An excellent outdoor family event for the winter; this park is the quintessential "ski park" for kids. The hills are a moderate size, similar to kid hills at a ski resort. On a moderate day you can hit 4 runs an hour. Some suggestions listed below for your preparedness: - dress for the weather but be prepared to shed layers - before you buy a ticket you ought to see how many tubes are left (the storage is outside beside the cash). If there are few left then your wait in the hills will be 10-15 minutes. - as with all theme parks GO EARLY - don't buy storage lockers, the parking lot is beside the main building - you can get more run time in by walking the hills as opposed to using the "lifts" - don't go in a warm day, if It is warm enough for the snow to melt outside the hills will bog you down
Friendly folks with a great facilities. Family fun to the max!
A nice outdoor activity place.
Amazing and enjoyable park
Oh my son loved it.. and I loved it even more. Great fun, good place, friendly staff and amazing atmosphere. We loved every bit it. Took of one star because the magic carpet stopped working few times. :)
I brought my 8 yr old son and he had a good time. He was scared to go on the big zipliing instead the staff especially Shannon made him comfortable to go and enjoy the mini zipliing instead and my son felt really comfortable with it and the tube sliding operated by Shannon was amazing. Overall lots of fun and worth the time and money.
We had lots of fun on the zip line. The tubing wasn't great and trampoline was ok. With a groupon it was an alright price. Paying full price would have been too much! Dan at the top was fantastic! and the Girls were very kind and helpful. Yay for the Staff!!
Super busy. Bottlenecks at every corner. Someone needs to look at how to run the place more efficiently so people aren't just waiting in lines all day
It’s very unusual. The employees helped to push from the Top were very lazy and no one was at the end to assist clearing the lane. Huge crowd but lazy service. Simply they don’t care ????♂️. In 2 hours I got 2 ride. Just a wast of Money ????.
Terrible food, Terrible service. Drinks stolen as soon as a few sips were taken in order to increase amount purchased. Moved to plastic cups at 9pm where the same prices were charged for half the size of cup (we measured and they were changed as soon as a complaint was made). Cell phone accidentally collected with linen napkins, management offered no help, mother of the bride had to go look herself (because that's what every mother dreams of at her daughters wedding and they have SO much time). Waitresses looked about 14 and acted as such, scowling and rolling their eyes. Not much more could be expected though, given that the manager was the most unpleasant of all. This was not some crazy wedding with a hundred drunk people falling over and dancing wildly, it was pretty low-key actually. Guests were over-charged for drinks as the price magically went up at one point and the reason given was a that "tax is expensive". Thoroughly disgusting. I will never recommend this establishment for anything but perhaps what it was intended - skiing and tubing. Weddings are NOT their forte!
Bring your kids helmets or be prepared to pay $7 mandatory helmet rental. The place is wrack and too expensive compared to other places for no reason. No pay by ride option and too much walking till you get to the escalator and not to mention the long line ups. Have seen alot better tubing experience, and reasonably priced venues, save your money and go to Chinguacousy Park it's way better.
The hill, the tubes and the staff were all great.
We had a great time. Staff were friendly and the tube runs were fast. A great date night.
Better than most in the GTA
We had a good time. Staff are helpful.
That was fun. I seem to hit the sandbags at high speed more often than not though. Almost twisted my ankle in one instance so be careful.
Great fun for kids of all ages(I'm a 36 year old kid lol)! Share a laugh, have some good food and drinks, and go home with great memories! Thanks Chicopee Tube Park :)
fun place but could surely be better organized ( esp Managing crowd at slopes). Cafe food is bad and expensive.
Pricey with a lot of standing and waiting. In a two hour window only able to complete 4 runs and at 70 bucks that is just a poor value.
Drove quite a bit, parking lot was closed, park wasn't selling anymore tickets, not a fun day.
Way too busy. (Yes it was a weekend) They continued to sell tickets long after capacity was reached. Many (young!!) children were unsupervised and unattended therefore causing chaos at the top of the hill. Only made it down 3 times. Wasn't worth the headache or the money. I will stick to only visiting in the evening from now on. Lesson learned I suppose.
Nicely maintained place for tubing in winters. Dont worry or wait for snow as they have artificial snow options. Check out GroupOn for discounted deals and call before you plan to visit for the availability.
SAM IS THE MAN. this guy gives it 100 every time with the super spins - worth looking out for him. totally made our experience!
Is not as great as they make it look in the instagram video!
