Doing the Great American Loop you go through lots of marinas and very few are as nice as this one. You can tell that they really take pride in this Marina and that they truly care for the boaters as they provide everything to make the stay comfortable and memorable. The lists of pros is too long to write, but let’s mention a few. Let’s start with the price: so inexpensive for the class of marina and for all that they provide. Brand new floating docks with lots of cleats and plenty of posts for electric (they have 30 and 50 Amps) and water. Very friendly and efficient service: at the office, at the fuel dock, the deck hands, etc. The best WiFi of any marina. Great security, with gates to the docks that open with an electronic card. Clean everywhere: the grounds, the facilities, the docks, etc. Beautiful manicured grounds with an herb garden for boaters to help themselves. Propane grills for the boaters to use with several picnic tables on the grounds. Gorgeous building with all you need to fill at home: lounge with TV, a small restaurant with the best ice cream Kawartha, a small bar. Large laundry room with new machines and its complimentary (no marina gives you complimentary laundry) plus they supply you with soap and dryer sheets. The best showers of any marina: 10 individual rooms, each with toilet, sink, vanity and a large and wide shower. Very clean!!!!! The Marina has a good location as there is a 2 block walk into town, where you can find everything you need: grocery stores, liquor store, pharmacy, restaurants, Dollar store, etc. Also right in front of the marina there is the library.

We just stopped in briefly to pick up some family members to take them out for a boat ride. We didn't find a designated place for that, but we did pull up alongside a section where we waited for them. Some staff passed by and they were friendly enough to make us think what we were doing was okay. Later we required a has fill-up and the staff there were very friendly and helpful.

INCREDIBLY HELPFUL STAFF!!! We stopped into the Trent Port Marina on the weekend on the maiden voyage on our jet skis and the staff, namely Emma, were very helpful, kind and patient. We had a quick lunch at the canteen and then were off again. It was a great experience and we will be back for stops in the future for sure!

All you could ask for in a top notch marina. Excellent docks. Substantial cleats even for bigger boats. Tip notch staff and excellent wifi to boot! Didn't get a chance to check out all of the facilities, but by all accounts they are also top notch. We definitely will be back. Other waterfront communities could take a lesson from Trentport.

I had the joy of spending almost 5 weeks at this marina while working at the local base. Even during the restrictions the staff did a great job keeping to everyone's needs. the state of the facilities where next level as the showers and FREE laundry, yes I said that right. The docks where all very new and well kept with amazing Wi-Fi which was amazing for remote working and late night movie streaming. I truly cant say enough about this marina and have told many cruisers to use it for transit or even a change or dockage.

Beautiful facilities in a perfect stop right before the Murray Canal. Just watch the depth and if you have deep draft don't take a chance with the shortcut to the Murray Canal, it can get weedy in there. Save yourself some time and take the long way around.

Great Marina with great people! We were stranded there for six days due to transmission trouble on our sailboat. The employees were sooooo friendly and eager to help us! The facilities were exceptional with very clean showers, laundry area, etc. Special thanks to Andrew and the boys for helping us out so much! One constructive criticism, coffee available only on weekends was a little cheapish. Should be available every day as was in Kingston.

The marina is beautiful but beware you will be charged full price for reduced amenities. Other marinas are adjusting pricing to reflect lack of services but not these guys. The manager is also a bit confrontational and could maybe use a Customer Service refresher.

We have been to many marinas around Lake Ontario but nothing even comes close to Trent Port Marina. The facilities and staff are simply amazing especially Andrew who was the most accommodating and friendly. Their showers are incredible and they have a laundry room which they offer free of charge. New docks and great internet make this the best on the lake!

One of the best Marina's we ever started at. Beautiful, great service, clean place to stay. As for the fuel docks? They need work. Not enough fuel pumps. Should double their number. Pump capacity is too small leading to greatly extended fueling times. No where near enough staff to run fueling and pump out stations. Does Canada not have regular 87 no ethanol gas, only high $$ premium?

Over the past two weeks of boating, we have had the opportunity to visit this wonderful facility and are so impressed, we wish that we were closer so that we could make it our home port. Realizing that this is a new facility, this is not restrictions and many other communities dedicated to attracting boat traffic should use this facility as their blue print. We were so impressed that we took advantage of their 7 day discounted rates as we didn't want to leave it. The features of the facility are numerous and boasts one of the best marina managers (Craig) and a tremendous staff that understand the boating community. Well done Trenton. They are taking Covid-19 very seriously, which is nice to see ... however it’s somewhat extreme as the hours of the showers, for example, are so limited that they are closed before most boaters arrive in the evening and only open after most boaters have left in the morning.

The fuel-attendant supervisor named “Andrew” at the Trent Port Marina was extremely rude. We will be filing a complaint with the city given his lack of adherence to the city policy has cost us great loss of income. This is my favourite place to walk. The view is lovely and peaceful. The entire staff is very friendly. In 3 years of walking here I have never met an unfriendly person. They also answer all my grandchildren's questions. There is the added bonus of planes flying overhead as well as all the boats, which make for freeway photo opportunities.

Nice place but very little parking. Huge empty lot beside the marina facility empty useless property. Unless of course you want to play soccer football fly kites or just lie out in the sun as there is no trees there.my suggestion would be make a bigger parking lot for cars and RVs or maybe even a RV park where people can enjoy the area along with all the rich yacht owners.

From your friendly, efficient dock staff to the office workers, everyone has been wonderful. The facilities are the finest we've seen anywhere. We completed the Great Loop a few years ago and have traveled by boat extensively since then. This facility was expertly designed. A lot of people from out of town touring with there yachts specially a couple That I talked to just recent lovely couple from Florida a round trip from Florida threw the Trent Severn Waterways cost $6,000 which I thought was fairly cheap to view the senery and to enjoy the elements Johnny.G HAND.

A beautiful marina tucked on the mouth of the Bay of Quinte...Gateway to the Trent-Severn Waterway, the longest inland fresh-water boat system in the world I believe. Walking distance to a downtown core with all the essentials, including restaurants, drug store and other niche-stores. Well worth the stop as you navigate a beautiful part of the Province!

I had my wedding at the Trent Port Marina. They have a beautiful room with large bay windows all around looking out to the water and it was the perfect spot for my ceremony and reception. Rhonda was very helpful every step of the way to make sure the day went perfectly, and it was. Thank you to all the staff that helped out as well, it'll be a very happy memory for years to come. :)

We needed to get in and grab some safety equipment and asked the fuel attendant to stop refueling! This was at 4:10pm. The supervisor named “Andrew” was extremely rude and start questioning the reason for our intent to revised our vessel. He then denied refueling! His extremely rude attitude in addition to him undermining the possibility of supervisor action pertaining to his act of rudeness and denying service was beyond belief. We will be communicating direct with the city and / or take legal action for the loss of income Andrew’s actions has cost. Would appreciate any direct contact from the supervisor of the subject person for further correspondence.
