drama
My first experience attending the Regina Folk Festival. Regina you should be proud!! Job well done in the upkeep of the park and services provided. Saskatoon could learn a thing or two.
This is great community park. It has a lot of history. And dispite what this new generation say. Queen Victoria statue is a Canadian heritage .
The view from the bridge is breath taking.
Beautiful park in all seasons! The best thing about 2020 was getting to know the river valley much better. Ice skating at night is magical!
I go to Victoria Park Kitchener in all seasons and it is a beautiful park. On winter nights I go to see and photograph the beautiful lights.
Clean well kept
Stopped up in Regina with our oldest son. We both lived in Williston ND at the time. Very friendly city and clean.
Close to a washroom facility, with plenty of space with shade... it was great escape from the heat.
First time visit. Impressed by the lovely children's play area and splash pad. Lots of trees. Didn't really do much walking around here as we hung out by the play ground while there. Would like to visit and explore the park further. Lots of families were in the area.
Very good place to relax in and also to check on farmer market that happens every wed an fri.
I spent about an hour at Victoria Park. It was so nice , the most i enjoyed was how i layed on the ground watching the clouds moving in the sky. It was so lovely
Beautiful even in the winter.
Beautiful park
good service
centre of downtown farmers market lots of activity nice place to spend some time
Beautiful park, lots of activities, but even more unwanted interactions..
Was a convenient place to park.
Beautiful smoke free park in downtown Regina! Great playground for children, walking paths, Farmers Market on the plaza regularly, lots of activities and events throughout the year! Library across the street! Safe even at night to talk through!
Beautiful park with easy access to the Iron Horse trail. There's a great playground with lots of unique equipment that should entertain toddlers through kids 8-10 years old. There's a nice splash pad as well.
Farmers Market Day. Times running out. Get your goodies next Saturday. Cheers????
Very beautiful park
Oasis in the heart of downtown.
way nicer than a few years ago
Beautiful park with always lots if activities happening.
A very nice park that comes to life when there's farmer's market.
Great day for park and Farmers Market
Clean open tree shade benches kids play area flowers
Peaceful. Serene. Relaxing.
Parking, for the Farmers Market, is not great!
Great place for fun time. Good restaurants
This is a great park but it can get quite crowded. In the summer the splash pad and playground are crawling with children as you might expect. The park is quite large and there are quieter parts. A great place to see a lot of geese, but keep your distance during mating season. Attached some photos of the trees that got destroyed in the recent storm for interest.
The stairs make your heart work.
Such a great park
Beautiful setting but the unstable ppl in the community made it a challenge to have our family pictures taken. I am understanding, but with a family of 1 yrs old to 77 years old, it's hard to explain to all.
Framers market fun place to be on Saturday
Its ok but in sum part of the park there's mud..
Lovely place and more enjoyable when farmer's market is around
Even the snow is melting but it's nice park to walk the dog and spend the afternoon with the kids.
Nice place to visit with family in downtown Regina
A very enjoyable walk with nice sight-seeing. The only problem I had with this was there were so many angry people yelling, honking, and swearing at each other. We've waited a long time so far to enjoy a great day outside and people please: be more appreciative being outside :)
A nice place to go for a walk. Lots of ducks and geese around. Decent sized playground for kids.
Great place for a winter walk.
Enjoying the OSI-CAN Mini Indy
It is a great place when events are held, but there is too much crime here at night. Beware!!
You can enjoy here with your family. There is a playing area for the kids. Long walking trail along the lake / pond. There are fish in the lake and also ducks, swans moving around. Must visit if you want to observe natural beauty and fresh air.
Nice place to walk around during the day
A memorable walk with your love....
I enjoy the fresh air. There is free WiFi in the area.
Nice, relaxing park. A great place to visit with friends and watch the swans, geese, and fish in the pond.
Atrong men and woman great e entertainment!!
Nice tiny little park in the heart of the Regina downtown.