Love it. Great value for money
Visited on Christmas eve day with family. Parking was easy, staff at the ticket window not very helpfull. No brochures available at the ticket window. Tube pickup shed is located outside doors beside ticket window. Be prepared for a long walk to the escalator belt start point and hold tight your tube otherwise it will end up downhill. No staff to control public at the lineup up ramp so be prepared to deal with few annoying people not following lines. One staff handling two ramps to took little time for tube ride. Did 5 runs in aboutb3.5 hrs. Restaurant located upstairs and staff were super friendly and helpfull. Washrooms are very small single use so not sure how they manage on a busy day. They could have managed this place much better but appears the management don't really care as they are getting the crowd they need.
Kids really enjoy their ????
Nice place to visit
Great place and fair price. Could have more attendant on the slides. Cheers
I try to get out to the tube park every winter as it's reasonably priced and always a good time. The kids at the top of the hill organizing the runs do a good job - be patient with them! It gets super busy and they are doing their best. I want to shout out Aiden - he did a fabulous job organizing the runs and had fun with it!
So much fun, no matter what your age is!! Staff was friendly and the food was delicious. I definitely recommend going there.
Loved the tubing experience! It's worth the drive from Toronto and the cost of two hour pass. One suggestion: try and go as early as you can to avoid crowd.. the que only gets longer! One more: carry your own food to turn it into a perfect picnic family experience!
Really fun for the kids but on the expensive side in my opinion. 2 adults and 2 kids for $119.50 just to spend 2 hours without spending money on food or drinks, etc...
Very friendly and helpful staff; Went on a busy day, with 3 adults and 4 children, - Had a blasts with the kids. In a 1.5 hour period we went down 5 times.
Beautiful place for a wedding! Mandy and the rest of her family are so so nice here and so accommodating to all our needs! It’s a beautiful lodge building. Highly recommend this space.
Excellent time with Autism Ontario!
The place is great, but the lines are long, and they need to put more bags at the end of the slides, the son of my friend felt over his elbow because a couple that was sliding past through the security bags and threw him away, and he hurt his arm
Fun activity for all ages.
Nice place. Friendly kind staff. This Is the second time we went zip lining. We love this place.
Great day for the kids. Price is also very reasonable.
So busy here we waited over 1/2hr on our first two runs. The staff was new and miss communication was creating extra delays. The kids loved the time we spent here and had fun.
Going at off peak times makes it a much more positive experience! No lines and fast hills on a Tuesday night!
Great place to go tubing.
spent a couple hours snow tubing with our family, great time!
Very nice place for tubing and skiing
Awesome tubing park loved the rush free experience..and friendly staff..take ur own helmets for kids to save the rental..
Had fun with family
zip-line is always a great time!
Loved spending the afternoon tubing here!
Its really good place for family and kids, staff was really friendly and helpful. 4 stars because there is always a room for improvement!
Fun, tough with small kids though
My Dad says this is a fun days-worth of awesomeness. Can't wait to zoom down the hill!
Blast for the family. Bring a helmet if you don't want to rent one.
Seems like a nice, fun day with the family. Unfortunately wasn't able to get in as it would have been an hour wait. We went on Valentine's/Family day weekend to be fair, and it was incredibly busy, as you'd think it would be.
The food was good, the staff were incredibly friendly and the family had a great time with the zip lines. I appreciate that they kept everything running as long as possible with the incoming rain as well as them shutting it down fast when the lightning showed up. Well worth it!
Lots of fun for any age. Warm chalet with not too expensive food. Nice park staff. A must to visit every year.
You will find a lot of fun at there.
The staff were very job oriented (not mean but also not nice, just focused on getting the job done). The hills were really good. If you are planning on going I recommend a night during the week because the wait times will be very short to none.
I found a wagjag which helped cover the cost for my 5yo twins and I. We opted for the 3 hours and found that it provided enough time for several runs and lunch. The wait times at the top was up to 20 minutes but overall it was a good experience. Things to note: - 1 person per tube - 2 tubes at a time - lockers are available for 7.00, with 5.00 refund on key return. - Men's, Women's and family washrooms are available. I recommend it.
Unbelievably pathetic tubing lane! And only one lane! This place is called a Tube Park and I don’t understand why there is only one tubing lane. And it’s not even a fun one..... definitely will not recommended for the summer. Maybe winter is more fun?
Good place to hangout with your friends :)
Brought a group here, tons of room for everyone, and the waits to go down the hill were very short. Burgers are low quality, but the bun was really good and it was pretty cheap. Two tips: 1. Check first for Groupons. 2. While it's quite beautiful to go while it's snowing, the fresh snow dramatically slows down the tubes, check the weather and try to time your tubing for before or after its forecasted to snow.
Great place for snow tubing. Love him there.
It's fun to go down hill in a tube and great for the whole family plus you can get snacks .
So much fun!!! Great staff????
