The Garden Square located in Downtown Brampton is home to FREE entertainment all year long. The Garden Square offers a variety of weekly artistic, cultural and theatrical events which provide amusement for all ages.

Amazing fun and interactive space for families and for everyone really in the heart of Brampton. In the summer especially there is something going on every day. Movies, concerts and local and international talent. Best part is all activities are FREE !

With all the events that happen at the Garden square movie night is our favourite. Every Saturday evening during the summer months movies place place on place on the big screen. One at 7pm and the second at 9pm. A great way to get out and enjoy some fresh air and watch a movie. Thank you Garden Square for bringing families together.

Two Free outdoor films every Saturday evening during the summer. One at 7pm, one 9pm. There is some seating provided, but it's wise to bring your own chair. Good fun, when the weather is good.

Nice place to hang out with friends and enjoy a coffee. Tonight there was a punjabi movie playing. I love the diversity. Great to see families out enjoying the movie. Too bad there wasn't popcorn vendors.

Brilliant idea that is part of FREE citywide summer entertainment in Brampton, ON. Live, local music on Fridays; double feature family movies on Saturdays. (I believe there are culturally diverse movies shown on Thursday too). There are numerous festivals held here with free entrance as well. Way to go, Brampton????

Brampton has very small downtown as compared to other cities However city is trying hard to create vibe. Watching movies and games here is fun. Lack of public washrooms. Request to city to add permanent washrooms.

Place was good, on Saturday parking was free which is a plus point , but there was too much Security guys over there. Which was giving negative impact. So when I observed closely, there was some junkies guys over there, that's why over heroes were watching over them.

A vibrant place to be in the heart of Brampton. Excellent murals on display. Farmer's market is just the best and there is no other place that is better than the garden square.

This is a chill place to sit and taking the news. They have heavy duty Adirondack chairs set up as well as tables. There's a bunch of little food places around. (A great pretzel place, Starbucks, subway, burger and pizza place, amazing smoothie place - Trish juice.) Also they have events like movie in the Square or live music and seasonal things like Christmas and Halloween events.

I liked the new year celebration they did it was fun and without violating covid 19 rules, I wish all other cities in Ontario did the same

Beautiful city square located at the heart of brampton downtown. Has a lot of events in summers. Due to covid most things are cancelled. A farmers market is organised during weekends in summer months next to it.

Absolutely fun place to hang out all summer. Great restaurants all around. They play sports games on the big screen. They have movie nights. It’s was Jurassic Park Brampton during the Raptors finals fun. They hold activities all the time, for both kids and adults.

Garden Square is a good location for the many events which take place there. It is conveniently located a short five minute walk from the Downtown Bus Terminal. There are a number of good businesses nearby to check out as well. At the end of the square is the Rose Theater. There is usually a lot of seating available, depending on if there is an event taking place. The Garden Square is well maintained.

Great open space with chairs to hangout with lots of restaurants like The Works, fanzoolis, subway, epic pita, etc around it. The go bus station is walking distance from there. They also have this big size screen where they sometimes show movies, games, etc

At first people were skeptical about the cost/benefit of adding the big screen downtown Brampton at Garden Square. It has livened up the four corners and people regularly congregate for major sporting events, etc. which is great for local restaurants and business. The square also hosts several events and concerts throughout the year, which are generally well organized.

The magic concert was fine but the new years celebration was terrible. Tim Hortons hosted fireworks it was worst display ever. Very disappointed to ring in the new year.

Awesome social hub to have an outdoor lunch or watch the big screen. Perfect spot to have a seat and take a break after walking the farmers market on summer Saturday mornings. Movie nights on the big screen in the summer. Just amazing.

Nice gathering spot in Brampton for public events. Not as large as Mississauga Celebration Square but more cozy. Could use shade on hot sunny days. Some extra seating with umbrellas near Rose Theater.

Nice open area space that can host live events as well as a nice backdrop for photos. Large screen is good for sports events and movies when they show them. During special event days they have retail booths, and food vendors.

Love it here. It's clean generally safe. There is security. A great gathering place to watch movies sporting events, live music and performances occasionally. There is seating or you can bring your own. Went to the Starbucks grabbed a coffee and just sat and watched whatever was on the big screen enjoying being outside. Good place to bring the family also.

This lovely Square brings people together with a variety of attractions. Movies, live entertainment, farmers markets and more. It’s all free. Many food spots are close by to suit different tastes. The large screen is a central feature of the square. One can even take in a cooking lesson. Other stages are set up depending on the event. Parking is free on weekends and the evenings. Some seating is available and umbrellas but shades and sun hats are always a good idea. Events occur throughout the year so it’s worth keeping an eye out for what’s next.

Beautiful, accessible and convenient place to see the movies offered by the city every summer saturday and other events on other days as well as the games which the city shows every once in a while. parking is easily available underground and streetside, it is free underground over the weekend. It is informally known as the four corners as there were 4 banks in each corner but not only three banks are exist.

Was at this location to visit the weekly Farmers market. It was a nice experience, full of interesting people, very fresh and wide selection of fruits, vegetables and alot more! Good parking offered by the city nearby.