Great park in heart of city always clean kids love it
It was a beautiful day at the park
Well maintained for the most part. The playground could use some upgrades and there could be a few more places to sit for the public.
Excellent weather while walking through the farmers market! Lots to look at and purchase.
Beautiful fall scenery. Great place to walk and enjoy during fall season.
Always nice to walk and think.
Great place to chill on your lunch break! Always something going on in the summer, movies on Wednesdays, yoga in the park, chess, Frisbee, food trucks, farmers markets everything. It's like central park for Regina.
Beautiful area. The landscaping is gorgeous. Great place to meet for a coffee or lunch. Close to amazing trails.
I usually love this park but recently someone has put what they call "art pieces" around the park. It looks like garbage and destroys the look of being out in nature while at the park. Im disappointed that they would allow someone to litter the park with plastic for no reason.
Nice urban park in the downtown. Very clean and lots of mature trees. The biggest drawback is no bathrooms.
Close to city hall and Hotel SK. Has lunch time vendors on weekdays and a farmer's market on Saturday (summer only). Other than benches and war monuments there isn't much here.
It was noon, and still the park reeks of marijuana
Lots to do here. Interesting play structures, assortment of swings. Splash pad. There are some swans and some enormous fish to look at. Worth taking a walk through the whole park.
It is so nice to spend time at this park! Winter and summer.
Beautiful and large park to walk and enjoy water activities. There is a very big children's area to play in. We'll maintained and really colourful in the fall. Great place to relax or walk and spend the day.
Morning time besy summer some nights
Excellent green space in the heart of downtown. Hub for all sorts of activities.
Great place to relax with a coffee in the heart of downtown. Home of the Regina Folk Festival in August. Nice play area for kids. Adjacent to the Farmers Market during the summer.
Nice some rift raft around sometimes
A great setting for the Regina Folk Fest!
Beautiful park. Love the little bridges.
Saturday farmer's market.
Victoria Park is a staple community park. Hosting festivals like the multicultural fest , blues fest, Kulturn, and smaller events . In 2020 an outdoor gym was added alongside the unkept clean playground and splash pad . Fun fact did you know the clock tower was part of the old city hall building ? Love biking through and Iron horse trail as seen a major upgrade that takes you through the park !
Always nice as usual. Just a tip to park workers, please do your loud mowing in Early morning not when workers, tourist are trying to have nice setting for lunch. Otherwise job well done at maintaining.????
Great walk around!
Never go there at night. Very sketchy. During the day it has a fun park for toddlers and beautiful grass to eat lunch on. Best days there are Wednesdays for farmer's market fun.
Nice place green area
Was here for Farmer's Market. Somewhat crowded, but well worth the visit. Great produce and other goods for sale. No shortage of food trucks. Fantastic venue for people who love to shop local.
Amazing old Elm trees. Next to the Central Library. Lots of great public art.
It is a wonderful little park at the heart of Regina. It also features a monument at the centre.
Awesome place for the children to skate ????
Great visit here for the Christmas lights! Really enjoyed the trailer which asked you to spot the items through the window
Flowers are the best part of the park, give those fellas a pat on the back
Nice there and whan the food trucks come evon batter
Great park for picnic. Close to river valley trails.
First time in Regina and went to check out the park. It was nice, clean, lots of room for multiple people to walk/ride on the walkways and plenty of seating and green space for picnics.
Good food selection and I like their coffee more than many other places.
This is a great little park righ smack in the middle of the city. It is especially nice in summer when the park fills with folks trying to escape from their office towers. There will be plenty of food trucks to pick from and on Wednesdays and Saturdays the Farmer's Market makes the park even more attractive.
Everything is just starting to get green and farmers market back on
Why all the propaganda at a farmers market
Good place to go and eat at lunchtime lots of activities in summer, farmers market in summer skating in winter middle of downtown.
Very relaxing environment. Well landscaped and maintained.
