Wonderful small town local museum. A great place to learn about the history of Dorval. Some sections change regularly. Always worth a visit 2 - 3 times a year.

The temporary exhibition changes about 3 times a year. Free. Free parking too. Bus stop in front of the door. (Original) Charmant petit musée, directement sur le Lac Saint-Louis. Écuries datant de 1875, intouchées avec une histoire fascinante reliée à celle de Montréal, des courses de chevaux, du train et de l’aviation. L’exposition temporaire change 3 fois par an environ. Gratuit. Stationnement gratuit aussi. Arrêt de bus devant la porte.

A great tiny museum to stop to visit. Kids love seeing the permanent exhibition upstairs. They showcase the newer exhibition in the back on the first floor. The kids also really like the horse stalls. The staff is super friendly too.

This place and the people in it are a treasure. Dorval is very lucky to have this magnificent coach house as a museum to showcase the city's rich history.

(Translated) Lovingly run small museum about the history of Dorval, from its foundation to the present day. You learn a lot about the area, about life in Canada in general. The special exhibition on the Victorian period was also very interesting and nicely put together. There is no entrance fee, but donations are welcome. (Original) Liebevoll geführtes kleines Museum über die Geschichte von Dorval, von der Gründung bis heute. Man lernt viel über die Gegend, über das Leben in Kanada generell. Die Sonderausstellung über die viktorianische Zeit war auch sehr interessant und schön zusammengestellt. Es wird kein Eintrittsgeld verlangt, doch Spenden sind willkommen.
