Peaceful, short ocean trail and boat ramp. Many benches and a few picnic tables. If you are going to use the boat ramp.....be aware that the waters around the ramp are loaded with huge boulders. You have to head straight out. As well the waters can get rough quickly because there is no protection from the winds.

Excellent place to kill time. Go low tide and walk out to the outcropping. Sandy areas at low tide. Nice boat ramp. Washroom facilities. Nice new gravel walkway. You never know what animals you'll see.. Hit thd Red Wagon on Ryan for Tacos, then to beach.

Good place to go sit in your car n watch the waves or go for a walk. Easy walking path or hit the beach via stairs. You can even walk a few logs if you've got it in you. I like walking the rocks to give myself a challenge (hoping I don't sprain an ankle ????)

Beautiful stretch of shoreline, and now a great public walk along the entire beach, as well as numerous picnic tables, a gazebo, parking spaces, public toilets (porta-potties, but facilities nonetheless ????), trash receptacles, boat launch..you name it! Have many fond memories with my dearly departed Mother there..Point Holmes will always hold a very special place in my heart ????

Nice place to just pull up and relax for a minute while out for a drive. The number of seagulls that show up here is astounding! There IS a boat launch here, but it is SUPER shallow, so it can be difficult to use. My advice; show up at low tide and steer the trailer over the side of the launch towards the bottom.

Amazing place to stare out over the stellar views, poke along the rocky beach, or go for a run on the smooth gravel path atop the breakwater in the good weather. In the bad weather, best place to storm watch on this side of the Island! Super exposed to the roaring SE winds.

Very clean store and extremely helpful staff. I bought some lamps there and the attendant was very helpful when I asked to test them. She explained that I could return them if there was any problems with them and even discounted one of the lamps for me, it wasn't in as good of shape as the other one.

Beautiful spot. A little rocky but there is some sand once you get away from shore. Saw some seals. The boat ramp is by donation. Pretty reasonable rates. Saw crabs in the water. I brought my dog and had dinner on the beach. Really peaceful place.

It's one of the best lookouts on this coastline. Big parking spaces and good beach access! The camping tables and shelter are great for a Picknick and plenty of locals arrive here during the lunchtime to mingle and have a bite. If you look closely on a windy day you can see plenty of kite surfers on the water.
