This was one of the highlights of our trip to the east coast! What an amazing time on a real PEI lobster boat with real PEI fisherman. The guys were very informative, using the transit time it takes to get to/from the lobster and crab traps to show us laminated card educational material. It was a real eye opener. We learned lots about the lobster industry as well as other marine life. They let us steer the boat, help pull up the traps, and showed us how to safely hold both crabs and lobsters. They showed us which ones were the right size for harvest and how they know beyond guessing. We even got to keep some stowaway starfish that came up with the traps! We also had a surprise guest of a seagull which landed on the back of the boat to say hello! So much fun and so educational too. My family and I loved it. Highly highly highly recommended! I'd give it more stars if I could! Wonderful job!

Mark and his daughter who own and operate TopNotch were unbelievable with everyone on the boat from kids to adults. I have to say I’ve taken many charters and this was the best....I even begged Mark to take us Tuna fishing this week but his boat isn’t setup for that right now. The tour was very informative and interactive and was a blast for everyone. My 5 year old daughters even got to drive the boat!!!!! Mark explained how the fishing industry works and how they all make a living etc which gave all 9 people in our group a new respect for the food we take for granted daily. Number One Rated Tour in Charlottetown Mark and Cody are real fishermen who take visitors on a four hour boat trip off Charlottetown PEI. They taught us about crab, lobster and tuna throughout as we pulled in working traps. They are true gentleman sharing their knowledge and helping us understand how conservation efforts have made the fishing industry sustainable. We ate lobster dinner right there on their working fishing boat. The water was so calm I hardly knew we were on a boat. It was fun for all ages and even in the rain we all loved it. I can see why they get such good reviews.

This is a real working fishing boat with an amazing captain who's family has been working the water for years. Very educational and entertaining. He makes you part of the trip and you are welcome to do as much or as little as u like. "This boat is yours for the next 2.5 hours". We had a great lobster dinner and got a real taste for life working on a fishing boat. Highly recommended to anyone. Parking is above the dock and will cost $10 Max. Meal is provided with the voyage and beer and drinks are for sale at very reasonable prices. Even got shells to take home!
