(Translated) Very nice place with a small beach and a view of the water. Nice campsite but very very dirty full of garbage when we arrived, an employee came to pick it up quickly. Very dirty showers and toilets. Noise, party, motorbike, car in the parking lot, gathering of people and campfire all night, the 11h pm curfew is not applied, too bad the site is beautiful but sleeping here is difficult (Original) Tres Bel endroit avec petite plage et vue sur l eau.

Great place to go for a walk with the lake view. There are plenty of beach to sit. Parking is a task and it's full on weekends and you will have to struggle to find a parking spot. Paid parking is available in your nearby areas. You can get your picnic mats and enjoy the evening with food and family.

Gorgeous lakefront park and (paved) trail that runs along the shore of Lake Ontario. Plenty of seating to be found both along the trail and in the various playgrounds and gazebos. Can get quite busy with COVID and everyone wanting to get out for a nice walk, so keep that in mind and bring a mask just in case!

The park has a beautiful walk way and multiple look out points, I sat by the water reading my book for an hour in October and managed to get a sunburn.

Cathy Sheppard

It's a great place for a picnic by water with the family.

James C

One of the best beaches in the area. Super clear water lots of sand and an attached floating "dock", more like a pier, where kids come jump off into 3-5 feet of Sandy water. The beach is protected by 4 islands close by that slows boat traffic down and creates a natural break from waves Also lifegaurds on duty

TradenOriginal

Great little hidden gem, spaced out, clean area with a good size beach.

ec0

Great beach for young families.

Jeremy Johnson

Rich Chambers

Donald Yap

What a nice treat. A small little get away at the bottom of Hurontario. The folk living in the townhouses across the street must love having this lake front park and view. Great for coming out and reading a book. A bit small for a run or bike, but is part of the longer water front trail

Keetharni Thusyanthan

Beautiful beach area with park, gazebos and sheltered area with an ice cream shop and areas to camp with a tent and RVs. Parking is free and we didn't see a place to pay for the camping area.

Ro Omrow

Boat launch and picnics spot. Great river oew. Watch the freighter traffic go by.

Santosh Baral

Great place for family to enjoy summer hot days. Clean washroom, enough space of change room, lifeguards in the beach, free parking and little canteen. Water in the beach was super clean. There is also space for camping, however, don’t know how to book it. Bring cash if you think to buy ice cream or other stuffs from the canteen. Parking is small so you know what you suppose to do- GO EARLY.

Rebecca McNeil

Great area with a nice clean beach with lifegaurds on duty during the day. The actual beach (sand) is a small area but it is surrounded by a grassy area with lots of mature trees providing the best shade for hot days by the water. Althought I have not camped at the this excat location, I have camped on the islands associated with this park and enjoyed my time thoroughly. Staff are helpful and welcoming.

Christa Guthrie Vincent

Beautiful park to be at in the summer for swimming at the beach, picnics ect.

Dirit Sanghani

Mississauga has a lot of places and this has to be on the top 10 places to visit. Certainly beautiful but we ended up going on a really cold day. Best time to visit would be in summer or fall when the weather is on your side. You can park on the road nearby for free and its steps away. Def9nately recommneded

A popular stop for our young family whenever traveling 401/TCH corridor. Give the 401 a break and take 1000 Island Pkwy from Gananoque to Brockville. or vice versa. Love it!!

Great little park along the lake shore! This is a smaller side of all the lakeshore parks. It's worth a visit to sit on the benches placed along the rocky outcroppings and relax. Has a little gazebo should it get rainy. I got to see an adorable family of ducks move past and a few other forms of wildlife. Wear running or hiking shoes to climb to the rocks as there are several good secluded spots to enjoy the lake view without too many people around. Parking is street side for the most part.

Yvonne B

Water smells however, nowadays you can't really find shores that don't smell. It is quite small but the views are truly spectacular and you can sit up close on rocks. Dispite these details, it is still very worth visiting.

Larry Smith

Hidden gem.

Jovan Gardner

Another favourite spot to clear my mind especially at nights when the moonlight reflects beautifully off the calming waters of Lake Ontario. Seagulls, ducks and swans are often seen here. There are a few benches for seating but that should not be a big issue as one can also see on the low wall on the walkway (not the one acting as a breakwater). It is wheelchair accessible and paid parking is available on Port Street E.

This trail/walk is absolutely magnificent! The color of the water makes it worth the -10°C temperatures (just kidding, it was brutal). The sound, the silence, the wind, the water, all of it is surreal. Worth the walk. One star less for the us hoomans who make sure to add the nuisance of treating the area as garbage disposal. Not the fault of St. Lawrence Park though.

(Translated) The location (near town and near the water) as well as Riley's great kindness earns the two stars I gave the campsite. However, in terms of conveniences for a trailer, there is a major deficiency. A 15-amp pole for 2 locations, which means that the circuit breakers are constantly over-voltage and the circuit cuts, requiring the frequent intervention of the attendant to restart it! The location for draining the water is inappropriately placed, which requires creativity and good equipment to make it happen. An enhancement would certainly be required to adequately enhance this beautiful place, too bad!

This is the prettiest & quietest park along the river, & features rolling Hills & rock formations, stately pines, a playground, beach, boat launch area & dock, canteen with washrooms, & two pavilions available for rent. The beach is most popular in summer & features a floating dock & lifeguard on duty. The upper area beside the parking lot has a flat area to play sports in. Camping is available too in a small area & has a separate washroom building. Growing up I would come here for the Celtic Festival & toboggan down the big hill as a child. It's a great place to read a book under a shady tree at a picnic table, with gentle breeze blowing off the river or watching boaters go by.

Good for small camper/tents. The Plot for big rv is near a noisy road. There's no 30 amps current. Staff verry helpful and the camping is clean. Small beach. Would recomment for boating/diving.

Large dock for anyone to jump off of. Many rocks to climb, snakes and frogs to catch far from the beach. Kids love it.

Must visit this place. Serene and beautiful waterfront. Ideal for family gatherings and a long leisurely walk. Close to the park is the famous DON's fish and chips - a "must have" if you are in the area.

Had a friend's wedding planned out here. The place is brilliant with the lake in the backdrop. However the gazebo that we booked could do with a bit more maintenance. Even though it looks beautiful, its not what you would call clean. But inspite of that, its an amazing wedding venue!

I love this park as I have been going there off and on since I was young. You have a lovely view of our St Lawrence River on one side and on the other is a nice spot for swimming. There are also nature trails to walk on with nice spots to camp in. Also I tip my hat to the lovely couple who own and operate the canteen. They are super friendly and have a nice variety of things to eat hot or cold. And they have ICE CREAM for those hot days or just to snack on. Try our Park out as I'm sure you will enjoy it.

I love this place. Is few steps from the bus stop. All you need to clear your mind, charge your battery, meditate.. just sit there and observe nature. Even my 5 years old girl loves this place. Today we even saw two racoons ????