Fun for a couple of hours. Busy times mean very busy, avoid or you'll be doing a lot of waiting
Had a blast! It was late in the season, super sunny and the lines weren't very long (heard they can get long earlier in winter). Went there with our 3 boys aged 5, 8 and 10.
family fun and amazing place to keep yourself moving during winter...all my family old and young love this place
Super fun!
Great tubing experience. Must do with kids
Nice place for family and friends.
So much safe fun for the small kids and snow tubing starter's
Definitely not enough staff manning the hills on a Saturday. The wait was so long it was almost not worth the ride.
Great night of fun!
Great facility, couldn't be setup up any better, problem is at peak times they are well understaffed. 2 employees for 6 runs meant long wait times once you got to the top of the hill. Avoid peak times to get the best experience possible.
The slopes are good but what wasn't so good was the wait times. I think they let too many people in.
We just came from attempting to use the Chicopee tube park in its summer mode. Unfortunately it was extremely disappointing. The bottom line is that the regular snow tubes are used on what looks like very stiff Astroturf with plastic siding. There is way too much friction and most riders would only make it about one third of the way down the hill. We approached management immediately after our first run and were given a satisfactory resolution to our problem. I appreciate the way in which they dealt with us. That being said, we would strongly recommend that you do not go here for summer tubing. We may possibly check it out for winter tubing and the zip line appeared to be quite fun although heavily booked and you would need to book in advance.
I volunteered for my daughter's school trip. She had a blast. It was very busy because of the number of schools that were there that day but it went very smoothly. I see a lot of complaints about only 2 people at the top of the runs (5 runs in total) but that was enough because the lane has to be clear before they send down another tuber(s). That allows them to move line to line sending down kids without much delay. She managed to get in 8 runs and another student got 12. The snow conditions were poor but that's the fault of the weather not the staff. I'm surprised how much snow they had and you could make it all the way to the hay bales until mid afternoon when the snow was melting. Food was what I expected cost and quality but the portions were large. It was worth the money. The sweet potato fries were very good.
Ita a fun time with friends and family not that bad with pricing
Good but repetitive after a few slides
A fun experience but can be quite busy. We came early in the day on a Saturday and there were a lot of people and long lines. They have a little escalator that you can stand on to avoid having to walk all the way to the top of the hill. I tried to tough it out and walk but it was NOT WORTH IT. lol. Make sure you secure your belongings because my cellphone flew out of my pocket half way down the hill and I had to stand in shame waiting for them to fetch it for me. It was decently priced, I think we paid $30 each for 2 hours. We found that was plenty of time to enjoy it, because we got quite cold.
Awesome place! We had a really great time. Although the waiting line was really long!
Masking a baby?! Your business is not above provincial guidelines. Any policy must be in conjunction with laws. Shame on this place
Kind staff! Fun attractions! Have done a lot of maintenance to their summer zip line and it is quite impressive improved!
Lots of fun, needs an extra bartender on weekends
We got really annoyed because we were trying to race and one of the staff that was pushing us down the hill had an attitude. But the park was really fun and I recommend it to everyone
Fun time for families. Well organized.
Good system with the conveyor belt taking people up the hill. Some staff could improve the enthusiasm and smiles especially since most people are excited and many are young kids. Great place to go for tons of winter fun!
Great fast little hill. I was surprised how much speed you can get. Spent two hours here left extremely tired lol
Great hill for tubing, really fast and good tubes. The food is good too (funnel fries). However, there was poor management of kids as they kept cutting the line, and I had to step in. One kid nearly went down the hill without an OK from the workers, and they didn't know till I yelled at them, which is dangerous. It seems the hill is understaffed. There were only 2 people managing 5 hills and the lines were VERY long.
Great experience, would recommend going at night though because there's less people and the lights are really cool to look at. Staff is super cool and it's an overall fun time. Will go again
I went there for a school field trip. It was fun. Although the food is VERY pricey.
This place is sooooooo much fun with the Family!!!! We prefer to go at night when it's all lit up ! This is definitely a must during the winter for us !
Snow tubing is fun but its over priced. 2nd they have belt started from half way of the rides so you get tired taking tubes up there and cannot take more rides. The edges of the end rides are so dangerous. I gave one star for the girl in staff who was helping in the rides. Not worth it according to the price.
Very busy, and they took away the 3 person lane so was forced to go alone, but overall, was a great time !
Lots of fun! Good exercise climbing the large hill before the super fast descent. Although there is a conveyor to bring you partially up the last steep incline if you want. Good outing for the family with older children. Good value for the money. Try going as a group holding on to each others tubes - you'll go even faster!
Lots of fun, great staff, a private day use was well worth doing. They let you have fun and keep you safe. I would have done 5 stars if there were better or faster food options. I can think of a few ideas.
