Nice respite from busy city. Visited weekday morning and it was uncrowded and quiet with nice sun angle lighting downtown Vancouver.

Kushiro park is central attraction at Burnaby mountain conservation area. It has got beautiful views, totem poles, horizon restaurant, parking, big lush green park, swings and special play area for toddlers. It’s an amazing place for walk, book reading, practising yoga, running and playing with your kids.

Great location..but do not take public transport as there will be lot of walk and if you have child stroller then its not accessible..

A memorial park up in Burnaby that offers a spectacular view of the Burrard inlet and mountain views. There is free parking and a restaurant. It has some totems, plant sculptues, seasonal flowers and a lovely and very well maintained Rose garden. Great place for taking photos and a stroll!
