The activity was great but there were some players in game which they were not well trained and they really waste our time as we lost the time for the last challenge and they closed everything. So we paid money and time but activity not completed because of two players which they were not well trained and non of the resposibles did not ask them to go back and do the training course again. Not a good experiend at all.
Treetop trekking was awesome! It's a great workout and a great way to work on fear of heights. Trust the equipment and you will do fine! Could have been better if there were less people in our grouping as it takes a while to get through the course being behind people who are not as sure as of themselves.
Fun outdoor activity with different difficulty levels. I would recommend to bring your own gloves. Some beginner and intermediate trails can take a long time to complete because people go at a different pace which increases wait time.
One of the best locations for fall view colors especially with aerial zipline. A good physical activity with group of friends. 5 courses of challenges available. We were able to finish 4 courses in a duration of 3 hours. Parking is free. Worth every penny. Definitely recommend for fun filled activity during summer and fall.
Had a great time! Our guide Jayden was amazing. Had so much fun. Definitely must try this if you are looking for an exciting experience!
I had a fantastic time at Tree Top Trekking @ Heart Lake! I did the 1-hour Red Tailed Hawk excursion. This excursion consisted of a ladder to take you up to the trees and a series of suspension bridges. I'm not going to lie, I was a bit nervous as first. The first 70% of the trip I was worried of not falling off. At the end, I really started to enjoy myself. Make sure to wear a jacket/shirt with a zippered pocket to stow your phone so you can keep your phone with you if you want to take pictures. Great to have your phone handy to capture the two great lookout points of the lake! Try not to drop your phone ;). Also, if possible have someone on the ground take your photo as well, to show how high up you are. The excursion was well organized. The guides assigned to your time slot do a great job of being present in the tree tops in case if you need help in guiding your safety rope along. I felt pretty safe throughout. The guides were constantly in communication with the other guides via walkie-talkie updating each other the whereabouts about of each group on the obstacle course. I would recommend bringing gloves, because your hands can chafe with all of the rope handling. Make sure to truly arrive 20 minutes before your session because signing the waiver and getting geared up does take around 20 minutes. I look forward to my next trip! p.s. Try not to look down! Feel free to check out the gorgeous trails on site as well!
It was fun experience with kids and friends, bringing a pair of gloves is a good idea.
Great experience! The guides are really nice, and the adventure is a pretty good value. I would definitely go again!
I invited my friend here for her birthday and she loved it. We arrived at 10am and was there till 1:30pm. We enjoyed every minute of it and we'd definitely go back again.
The whole family flew across the Lake and back. What a great adventure. Even little kids were learning how to Zip Line.
Amazing experience, me and the kids enjoyed around four hours on these obstacle courses. I highly recommend it. There are different levels for people to enjoy. It's a very fun family activity.
Great fun! Even on a 39 degree day it was cool in the shade. 2 first timers and we found it challenging yet manageable. Pro tip: bring or buy gloves and spring for the Blue Heron zipline!
The whole experience was enriching. The place itself was so beautiful. It's well-maintained and there are guides to help you out all the time????
It was good experience. The staffs are so nice. There are 5 rounds Very challenging the last one but at least we made it
We had so much fun! Our guide and other staff are super friendly. My only issue would be that the courses are kind of crowded, and half of the time we were just waiting for the people in front of us to finish the courses. If you are a more athletic person, my suggestion is to go onto the courses first in your group.
Excellent adventure for a quick getaway in Brampton. Photos are from 1 hour Red Hawk Package. Can’t wait to experience the 3 Hour Treetop Trekking.
Friendly and informative staff. Went through the rules and technical/safety orientation very detailed. Sufficient time to finish all courses at least once in the time slot allowed. Scenery was beautiful and right by the lake. Didn't try the …
Great Fun!!! Lots of activities! Tree Top Tracking, Zip line over the heart lake. If you are adventurous? You must check this out.
Friendly and organized staff. Ziplining and the obstacles were fun. You have to be fairly fit in order to have a good time. If not you might not enjoy it as much. Still, I'd recommend it to anyone.
Our group had a great time Trekking through the trees and doing the GPS rally. The staff and guides were friendly and helpful. I suggest anyone doing the Trekking that they use a pair of gloves (bring your own or buy them onsite).
This treetop trekking location has very good customer service. Manager and guides were super helpful in assisting my group with a health incident, and called the next day to check if we're okay. Because we had to cut our day short, they offered to have us come back another day to enjoy the full experience. Definitely coming back in the future.
Must be booked in advance on the website as it is a separate company from the conservation area itself. And you don't have to pay entrance to the park if you tell them that you have tickets for the zip line. Very knowledgeable and friendly …
Awesome time! Highly recommend! Great staff as well.
Fantastic experience for a beginner. This was my first time on top of trees but I am glad We had the right guide with us. He was chatty so the seemingly long trek alone was not boring at all. The track is both not-too-dangerous but at the same time challenging for first-timers. Completely satisfied with customer service. They always answer the phone and reschedule if you are not comfortable doing this activity under certain weather conditions.
