I had a very good experience at Brockville Enterprise. Booking online was convenient and the car was exactly what I requested. Michael was very helpful and courteous, I had to request an earlier pickup time and he was able to arrange the car pickup on time in spite of the short notice. Would definitely recommend.

Wait can be quite long as they have limited staff. They have good cars which are well maintained, pricing is resonable, but definetly not cheap. Location is small and un assuming, but with only 3 chairs it is far from welcoming.

With an accident happening on Dec. 11, 2019, it was very bad timing. My insurance car rental allowance ran out christmas Eve. Enterprise was the hero to step up too the plate and help me out. They were able to extend the coverage enough to allow me to return home from the holidays. And then were able to supply me with a more affordable vehicle until my vehicle was repaired. Fabulous job Enterprise, your my guys now!!

I had gone through an insurance claim and needed a truck in a pinch this location didn't have one at the time but still managed to find me one. my insurance company canceled my rental without notifying me but Enterprise took it into there hands and potentially saved me $100s of overage charges! great on all fronts, clean, great covid precautions, willing to help with anything couldnt be happier with the service!!!

Typically I have no issues with renting a vehicle but unfortunately because of a few factors I was unable to rent a truck, which is what I really required. I was given the option of a minivan or a cargo van and the employee was really nice and gave me a bit of a discount for the inconvenience. I feel like I should have been notified before I had arrived the day to pick it up as I could have arranged another option. It did end up working out, I was able to accomplish what I needed to do using the minivan, however a better heads up would have been better.

DO NOT TRUST THIS BRANCH-TAKE PICTURES OF EVERY INCH. Have used enterprises at other locations without issue. After a car accident this location not only made the situation more difficult, was unprepared (leading to us taking more trips to the location than we did with the rental car), and then upon return they approved the car with a "thank you for taking such great care of it" before then claiming significant damages in order to scam us/our insurance. Make sure you take pictures of every inch upon taking and returning the car and do not trust the approval of the workers. Thank you enterprise for making a stressful situation more stressful.

Be careful leaving them your credit card number, they messed up and charged something to me that should have been charged to insurance and it's been 10 days that have been "working on it" but no refund has been issued. Annoyed, wish I would have done a cash deposit.

Okay, I have used their services a few times now. Tried a "cheaper" avenue a few years ago and soon had a fresh lesson in "getting what you pay for." This time, we chose Enterprise again. The only reason they don't get a 5-star is because the first vehicle, while a lovely ride, was not up to their usual standards. I hesitated to complain, not wanting to be one of those people. It was a very busy time for me, not a vacation, and I thought that I didn't have time to negotiate and run back into Brockville to get a new rental. However, when I did place a complaint, the next day I was called. I was offered a new vehicle (a pretty sweet one!), and a significant discount on my bill. The new car was brought to me, an apology was issued, and a further discount was offered on my next rental. I think I shall change my rating back to a 5 from a 4 because we all make errors, overlooking things unintentionally. It impressed me how quickly they took responsibility and made restitution. Rented a Kia Soul this past weekend from friday-monday staff was great and super friendly and welcoming, did the walk around to check for any damage before taking the car and pointed out a scratch on rear of the drivers side he said okay and didn't do much, which then i asked if he didn't have to take a picture of the damage and the guy said that they already have it in the system. I had no doubt and believed him. Everything was great till i dropped the car back on monday and during the return check was told that the scratch was not on record, I told Michael that it was there during the check with the other guy, he called him to ask, and the guy said that he never saw the scratch which Michael replied "I believe you". I understand that you would believe your co-worker, but i have never felt so wronged in my life. I also "BELIEVED" that guy during the check and i'm sure if you have proper CCTV you would see me asking about the scratch since it was right at the front of the store! Thank god I paid for the damage waiver and ended up not having to pay for the scratch but what if i didn't? And i'm sure now that it will stay on file that i was the cause of the damage which is just infuriating. Not that i wont ever use Enterprise again because that is like the only rental in the area but i will NEVER TRUST them again and will take my own pictures/videos of the car myself.

I was here the other day. The young lady behind the computer had zero interest in helping with the problem I had with my rental return. She basically couldn't care less. It was a terrible experience and I won't be back here.