Fun place to go with friends, family or/and girlfriend (s). Saturday they have deal for about 28 for 3 hours. It's same rate of 2hr too. Don't have more words for fun experience, just go!!!
Disappointed with the number of runs - the website made it seem like a much bigger park and we drove for an hour to get there.
Waiting time on the line for tickets is 20min. Even if you brought them with you, still have to wait for a sticker. Another 20 min took for the line on top of the hill. The tube slicing was great. The restaurant on the second floor is pretty expensive and the food quality wasn't good enouth. Overall journey was good enouth to go there again.
Lots of fun for the kids, different runs allow to go down in groups. Fair pricing. Good job with physical distancing.
Good workout and so much fun. Friendly staff
As other customers stated they had only three runs open, waiting time 20+ min, no crowd control, for 2 hours we got 5 slides. This is happening at the beginning of the season and when the kids are on winter break! Definitely was my last visit at the tube park, no too much bang for your buck. I would rather go next time to McLennan park - free, and no wait time. HELLOOOOO, Management, please pay attention to your customers reviews! ! !
Family fun done right!!
Nice place to go for a family winter activity
Used this park for the first time in February and it was making. Snow tubing at its finest.
Nice family experience. Kids had lots of fun and I was able to stay comfortably indoors with a view of the hill.
Good place for snow tubing. Nice and warm log cabin where anyone can enjoy birthday parties or hot chocolate or chilled beer.
Great location for the Rugged Maniac event. Place was fairly clean and staff were super helpful.
Small, worth the price through groupon only
So fun! Nice cabin to warm up in.
What a great time we had today!!! The service was great and the staff fun and on the ball!!! Highly recommend!
Last year we went for the first time and it was fun and exhilarating! We can't wait for the season opening.
It was a blasttt !!!! I go every year and will continue to gooo !! Keep up the great work chicopee tube park
Amazing experience but a bit too busy on holidays
Good but not long enough that supposed it would be
A bunch of kids who know nothing of customer service operating this place. Don’t be surprised if you get pulled up for silly things. Losing 2 stars as they did not give us pins for the tickets and then stopped us from tubing coz we did not have them locked onto us. Clearly a mistake from their side which wasted a lot of our time. We were made to go all the way down to the office to show our tickets, climb all the way back again. If they are so concerned and no trusting of the people using the slopes, they should have better systems in place to avoid harassment of customers. That aside, the slopes are pretty decent. Good for a group activity.
Came to meet up with my family for a few hours. The bathrooms are clean and stocked and there was a person cleaning them. Staff is friendly, everyone wears masks in and out of the tube park. I lost my scarf asked at the kiosk and they found it and someone walked it over for me. I love this place. Good work we'll be buying passes next season. Thanks for the great day
Paid all that money but half of the magic carpet lift is closed. Didn't love having to walk up half of the hill!
Had a great time tubing with my 9 and 7 year old children. Would have been good to know that any type of helmet is acceptable for the under 12 year old set - including bike helmets. Also good to know - there is a 'lift' that covers maybe a third of the climb. Your legs will notice this activity, but you don't have to walk up the whole hill. Snowpants are not a strict requirement, and I was much too hot with my full snow suit, hat, mitts, scarf .... Some parents were tubing in leggings. We had an amazing time, but we were definitely ready to go at 90 minutes.
Amazing time for all the family. Just make sure you park at the tube park as they have multiple winter parks out there.
Fun for first timers and children above 4. Zipline wait can be a while but they rotate by group to help. Staff are friendly
Fun times but they certainly need more staff at the top of the hill to assist riders going down the hill. Be prepared for a long wait in line during busier days. The staff do there best at the top of the hill but there is a lot of people to look after by just two people.
Lots of fun tubing! Love the moving path to get back up the hill. However, the food we had at the chalet was the worst. The pizza slices we had were lukewarm, salty pieces of cardboard. Couldn't finish them. Honestly the second worst pizza I've ever had, after a slice of microwaved plastic covered pizza I had at a bus station once. Nevertheless, the tubing is lots of fun and made up for the poor food.
Its a good place to have fun in winter. The kids just loved the tube rides. Highly recommended for families with kids in GTA and waterloo / kitchener area.
Gave it 5 stars for last year but only 2 for this. Went there this weekend. Understaffed and only 2 people at the top servicing 6 lanes launching tubes resulting in long lines and wait times, with 2 more at the bottom chitchatting while people were crashing into hay pales because the brake mats were laid out improperly. For the prices being charged I will try somewhere else next time. Other people waiting in line expressed a similar sentiment after waiting to go down for 20+ minutes.
