DESCRIPTION

We have all the reviews of people who bought the services of Tourism Brantford (Tourist Attraction) in Brantford (Canada).

At the present the business receives a rating of 4.6 over 5 and this rating is based on 34 reviews.

You must have seen that the average score it has is basically the highest, and it is founded on a very large number of opinions, so we can think that the evaluation is quite credible. If people have bothered to give their feddback when they've done well with the business, it works.

You know that we do not usually stop to set feddbacks when these are good and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or incidence...

This Tourist Attraction is included in the category of Tourist information center.

This is a beautiful building in a great location. The person at the desk was most helpful and there are countless racks of brochures about the city and area.

A fantastic resource to discover the many hidden gems of Brantford - including museums, events, and more. The centre sports many displays and artefacts relevant to the city, brochures galore, a gift shop, and a playground for children. Residents can pick up a 'blue box' here on Saturdays.

We ask if they had a map of Ontario and we couldn't get one the lady at the front desk was very rude like she didnt want us there

The only thing wrong is they don't have a mailbox. I had to drop something off here after hours and there was nowhere to leave it. Since it has municipal government offices here as well you would think there would be a mailbox. Other than that its a nice place. Interesting displays and very helpful people and even a playground for the kids to burn off energy while the parents get local information.

It is a wonderful and informative place to visit. The staff are friendly, welcoming and a wealth of information. I have visited here in the past with zero problems and today my HSP friends and I enjoyed the meeting room space for our inaugural meeting. I will highly recommend this site.

Drop in to this place FIRST if you're planning on visiting the Brantford area! Located right next to the 403, this little gem had a ton of information on everything to see, do, and eat in the region. The staff were awesome! Maureen, Lisa and Hilary made some suggestions that turned out to be the high-lights of our trip, and the recommendations on food (especially for people with unusual dietary issues) were both thoughtful and helpful. Instead of just pointing to the racks of brochures, they actively helped us plan our itinerary and gave excellent map tips. Even better, they gave us a voucher for an additional 15% off at the hotel we were already booked into! Score! The short time we spent here really elevated our trip into a memorable vacation. Well done ladies, and thank-you!

My GPS had gone down and I was driving blind. I stopped into the center for directions. The wonderful young lady, Iriss, was EXTREMELY helpful. She took the time to write down directions and explained them to me in great detail. Needless to say I was able to get where I was going without any difficulty. I really feel she went above and beyond to help me. The facility was also very nice and well maintained.

Right off 403, this building is gem to visit in the brantford.