Good place for ice skating. Large outdoor rink an iceway for learning or leisure skating.
Great place to visit on sunny days!
New pathways look good and farmers market is starting to pick up can't wait to go again
Beautiful Park, Clean Washrooms, You Can Book a site with a covered Picknick Area for 4 Hours. Wood Burning BBQ to Prepare Meals. Not Far from Downtown, and still near the River. Fantastic for Groups of Family and Friends!!! 5 Stars!!!
Used to be great but a lot of dead trees. No flowerbeds this year. Needs TLC.
Awesome afternoon watching Sticks on the Square!
Beautiful Park, and always lots of interesting events and activities, all year round. Very well manicured, clean, and creatively designed. Love it!
splendid place to walk or run and enjoy the beautiful scenery full of tender ducks and geese
Great park with a bar nearby!
Not a bad downtown park
The new pedistals tell our community history and the significance of the cenotaph in Victoria Park.
It was beautiful, as we walked through on our way to the farmers market there was a lady with such a beautiful voice singing so amazingly, a guy was juggling and families having picnics. Looking forward to having a picnic with my family.
Nice quiet place. Well maintained and clean. Not a place to be after dark.
Beautiful park that we had our Overdose Awareness event????????
Nice park at Regina.Normally it is very quite, but there are lots of activities happened during the year. Specially during summer, movies under the sky is really good and unexplainable!!
I prefer not to take my kids here. Too many creepers. But it does have a nice play structure.
Spacious and gorgeous. New lighting being installed.
Lovely park. Well kept greens. It was a nice to walk through to attend the Market Under the Stars.
This is a nice place to chill and they do outdoor movies there sometimes
One of the nicest parks in the city. A lovely respite on a busy shopping day in the heart of the city.
Great park with splashpad for the kids. Many picnic tables...lots of shade. Nice summer day outing.
De ent scenery. Night time kinda rank. 2 people having sex in the grass hahahah
Very caring atmosphere... happy residents... friendly staff
Fantastic park. Centrally located with activities for all ages. Great for a stroll along the water, big open spaces, multiple areas for kids. Helpful for safe distances under covid circumstances. Ducks, swings, and slides. Fresh air does wonders, spring is on its way!
Family atmosphere- cozy !
Awsome events through out the year
Too many vagrants about. Dont feel safe here anymore. I wont go back there. Too bad as it used to be a nice relaxing place in city center.
Public park. Great area. Well kept. And you can drink alcohol at this location!
Liked it we walking around
The outdoor gym is really convenient making it a great park to do a workout and go for a beautiful jog since there's a trail circling the whole water feature. Beware of all the duck poop in the grass though! Otherwise a pretty park that's a good size with nice views and a variety of park equipment.
I took my son here for an evening but being central downtown I felt I had to keep close to my son as there were loiterers around that didn't seem to have kids themselves, not sure what their business was at the play structure.
Great winding path to get you to the main skating rink. Outdoor straw bales for changing shoes/skates. Music gets you moving and grooving. So much fun! Outdoor loo. Bring your own tissue and hand wipes. Soon ice will melt and we'll be golfing.
Its a nice place to be in the day. Not safe at night time
Beautiful park. Best place for an evening walk or get-together with friends.
Beautiful lots of cool things to do
That's were the vegetable market is.
Full of low lifes, sketchy at the best of times
Lovely place to park for a walk in the valley. Also a great place to skate in the winter or have a picnic in the summer. River Valley heart.
Went for a family picnic at noon on a friday. People came and had sex on the bench right beside us. Moved so the kids didn't see but disgusting. Where is security or police.
Lots people not all are customers didn't see any security
Awesome inner city park.
Scenic little park in the heart of Kitchener, well kept, quiet, bike friendly, plenty of year round events to strengthen the community. Thumbs up!
Beautiful park in the heart of regina ! Centrally located with lots of good places to eat and lots of near shops close by!
Good location at the centre of downtown