Went skiing here for a field trip once. Everyone was super hyped for it (Including myself). But what actually happened was they never taught us how to turn the skis. Which is a bad idea with a bunch of 10 year olds. Then later, they expected us to know how to turn, but then when we told them that we couldn't, they said that they would never skip teaching how to turn, and didn't believe anyone. They were so oblivious to the fact that half of the training hill was cut off (That was where they were supposed to teach us how to turn). Even looking back on this three years later I'm still super salty about this. I probably won't be coming back any time soon.
Blue sky and white clouds, beautiful woods, white slide amusement park, children have fun, did not play enough all day! The second floor can eat, drink coffee, a lot of people, tired of a sweat.
Alot of fun!
I had a birthday party here, Lori in the chalet was amazing! Everyone had a great time. Would definitely come back/recommend
Pleasant staff and a whole lot of fun.
Great fun tubing with the family! The lines can get long but they try their best to keep things organized. Lots of tubes available and there is a "magic carpet" (split in 2 parts) that you can take instead of climbing the hill to the top. Parking can be a little funky as the route to the main lot is technically a single lane. It's hard to maneuver around if there's cars coming both ways.
Very poor crowd management. Visited on a Saturday afternoon. There are 6 lanes for snow tubing but they had only 2 employees helping people go down the slides. We could do only 2 rides in 1 hour! They should have more employees during rush hour. Ample parking space.
Fun place in the winter. Gets busy, so pick your day properly.
It considers the first time for my daughters We had great time Great price Great people and service It was busy we had to wait in line a lot But still worth it ????????
Got a discount on buytopia and it is a great way for the kids to spend the day. I was really impressed. Kids had hours of fun. A+
Looking for ways to bond with your children and get them off the phone? Me too! Chicopee is great and bucks my research which says fun costs 20 per hour. With a 2 hour ride only costing $25, you won't want to sleep in the car for this one.
Conditions were great. Lots of parking. Good food.
The hill was very fun, it's good for all ages. You just grab a tube and make your way up the hill, on the lift if you choose. Pretty unorganized though with lanes closing for seemingly no reason suddenly, and a lack of staff sending people down the hill. For example they had 4 lanes open, but only 2 people sending tubes down so wait times were fairly significant.
No crowd control and only 3 lanes available. Lot of waiting time at the top which adds ~20 mins for each ride. Not worth the money if you are looking for seamless tubing experience.
Fun times!
Paid almost 80$ for 3 people, the first half of the lift was broken and with a 5 year old walking up the hill made it so we were only about to go down maybe 6 times in an hour and a half. The staff was amazing.
Great place for tubing
Tubing at best!! Little expensive for one person. But still worth it trying!!
Super fun family time. A bit expensive but worth it
Lots of fun. Good for families
We had a wonderful day at the Chikopee Tube Park. The staff do really care about your safety and excitement. Highly recommended for the cold days of the year!
Was there on a school trip, was load of fun and all the kids had a blast. However they seemed understaffed. There were only two employees working the six runs, so things moved a little slow. Overall though it was a fun day, many of the kids talked about wanting to return.
Expensive but fun!
Cold but Brazilian kids had a great time
I went there with my friends and we had a great time. It was my first experience in Canada of tubing. Important point about this place is its on bus route so you can go even if you don’t have a car. I recommend this place to everybody. Go and enjoy beauty of Winter.
Run is good but they have serious understaffing issues. 2 people working 6 lanes, we did 4 runs in 2 hours and having 2 people only was the main reason why
Great fun for the family!
Best time with my parents, enjoyed a lot. It is best to take 3 hours rather than all day
Great winter fun for the whole family! Go between 4-6 to save a few dollars;)
Very fun place to go
Absolutely amazing time. However, it said 4 lanes were open online and only 3 were at the time of our arrival that day. Longish lineup because not all lanes were open. But great time nonetheless. Fast and fun
Amazing experience.. enjoyed a lot.. worth the money
Went New Year’s Day. Easy drive from downtown Toronto… holiday + COVID made it especially easy. 5 mins from 401. Organized and efficient. Friendly young staff. COVID times had you only book for 90 minute time slots. It was enough time before it got boring. Lines at the top were 10 minutes. I was expecting fewer people and shorter wait times. Fun time regardless of the amount of runs we got.
We arrived to Chicopee Tube Park just 10am, before big school groups filled up the park. We were lucky that the sky was cloudy, and wasn't hot at all. After quick safety breefing, first we tried the zipline, than sliding summer tubing, than kids took additional spider webs climb and eurobungy jumps. Two hours went fast. ...
We Loved it. It was a lot of fun.
It's tubing, the team on the hill are usually friendly and able to have fun too.
