Reviews of Days Inn by Wyndham Brockville (Tourist Attraction)

This review is based on a Queen Suite which was at the end of the hall, limiting the surrounding rooms and sounds. *** Nice *** - Lots of parking available - Pleasant and understanding front desk - Pretty clean - Decently maintained considering the price and alternatives - Queen Suite with tub had cute towels in the shape of swans - Large TV (not smart, no USB) *** Not so nice *** - During the night, we woke up to some kind of bug crawling on the bed (not a bedbug). There are no other reviews mentioning bugs so I prefer to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume it was just a unique situation. -The wall-module that controls the heating and AC leaked. We were satisfied with the managements response to our issues with the first room and had no issues in the new room. Thus, we would try staying here again in the future.

For $138.00 a night with king size bed would be a huge mistake. Not only were the rooms outdated but the hallways and room were dark and dinghy. Bed felt old as soon as I sat on it… could feel all the springs. The room felt empty. No phone to call front desk and no where to sit other than bed. For $10 less I got a much nicer better room at the holiday inn in brockville.

Comfy beds and pillows were firm but soft! No carpets on the floor, it was either a floating floor or engineered wood and it made the room feel so clean!

The rooms were neat and tidy and looked like they were recently renovated. Was happy that they had wood floors as opposed to carpet. We had a wonderful stay and the staff were warm and friendly.

Staff was personable and friendly. Housekeepers very helpful. Pool nice and we'll maintained. Rooms are marginal and motel unfortunately showing its age. Rate structure 'confusng' at best. Close to fast-food strip. Would probably look elsewhere next time I'm in Brockville.

We got to the hotel 430 July 20th 2019 we were told our rooms (2) were not ready and would be for a while. When we told the hostess that we were going out and needed to get ready we were offered a broom closet to change. On the morning they had 1 toaster for a sold out hotel we waited 20 min to use a toaster. And there was 1 staff servicing 80 people in the breakfast room.In saying that the rooms were clean and the location was good.

It is a very simple hotel, with simple decor. It has a very nice sushi restaurant inside There is a free breakfast served in a large hall opposite the restaurant. Several conference rooms.are.in the lobby area. The main desk is very centrally located and alays has staff present. The parking.lot.while.limited.meets the needs of.the smaller hotel. You can tell stays are rarer that professional visits to the boardrooms, and the layout reflects this.

There was no lobby or room for large group (young hockey team 7yrs olds and parents) to gather, so they put us in separate wing and we had to hang out in gloomy hallway, we were pretty quiet fir a large group and kids were well behaved but staff kept coming up and harassing us since they put an elderly couple in the same wing , when they had tons of other free rooms elsewhere. It's only 2 stories but there are no elevators. The toilet was dirty. But the beds were comfy. I'm not usually picky but I would never stay there again.

The staff were polite and helpful, and the room was clean. I can think of nothing to complain about, but its also nothing to get exited for. A basic hotel at a decent price.
