They gave me a parking ticket even though I had a visitor pass and followed the rules. I appealed it, but they rejected the appeal. I got a letter from them today saying that I can appeal one more time within 10 days of their decision. Funny how the mail comes in 2 full weeks after their decision was made, making it impossible for me to appeal. Not much I can do at this point, but I will definitely be staying in Boston next time and won't be spending a dime in the City of Cambridge ever again. I will, however, make brief visits to see the wild turkeys, but I'll pack my lunch.

One word....... Amalgamation with Kitchener City Hall. We don't have to pay redundant salaries to City, Provincial and Federal Politicians.

Like any government agency, "they are never wrong" voting themselves raises and increasing costs to the tax payers in the region. Road work was done and no one wanted to take the blame, cracked my windows and plaster and of course would not pay for it.

Bylaw doesn't take phone calls on weekends, so in effect they can't respond to issues properly. I was told to either leave a voicemail or call the police. Also, the online reporting system is a joke. No one ever responds to say it's being actioned. Compared to Kitchener, this city's bylaw enforcement is a joke.

Most horrible excuse for a wheelchair accessible building I've ever seen. What a disappointment considering this building represents our city. Anyone with a wheelchair or a stroller has to go back and forth across the entire building just to get in, then to get to the elevator you have to go in circles back and forth again. What a waste of money! That's our tax dollars and city planners at their best!!

Emailed them asking for a copy of my property tax bill considering their online system wouldn't allow it due to program errors. They wanted $6 I literally laughed out loud ! After moving from Hamilton its actually hilarious to meet a City hall that's in worse shape LOL open your eyes and vote people.

Got a ticket in my own parking spot that I pay for. Do your job better because your “assumptions” are wrong! It is my spot, you’ve ticketed me 4 times in total. Get it together! EDIT: The harassment has stopped ( started 2 years ago total of 8 tickets) for now but I switch spots with someone so best of luck with harassing the General public Sabol ticketing people on private property and basically stocking them so you can ticket them.