Price was right but the fun was priceless. Our first time! We all loved it. Glad we decided to book this winter. Booking online was so easy & checking in was even easier. Happy I booked for a weeknight. It seemed less busy & the night light views were enjoyable.
The hill was fantastic tonight. The 45 Beavers, Cubs. Scouts and Scouters had a fabulous time
Took the 2 kids.. paid 55 bucks for them to go down the hill 4X. Not cool
Lovely place. Nice staff Just the food is very pricey.
Not the best, for a family of 5 the price wasn't worth paying, Line up!!! Went for Tubing, The tubes are old and dirty... Excepted more, wasn’t worth the travels from Toronto & Oh yeah Unorganized staff... Go See For yourself.I read review and went for myself to see, now I understand why this place has all sorts of bad rating.
We had a lot of fun, scarfs are a must due to the spray. It did get busy after 4 and slow down. I would have liked to see the restaurant open later than the hills which closed at 6. The cafeteria was closed by 5:30 when about 30 of us came in...we may have stayed for dinner. But you could still get a drink hot or cold.
This was an amazing day the staff are awesome!!! My daughter and myself recommend this to anyone looking for fun in the summer!
Lots of fun for the hole family ,dont need kids to go and it's at a good price ,pully for you and the tube is included , just wished these places would have different hills to go down .
If I can to give them zero I would. They hire young kids for a minimum wages with zero knowledge for customer service. They didn't prepare lines for runs(I think that if you walk beside someone in tube you would be faster) because we was going very slow and stopping almost in the middle. To much money for nothing. In couple words horrible service for money.
make sure you slide down in a group and see if Sam the Man can spin you; totally worth it
Drove a good 80 km to come here. Was expecting more hills to go down. It's just what you see from the road 5 runs. Little bit of a walk from the door to the actually place in the park you can go down the hill from. I had a blast when I came I just wished there was more runs. The later in the night you go less people.
Kids had a blast!
This place is usually crazy busy. We went the first Saturday of March Break and due to the increasing worry about Covid, the place was empty. We were able to go up & down the hills 5 times within an hour. We’re hoping to go again next winter!
Awesome experience, fun activity. Atleast something is good in this pandemic
So fun. Scary at first but worth it!!
We went there with 4 adults and 5 kids ranging from 4 to 13. Everyone enjoyed it. I would highly recommend it to anyone
It was very fun and beautiful but we have to wait too long in lines... it takes too much time
Tubing is pretty good. Only downside is the lift carpet is only for half the hill
Loved it! We went late on a Saturday from 9 pm - 12am, 4 adults, $25 for 3 hours (2 for 3 special). Bailey’s hot chocolates in between for a quick break and to warm up, decently priced. What makes this place are the staff - lovely, lovely, smiley people.. If they ask do you want a spin, you do! Would definitely go back, great fun for kids and adults who want to be kids again!
Great staff, great times and concession available indoors when you need to warm up.
Tons of fun for the family. Went later in the evening and stayed for 2 hours. The runs were slick and had good speed. Food was decent in the cafeteria as well.
My son went there he enjoyed every minute he was there
Went for ziplining, staff was helpful. Ride was fun. The walk to the launch was exhausting- definitely not set up for anyone older than 30 in mind.
So much fun!! Great place to bring kids :)
Was awesome experience lots of fun, and staff was great
SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! With only 3 people working on the hill and 25 mins between rides you would be better off standing in a parking lot. The conveyor belt was intermittently working and was only about half the walk up the hill. So for $46 we basically rented a tube and had to wait for a tween to tell us when to go down a hill when they felt like it. Fool me once, shame on me. Never again Tube park, never again.
Great fun but line ups too long. Need an extra person at top of hill to keep people moving, slopes we're empty and waiting for riders too much. Got 6 rides down in 2 hours.....
The hill was amazing and the tubing was so much fun but the value was not worth it. $80 for family of 3 for 2 hours meant we paid $20 per slide during peak hours. The top of the hill was overcrowded with probably 150 people and only 2 staff. A staff member got hit with a snowball (on purpose) by a juvenile and had to shrug it off. Would not return except in non-peak hours.
Great experience, will go again
My boyfriend and I went on the first night they opened the Saturday late night tubing. It was really fun!! Can be pricy, but any cheaper would have made it too busy. Young adults/teenagers run the hills so yes it will not be perfectly organized at times, but be patient they are doing their best. Some will even ask if you want a "whip" or "spin" down the hill so they definitely made the evening fun. We will go back again but next time with a larger group of friends.
Excellent place to visit, good price and a lot of fun
Great job at reminding public of safety precautions and keeping social distance and crowd downs with booking times. Park itself was a blast. Runs were fast and kept in great condition. Would definitely go back.
