This is a lovely park right on the edge of Burlington, its a little tricky to find if you aren't sure how, so trust your maps tool (the main thing that tricks people up is that Kerns Road north of the park is one-way).
The trails can be divided into 4 different types, all of which loop around on each other.
The wetlands route is smaller, but accessible and an easy place to find Frogs, Turtles, and other wetlands life (in the spring you might also see small brownsnakes if you're careful).
The interior forest loops are hilly and accessibility or using a stroller might be tricky, some of the areas can be a bit muddy, but its great for the young wilderness explorer and working out the legs - keep your eyes out for squirrels, chipmunks, and garter snakes.
There is a long woodlands trail around the outside that even approaches a small pond, its the longest trail so set aside some time if you plan to tackle it.
Finally there is the cliffside trails, which back onto Cityview Park to the north, and is a bit of a trek to climb up to unless you use an access that begins up there (there are a few). The cliffside has some great views, and keep your eyes to the sky in the summer and fall for larger birds, including Hawks.
Only other note is that be sure to wear shoes to this trail. There are people who use this area negatively and there can be a lot of broken glass in sections. You'll also want those shoes to deal with the mud in a few spots. Lastly, there are signs for poison ivy in the area, so keep 2 eyes open and stick to the trails.
