Took my wife and 2 grand daughters out this morning. 10 out of 10 on all levels ! Anyone who wishes an experience like no other, this is the place to go. The weather did not co-operate for the first 2 dates set up or the back up dates, but received a phone call last night for perfect weather this morning and away we went. The pilot Tim was knowledgeable on many levels, humorous and very professional. Linda who booked us , stayed in contact via email and text messages. I highly recommend Skyward Balloons

Incredibly wonderful experience! Despite the busy season, Linda and her team were able to fit me in for a sunrise session. This was a private flight and was for a proposal (she said yes by the way). Given that it was a bit windy, Tim had the experience we needed to have a safe take-off, landing, and everything in between! Would definitely do this again and recommend this experience to anyone!

Wow!! After a couple of cancellations due to unfavorable weather it was totally worth the wait! Tim our pilot was very professional and my wife and i felt very safe. This was SUCH an amazing experience. There were 3 of us, and 2 of us were a bit nervous but Linda and Graham made us feel at ease and walked us through step by step what would happen. It was amazingly fun, such peaceful sunrise ride - we loved it. So grateful to have this experience and will be back again.

My husband had been trying to book a flight since last weekend. He only receives long answers, they tell him they will call back and never do. Every time he calls in (which is almost twice a day) they try to sale him a private flight (worth a thousand dollars) when he has explained we are only looking for a shared one. The worst service really! We give up...

Fantastic experience! One of the best experiences of our lives! The people at Skyward Balloons are highly knowledgeable and are best at what they do. Highly experienced pilots! We booked our flight for my wife’s 40th and my son’s 10th birthday. The folks at Skyward Balloons took care of us as if we were family.

Total scam. You have to pay upfront before you book a flight. The catch is you don't know what days are available until you pay. Oh! And guess what. No refunds! Totally ethical business practices if you ask me. I'm not one to hand out 1 stars but I am pretty disappointed and disgusted by how they operate.

If I could give this company more stars, I would, they really went above and beyond! Everything from start to finish was absolutely perfect! Being from the United Kingdom, I had a little bit of trouble booking via the website, but with the help of a friend in Canada and the absolutely incredible customer service provided by Linda everything went smoothly and I was able to surprise my girlfriend on our anniversary with the perfect experience! I cannot thank Linda enough for all the help and effort she put into making sure everything went as smoothly as possible, you truly made the day perfect for us. We got to Drumbo Shell station and were immediately greeted by the friendly staff and our pilot, Jimmy who gave us a short and slightly humourous debrief on what we could expect before, during and after our flight. Up in the air, we couldn't have asked for better conditions, and the ride itself was so peaceful, surprisingly so (aside from the occasional blast good old Jimmy would give to take us airborne and direct the balloon) as we witnessed one of the couples get engaged! Thankfully this didn't give my girlfriend any ideas, and we continued to enjoy the flight until landing. The big balloon carries 12 people, the basket being separated into 4 compartments which seemed a little strange as it was 3 people per compartment meaning that on a full flight 2 couples would be split up by a small barrier (although it's still very much possible to cuddle, you just have to make sure you're one of the first to get in the basket and it'll be fine). Overall it was an incredible experience that I would recommend to anyone, especially with Skyward! 10/10 would do again and again and again.

My fiancé had planned this experience for us but there have been countless cancellations, they double book us, put us on a morning flight that we requested we don’t want, etc. When you try and get ahold of them, no response for days, weeks. Unfortunately we had to cancel our flight for this past week due to my dad being in hospital after a life altering event. Linda would not refund our deposit or accommodate another time despite our situation. Her response to this was “well he’s in the hospital, it’s not like he’s dying”. I am so disgusted with her response and pure disrespect. My family just experienced one of the worst times in our lives and this lady not only won’t refund/accommodate another time but blatantly disrespected us. She clearly has no regard for others. Do not give these people your business, I’m sure there are many other companies out there with better customer service and basic level of respect.

We had a wonderful experience with Skyward Balloons. They took the time to answer all our questions and were very responsive. The balloon ride itself was fabulous! I would highly recommend them. If I decide to go for a hot balloon ride again, I know who I’m calling!

Amazing experiences. Customer service was great so friendly. Weather was good sunrise ????. Told them my husband had issue getting in basket and they didn't have a issue accommodating him at all. Would recommend this place 100%. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

I will never recommend this Company for hot air ballon. I regret the decision I made. I feel bad to those poeple experiencing the same. Even we didnt have the experince yet to go with the flight yet, but the customer service is extremely poor specially named LINDA RAWLINSON. The service is not accomodating, they will just get your money and goodbye. They dont answer your calls, they pretend that they didnt recieve your emails. They just don’t find ways to accomodate you. Will thank you for the bad experinece I ever had in my entire life! Karma is in your favors! God Bless.

What an amazing experience. My first time but Linda and Graham were so wonderful and make you feel at ease. The pilot was knowledgeable and funny. Covid precautions were taken at all times and it was the perfect day to fly. I would recommend Skyward Balloons anytime. Absolutely fantastic experience.

The Hot Air Balloon Ride experience and team at Skyward Balloons are both phenomenal. Booking your trip can be tricky as the weather needs to be just right, but Linda (the owner) is amazingly helpful and responsive. She helped us book and re-book a few times when the weather was less favourable and went out of her way to ensure to ensure we had reserve dates that worked with our schedules. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone who is interested, the ride is very smooth, the pilots are very experienced and personable. You will not regret booking!

This is one of a kind experience. The goosebumps start right at the beginning when you see the huge ballon taking shape. You get scared and amazed, surprised and fascinated, impatient, hesitant and excited. All these feelings create the perfect blend for an weekend. Most amazing experience!! I booked a sunrise flight for my husbands 40th birthday and he loved it! Watching the sunrise and the beautiful landscape below was breathtaking. I would highly recommend it. Our flight unfortunately was canceled few times due to the weather condition. But honestly you can’t do anything about that safety comes first, you just have to be patient because at the end it’s so worth it..

Finally after 3 cancellations due to weather conditions we got to fly. It was an amazing experience. We went for the sunset flight which isn’t really a sunset as you have to land before sunset but it was still awesome. The full experience lasts about 3 hours, you are flying for about an hour the rest of the time is setting up and taking down. I got some incredible pictures at heights of 120 thousand feet high. The only reason I rated this a 4 out of 5 is because of all the cancellations, the weather has to be perfect and I mean perfect to fly. Once you get to fly it is very much worth the wait.

The entire experience was awesome, awesome, awesome!!! My flight in the Jet Provost was, without a doubt, the experience of a life time. Graham and his team did a great job preparing me for what was ahead. Training on how to get in and out of the aircraft, making sure I was securely buckled into the seat and a brief outline of where we were headed. The flight itself exceeded my expectations. Graham’s skill as a pilot was evident as he pushed the plane through a couple of maneuvers that just added to the great thrill. The low altitude streak down the runway was my favourite. If you have ever thought of having an experience like this, just do it, as you will smile for weeks later.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & RUDE People there don't respect you, they can't accommodate that you are requesting for even if you have contacted 25 days in advance. THEY DON"T REFUND MONEY IF THEY CAN'T ARRANGE FOR DATES. DO NOT CHOOSES THEM.

I’m not sure how they get customers honestly because I’ve been calling and leaving a message for days and still got no call back. I booked the flight with another company who answered on the first ring. Don’t bother with these people, clearly they think they’re too fancy to help their potential customers.
