Brockville is a very pretty historic city overlooking the US across the st Lawrence River. This park is beautiful with a lot of parking and places to have a great picnic. Also theres a marina close by and a boat launch. Must visit for a day trip if you are in Ottawa or any where close by.

Absolutely love hardy park. With a little bit for everyone. The park it self is very beautifully designed to be handicap accessible and usable. The soft tar may surrounding the play structure is perfect to keep kids clean and safe while they play. There is also public washrooms right close to the play ground. Lots of seating for outdoor meals or relaxing while your out and about.

Nice little park, has a lovely walking path along the water's edge, complete with waterfall feature. Has a great play structure for kids with swings. Also has a sand volleyball court and a big open gazebo with a piano. One of Brockville's nicest parks and home to some great events like Ribfest.

Beautiful park. With that said I suggest not being alone here at night. Little to no police presence. I am a local angler and fish our parks all the time day or night. I have had to call police for passed out drunks, overdosed people. I even caught a older couple having sex on a bench at 10pm! Love our city but alot happens in our parks.

I go to Hardy Park often. Nice family enviroment and nice places to sit and enjoy the water, picnic tables and volleyball court. They have movies in the park from time to time and also festivals such as poutine festivals and Ribfest. Lots of shade if you want to sit comfortably or some paces to enjoy the sun. Also a boat ramp to enter the St. Lawrence River. Lots to enjoy!!

This playground is amazing! Tons of toy options to play on, swings, public restrooms and beautiful waterfront! Just beware, if you're there in the rain, the rubber is super slippery in certain low spots when it's wet (base of the slides and areas in the middle). My daughter fell pretty hard a couple of times (I was much more affected than she was lol)

Probably my second favourite park in Brockville along the river. It was formed in the early 60s ontop of former manufacturing grounds. A very beautiful park with some landscaping, flowerbeds & shrubs, big lofty shade trees, brick pathways & an old-fashioned gazebo. There are also several benches & many picnic tables, washrooms & a playground. Off to side is a boat ramp & walkway bridge across a little bay where ducks & geese like to mingle & catfish & carp sometimes wander. It's a popular spot for wedding photographs (mine included), as well as events like the former Riverfest & Teddybear Picnic when I was growing & currently for the Poutine Festival, Strawbeary Festival, Fairies in the Park, & Ribfest. In summer there are band concerts in the gazebo Sundays & Movies in the Park on Thursday evenings, yet I haven't watched those yet myself.

A great waterfront park. Playground is accessible to all. Washrooms on site. Have brought my kids here on numerous occasions. The walkway along the water is just part of a longer walkway linking Brockvilles waterfront sites. There are all sorts of events held here throughout the summer.

Love this park, we have been going there for many years. There is a playground for kids and washrooms. There is a gazebo where summer concerts take place and a nice walking path along the river with benches. In the spring you can see many little ducklings in the quieter inlet near the boat launch.
