Good: The check-in process was quick, although for transparency, we did check-in after 12 in the night. Bad: The room floor seemed dirty and there was this weird smell in the room. I think my room was 117 with the king bed. I only stayed for a night as a break from my drive from Québec city to Toronto. Ugly: The mini fridge was the worst part. We had some dinner leftovers which we wanted to preserve, but the fridge was so noisy that we couldn't sleep. I had to unplug it and let the food go bad, just so that I can catch some shut eye. It was late in the night and we were too tired to complain at the reception, but appliances need to be checked and maintained properly. Unless there's no other place you can stay in a budget, please don't stay here, even if it's for one night.

Clean and well furnished room for that kind of motel. Good and fast service at check-in and check-out.

The rooms are a bit outdated but that's not a big deal. I did find blood or something that looked like blood stains on the pellow and sheets. The door locks /card access don't work properly and most of the time you gotta try for 10 min to get the door open. Outside there are very sketchy ppl who get the rooms so I would not suggest a family to stay here. The bathroom showers were the only nice thing about the rooms. Updated and clean. For the price the room is okay can't go run but only if you're a single dude. Do not suggest for a family stay

Terrible stay the tub was dirty and there where used cloths and towels on floor. The cable didn't work and in the morning there was no breakfast .just stay somewhere else.

It was "ok" ...our room was very humid and damp - like sticky floor damp. The A/C & fan did not alleviate the dampness. Front desk Gary was cool though when we checked in.

The gentleman at the front desk was a pleasure to deal with. He's friendly, efficient, accommodating and knows his job well. He asked if we had choice hotels rewards, which most hotels don't. You have to ask them, usually. I liked the plethora of towels. Most hotels only give you one or two max lately. I liked the ground floor access, as I carry lots of food stuff.. Room has a microwave and fridge, and that's why we stayed there instead of the Ramada. It's very quiet, and even though we're working nights, it was quiet while we slept. Internet speed is not great, but other than that, I have no complaints.

Room was full of bugs, but hey it is summer in Canada in a smaller town. The room and bathroom was in need of some minor repairs.

This was our first time staying at a Super 8 & definitely the last. Our experience with this place was dreadful. I could not wait to leave. The lobby was nice, clean, and airy but our room was absolutely DISGUSTING. The room had a very musty smell kinda like a gutter. The washroom exhaust fan also looked like it was NEVER cleaned. Someones pants were on the washroom floor. Very poor workmanship. Stains on the walls. Dirty stained bedding. There was a dead fly on the wall as well. The staff has done a good job maintaining the lobby but the room needs work. I would not advise anyone to stay at this location. I don't know how the other ones are because we always stay at Holiday inns but this time around they were all booked.

We could not spend a minute here. We tried 2 different rooms, both smelled like hard core drugs & stale smoke. Numerous drug transactions in the 20 minutes we spent there. The ONLY saving grace is that we were given a refund to go elsewhere

Room not clean and smells very bad !! Washroom door can’t be closed and very old furniture in the room… for the same price we could easily book a much more better hotel!!!

Too expensive for what you get, no river view, room was not the cleanest, towels and bed skirt stained, grungy remotes, window doesn't open, can hear next room's every footstep, no coffee pot in the room, no coffee in the lobby or even a vending machine, very minimal free breakfast. All for $129. Ladies at the desk were very nice but that's about all that can be said for it......

Arrived after dark, while well signed, the outside light did not show up well the door numbers, while neat we black. Had to get out of car to confirm room number. No wi-fi in room

No. Just don't go there. They still have (2021 ladies and gentlemen, we're in 2021) smoking rooms. I didn't realize it when I booked the room, because I thought it was over. Well is not. And is disgusting. Rooms are way too small, walls need to be painted, floors need to be actually cleaned. Expensive hotels for terrible quality.
