I have gone from my very first dive right up to my Advanced Open Water PADI certification here. From the moment I walked into the shop to ask a few questions, everyone here has been top notch. Super friendly, knowledgeable and patient. The Dive Instructors worked with my schedule to make sure I completed my training at a comfortable pace. They took my safety very seriously the entire way through. I am genuinely excited to work with them in the future to continue my training even further.

I started diving back in May of 2019 and I have to say that when I go from Calgary to Courtney BC and visit Pacific Pro Dive the staff and management treat me like Royalty. When I walk into the store and view all the dive gear they have and experience the knowledge of their staff and management you will never want to leave. I have been on a couple of charters with Ron Nelson and Robyn Fyfe and the dive with the Seal Lions was one of my best experiences. It makes you never want to leave the area and it is a must to keep coming back. The courses they offer give you a wide range of advancement in the area of diving and Ron Nelson's patience for new divers and his energy make you want to never leave the water. They are great stewards of the environment with their "Dives Against Debris" throughout the year and offer great leadership to all participants. I love coming out to their store and will always be a supporter of Pacific Pro Dive and the area.

Amazing shop and amazing staff. My girlfriend has her advanced open water and I wanted to try diving with her in the ocean and do my discover scuba diving at the same time. Unfortunately the visibility at low depth in the ocean was bad and instead of bringing me anyway, Robyn was kind enough to call my girlfriend and let her know that I wouldn't see anything if I dove in the ocean with her, so my girlfriend went to the ocean and I went to the lake. I had an amazing experience, the staff was very kind and helpful. You can tell they're passionate about diving. Would 100% recommend.

Friendly and professional dive shop in the Comox Valley. They recently were awarded a PADI 5 star and just visiting the store shows why. The new renovations at this store are so clean and bright it shows this location cares and is very passionate about diving. Getting back into diving can be intimidating for a beginner such as my self, but has been a breeze with the staff here. They helped certify my brother in the open water course and both my brother and I were fortunate enough to dive with the sea lions! The instructors were so personable that I felt comfortable bombarding them with questions about scuba diving, and have learned so much more than I originally thought possible. The store itself has an incredible assortment of diving gear and equipment. They have all of the gear you could ever need, and will always order it in if you don't happen to find what you're looking for that day. Overall, this dive store has outshone my expectations and will be my go to spot for diving.

As a person that has a fear of open water I’m happy to write that the owners of Pacific Pro Dive on Vancouver Island finally got me out in the water and boy am I glad I finally took the plunge. Robyn and Scot are so knowledgeable in their field and their instructors are the best I’ve met. I finally feel confident in the water. We were lucky enough to see a whole whack of sea lions out on our dive and it was so thrilling! The equipment was top of the line! Anyone who was on the fence like me definitely needs to head down to Pacific Pro Dive and talk to Robyn. Her passion on scuba diving alone will be enough to change your mind!

Recently purchased a bare sentry drysuit from pacificpro. Fits nice and is way more flexible than my sea tux. I am using it for work the neoprene is tough i expect to get many years out of this suit.
