I think it's pretty and that the parking lot is nice, but the LED lights around the roofs are pretty jarring and the music playing outside is kind of disorienting.

Very calm place to hang out with a few friends, you may run into the occasional car show here but nevertheless it's a great location for a good Sunday Stroll, many small shops along the walkway makes it seem as if your in a foreign country lol.

This is the kind of facelift Edmonton desperately needs. European and Scandinavian touch, vibrant, artistic, uplifting and colourful. This area was a dump, but now it's like a sore thumb in a good way. Let's hope there will be copy cat investors to see such thing all over Edmonton. I had no business there, I stopped and parked because it's refreshing and impossible to miss. Thank you to whomever designed, built and paid for.

Turn off that clock that plays a song and announces every hour. Living next to that is extremely annoying. I work nights and I can't sleep because of it. It's so loud it can be heard 3 blocks away. This is a mostly residential area. It starts at 8am even on weekends so nobody gets to sleep in.

What a cute little 'people watching', dog walking, show off my cool car kinda place! Went to the just check it out this afternoon and got the best poutine from a food truck and then watched the world go by for awhile. Only a couple stores open but this will definitely be a very busy spot when it's all full. Definately a do over!

Arcadia Brewing is so warm & welcoming. The beer is made in house & tasty (as of December 2020; Whistling Pig hazy pale, Coliseum Blonde, & a West Coast IPA) They also have sandwiches supplied from The Local Omnivore down the road which you should know are delicious. I cannot wait until live shows take place on stage at the upstairs 'Backyard' bar. During lockdown they serve 4packs of beer to go, along with beer filled in growlers, plus sandwiches to go too!

When the plans for this little shopping area was revealed, some urban design and planning guys (males) were dismissive, calling it a twee pastiche because of the 18th C Euro facades. But the wide sidewalks, outdoor fountain, colourful shopfronts, giant wall mural and bespoke bike parking are attracting women-owned businesses, urbanite shoppers, and photo shoots. It's popularity indicates how *starved* Edmontonians are for attractive, character-rich, colourful urban landscapes. So much of Edmonton is beige, grey, or that hideous yellow of the McDonald's and Cash Money signage. It's a blessing to have some place pretty, which is also designed for pedestrians and cyclists to shop. I like the shops there now, especially Carbon, and Arcadia Brewing. When all of the retail spaces are full, and when there is more parking dedicated to bicycles, I suspect I'll bump the ranking up by another star.

It will be even cooler when all the spaces are occupied with cool businesses... stores and restaurants.. The Brewery there is cool.. Nice place, constructed about 2 years ago (around 2019) and has influence from UK, Europe. I came here during spring showers which added to the effect. Currently (May 2021) there are just two shops operating with some being leased. Urban bird is a nice shop with several bird related products.