I've been before and had a blast but this time the first magic carpet up the hill wasn't on. It ruined the whole experience. We basically paid $25 each to use the hill after WALKING UP OURSELVES!! If we had known we would have saved our money gone to a local toboggan hill instead! Way overpriced to not offer the full experience of helping us up the hill!!
lots of fun but there should be an easier way to climb up. even getting to the escalator is hard for some people and very tiring.
Great place. Staff amazing, people in the kitchen are nice. Amazing time. Best part they have stuff all year round.
The website isn't very clear for summer tubing. It shows only winter tubing. I. The summer there is only one path down. We went on a day that called for rain so it wasn't busy. We did have a great time going down on the tube. Of it was busy it would be a very long wait with only one place to go down. The zipline was tons of fun. You get 2 trips down with the package we purchased. That was the perfect amount. There was a trampoline bungie jump. It holds a max of 175 lbs. The climbing obstacle was also fun to go on. Overall it was a great time for the entire family.
It was a lot of fun but the walking up the hill is a beast so be prepared
Kids love this place
Kids had a great time. Tubing is fun
It was a good time. Go from 5PM on to beat the crowds. One improvement is management should look @ filling there bulk bags( a Safety stop for tubers)with empty H20 bottles. They would be more user friendly. This is what they use for flat track motorcycle racing. Great aftrenoon overall
Staffs are friendly and nice. It opens till midnight on Saturdays for some period of time.
Regular time slot of 2 hours was too short on rush days.long waiting lines and one could do only 4 rides in 2 hours. Not worth the money. Less staff. Lacks operational efficiency. Otherwise the hills are good and maintained well.
Not bad but for teenage boys not that great. Only zip lining and tubing all they could do. They only get 2 zip line trips. On Web site it looks like more things for them to do.
Lots of fun. The wait times were a bit long but we were there on a Saturday afternoon on a nice day so it was expected. Overall, it was great. Not too expensive but very enjoyable. With the place at capacity you can expect to get 1 or 2 runs per hour. There is lots of parking close to the entrance.
Great place to get together with friends and family. Food is great, staff is awesome and help out all the time.
Ther is a bar for adults ther but definitely geared for children. The tubes wer pretty fast when we first got ther, but when it started snowing the tubes wouldnt even make it all the way to the bottom of the hill wuth the fresh powder on it.
Wish the hill was bigger, also hard to walk up with your tube if its icey out other than that lots of fun with your friends and or family!
Spent the day with the kids and had a blast. Staff are super attentive and know what they’re doing. Rates are reasonable too. It’s a 90 min drive from our house, but we’d go again for sure.
We went at opening in the morning. It was good for the first 45 minutes. The lines of people wanting to go down the hill got longer and longer and they actually reduced the staff at the top of the hill. It got to the point where there was 40 minute waits per run and you pay to be there for 2 hours. I will leave you to do the math.
This is way too expensive for what it is. The stairs are poorly maintained (icey) my poor daughter slipped and fell. Just save your money and go to trashmore for free.
Unorganized. Two people running six tube lanes. No order whatsoever. Lineups were absolute chaos with people jumping the line. Food and beverages are over priced. The only decency this place had was the young lady selling the tickets and the middle aged lady that was with her. Both were friendly.
Great family fun. Runs well, great food, great staff.
This place sucks. Poorly maintained. Poorly staffed. Half of the activities were closed or not available due to maintenance issues. Staff does not make any effort to make your visit here pleasant or enjoyable.
Small but well run facility, the staff were attentative and friendly. Kids had fun, capacity was about right, we got in 8 or 9 runs in our 1.5 hours which was plenty. We exhausted by the end. Would recommend and come back.
I was pretty skeptical because the videos make it look quite slow but it was significantly faster in person! We went from 5-7 and it was cool to be able to go in both daylight and at night, I definitely recommend that time! The shortest amount of time you can buy is 2 hours but that is plenty, it is quite tiring walking up the hill so after about 5 or 6 runs you're ready to call it a day, totally worth it though!
The place is good. However the staff are young people. They don't care about visitors. My kids fell down in the belt while gowing up and the staff there were just waching and sitting. There were lots of people and only 3 staff organizing. 1 staff for two zones. It could be better.
Have fun!????
Great fun for the family. Not enough staff to keep order.
Fun place to go with the kids. Bring a helmet if the kids are under 12 or you can rent one. Concession area upstairs.
Long lineups Today facility at capacity by 230 pm
Tubing is always fun. They are very busy siding the season, however quite smooth. We got to do 4 rounds in about 2 hours which is a little slow, but the staff try and work as fast as possible.