Brought my son for this activity for the very first time in Canada : I would say it was so so comparing to other countries (US and Europe) ! The main ISSUE : no separation of Levels ! Everyone has to start from the very same Level and so on. Result : Traffic Jam on the trees. Not very pragmatic, quite surprising... Thx God we have the big zipline that we bought in addition. That saved my day with my son.
Beautiful location, well thought out course, knowledgeable and Wonderful staff. The course was challenging and fun, equipment and safety is too notch. My son and I had a great time spending 3 hours in the tree tops. Highly recommend this location!
Amazing staff. Gardening gloves, water, and fruits/granola bars are a must. The advanced course is for everyone at all skill levels. The Zip Lining over Heart lake is closed at this location until August 2021- check the website (Brampton location) since the main phone line representatives aren't aware of this. Great view of the lake regardless
Best experience & so close to home but prepare yourself for a real workout. You might want to bring gloves incase you need to grab on wires and not cut yourself
Amazing Experience!!!! Staff were so supportive! Special shoutout to Alex (Alexandra). Zip lining over lake was incredible! Looking forward to my next trip!
I’ve been here with my kids several times. The courses are challenging but fun, and the staff is safe, caring, friendly, and just generally amazing. I highly recommend a visit, it’s a great little adventure.
Went ziplining with my close friend at the Brampton location. We went through safety and basic training before heading over to the large zipline. We had to climb a set of ladders and bridges before ziplining over Brampton Heart Lake. You get to zip twice over the lake. A little scary due to the wind blowing but an amazing experience overall!
Great ropes courses with helpful guides and a quick check-in experience. The only improvement they could make is to have fewer participants in each group. We were luckily the first in our group onto the course, but by the end of the first section we had already caught up to the next group (who were the first of the day). It resulted in a lot of waiting through the remaining four sections and there wasn’t an opportunity to skip a section/group unfortunately. Otherwise a great experience and we were blessed with perfect weather, though I’m sure it would be great in all conditions.
This was challenging but thrilling. We got an amazing bird's eye view of the park and lake, but we definitely worked for it! The zip lines were my favorite part. The staff were helpful and friendly. Can't wait to go back!
Awesome experience! Staff is super friendly and helpful. Huge shoutout to Jasmin who went above and beyond and arranged the GPS rally for my son and wife so they could have a good time while my daughter and I did the aerial trek. Although it was a busy Sat and they were short staffed, Jasmin spoke to her manager and took time to set this up for my son. Thanks also to Ryan (the manager) who accommodated us. Every one of the staff was super friendly. The GPS rally was great fun for my son and not many people know about it. The blue heron zip line was amazing (you can do this as an add on to the aerial trek for $7.5 instead of the $30 standalone activity - again thanks to Jasmin for suggesting this) and so was the treetop trekking. I would recommend gloves and you can buy the ones with grips for just $2 at the office! We had a great day. Highly recommend the Brampton location for this adventure!
Awesome experience! Staff was great from the moment we first arrived. Tree top trekking was a fun and challenging outdoor activity to experience together with friends and family. You won't be disappointed!
It was a great experience and I really enjoyed the advanced version as it appears to be more challenging. Great guides and they ensure all the safety protocol is followed. Highly recommended to be earlier or be punctual as the briefing does take some times
We had an amazing time at the Treetop Trekking in Brampton. The staff were very sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful. I highly recommend this place. It is worth every penny.
Beautiful place, staff is always taking care of you on yhe different tracks.
Loved this place! Some of staff could be a little more friendly. Took us 2.5 hours to get through the 5 courses. Very tiring but 100% worth it. Be sure to wear sun screen, bring lots of water, and maybe some gloves to prevent blisters on your hands. You can wear a small backpack with you during the courses, take breaks / snacks / drink water etc. I would definitely try out the courses in the other locations too.
Excellent place for outdoor activities.
Great place to spend with your family and friends. Bring water and a lot of energy.
Me and my partner completed the 3 hour tree trekking experience today (June 13). We received some of the best customer service from trainers Tim and Lauren. …
Def had a lot of fun. Wish I had muscles I don't have to finish the advanced course too ????
Was quite a fun experience. At no point was i ever worried about safety ????????. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Direction signs could be better, especially exit signs after zipping across lake.
We had so much fun ????
This is our second time treetop trekking but the first time at this location/ company. We went during covid and had fun! Staff were well-trained on protocols for disinfecting and social distancing. All equipment is cleaned and sanitized in …
Wow! This is truly amazing. All the 5 courses are so much fun, yet felt extremely safe. Amazing friendly and caring staff. Loved it!
The staff is super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The courses are fun and there are different skill levels to fit everyone. Great views of the Lake at the Brampton location. The entire park staff is very kind and helpful
This was such a awesome experience! Pushed me out of my comfort zones and I had such a blast doing it. Employees were friendly, environment was safe and everyone in sight was having a really great time. Will definitely do this again!
Booking is easy to do online and two hours in the tree top village is a great amount of time to explore everything. Arrive 15-30 minutes prior to your time slot since there may be a lineup for the wavers/wrist bands and washrooms. There is plenty of space for a picnic outside of the play area, ample parking and loads of social distancing space in the treetop village area.
