Every time it took me 1.5 hours to get there with public transit, but I still love going there several times each year to see large waves, continuous rapids, floating ice, beautiful birds, and phragmites or naked trees in golden sunset light. However this year I didn’t get one chance. Luckily, the photos that captured wonderful moments are accompanying me every day.