Lots of fun. Like tobogganing, but faster and with the partial lift. Can be expensive if going on regular rate, but if going on the group rate it's much better. Renting of helmets are required for kids under 12. If you have a hockey helmet without a cage, you can cut that rental cost. Bike helmets not allowed.
Was completely fun. Not suitable for kids under 4 . Kids under two can just play in snow. Good food court. Good place to play on winter
Fun place with good management
So much fun!
Had a great time with the grandkids there today. Staff were very helpful and the line ups weren't bad either. Great family entertainment for the price.
Great time. Fun. Nice place. Long wait times.
Beautiful wedding venue. Helpful and friendly staff.
Fun for all ages.
So much fun! GREAT place to spend the day with family and friends!
It's giant tobogganing. Kids enjoyed it for a bit. I can say I did it. Next time we'll save the money and go sledding multiple times on a regular hill for free.
Awesome place to enjoy..
only 4 slides but who could hate tubing and the workers are great with spinning the tubes and showing new ways to go down the slides
Fun slope. Not much of a walk. All tracks looked the same, wish there was some variety. The lines could've been managed a lot better.
SO much fun. but way to many people. There needs to be some better organization for lines at the top but other then that sooo much fun
The crowd is crazy you spend money for 2 hours and only get to go down twice. They ran out of food line up were super crazy way to many people. The line up just to get tickets was a 45 min wait. I will say the staff is great a lady walked around keeping everyone in touch how long and also gave people chocolate. Staff there are amazing. But way to many people they should if turned down also the parking sucks big time not enough
Super fun experience! Starting January 13th, you can get 3 hours for the price of 2on Saturdays if you go there after 9pm. It wasn't too crowded so we had a lot of fun. We'd still have to wait in line a little bit because even though all the lanes were open, there were only 2 staff members to manage the lanes but it was still moving along pretty fast.
Fun place for tubing. But be prepared for long lines at the top of the hill. There's 6 lanes but only 2 people working up there. Wait time are a little much. Could be improved if they had 1 person on 2 lanes place would run alot more efficient. Price is ok but for $25 for 2 hours you'll probably only get 3 maybe 4 runs.
Beautiful day out, kids really enjoyed the tubing. The only spoiler was that the hard working staff were trying to keep the lines moving, but were delayed by many inconsiderate idiots having a photo shoot at the top of the slope instead of actually sliding down. This was a frequent occurrence and staff were too polite to hurry them up. There could have been more staff manning the slopes that would have helped
Very helpful staff. My son was struggling with the people moving conveyor belt and they slowed it down and rode it with him so that he felt safe. Always a great time visiting this winter fun spot. Lots of on site parking.
Awesome place for children and adults!
Been here twice. Been fun each time. Helmets for kids dont fit that great but the tubes slide well.
We got tickets ahead of time through Liftopia but we misinterpreted them and came at the wrong time. Chicopee honoured them and let us in any way (and this happened for some other guests too) . I would give 5 stars but they need to redesign some of their areas to accomodate high volume, which seems to be the way things are going. This is a fun activity.
I had fun. This was my first time in canada and it was awesoem
Great place for the kids! We went on a Sunday morning around 10am. The lines moved pretty well until noon when it started to get very busy, so the last hour of our shift was not that enjoyable given the long waiting times uphill. My recommendation get early in the morning and avoid noon time.
It supposed to be a fun experience but it was one of the most stressful and disorganized experience due to lack of staff and clear indications at the momento to do the lane. The top was overcrowded with probably 180 people and only 3 staff and nobody was respecting the lane. With the place at capacity you can expect to get 1 or Max 2 runs per hour. In addition to this, my wife forgot her Tous sunglasses (it was a wedding gift) on top of the bar table obviously someone took it and did not have the decency to returned it. Making worse our experience in that place.
Great place for kids or kids at heart.
Fun place for family
$20 for two hours of fun. Good deal!!! Bar service a little slow but very friendly staff
We Had Lots Of fun at chicopee park
Zip lining was fun. Too bad the tubes don't go farther down the run. Kids also enjoyed the trampolines and climbing apparatuses. Wait times to get onto the latter rides are sometimes long.
Great. It could be easily a five stars if there were more staff at the top of the hill
I believe that if they lowered the price of the food then I would have given it 4 stars also because I went there as a student and my teacher was told to tell everyone that it was time to leave even though we had 1 more hour obviously it was a mistake and the staff was informed that my teacher was correct and we continued but if he had asked instead of informing then it wouldn’t have become a big deal but over all the tubing was great, staff was mostly nice, and the food was decent
Amazing tubing experience. Staff is great. Definitely recommend it.
Really good place to go during the winter. Lots of fun there. Good place to go with family.
Fun experience all around for a local attraction.
