Jim hosted our group on a sunny day. The bikes are comfort bikes with gears to make it easy to ride around. There is a bottle of water and a small bag of snacks in the basket. We did bring a sandwich as there isn't a meal provided. A lot of the ride is on the Millennium Trail which is really nice. We made it to 5 wineries, the Lavender farm, the Alpaca farm with a 3 week old alpaca and Stange Brew! It was a really great way to spend a day. The wine was good too!

Joanne was a patient tour guide who cared about our safety. She warned us about the upcoming bumps in the road so that our wine bottles didn't jump out of our baskets!

We spent a lovely Friday in PEC with Henry as our guide. We were 6 girls there for a friend’s bachelorette. We opted for the sip and cycle tour that was from 1130-1730. Henry was so nice and friendly. He provided very knowledgeable facts about PEC and its history. The bike ride itself was very nice and scenic. The bikes provided were comfortable and easy to use (all of our bums were pretty sore near the end though). They provide you with little brown snack bags that consist of a granola bar, goldfish, ritz cheese crackers, and a water bottle. It’s a good active 18km. The ride was a nice break to have between wineries too! We had the chance to visit 4 great and wineries, along with a special stop at strange brew (highly recommend!!) and a quick stop to see the alpaca farm :) ???? We had to wear our masks while going into the wineries for the bathroom and/or walking through etc. All of our tastings took place outside. The whole tour was well organized and took the necessary precautions for COVID. Our time was wonderful and we can’t rave enough how amazing Henry was. Thank you for a great experience!

Just did this tour on the weekend and it was so much fun! The guides were knowledgeable and all around lovely. The groups are small and the bikes are really well looked after and maintained and the route itself was easy for someone who just bikes recreationally. Highly recommend this for your visit to PEC!

Would highly recommend The County Wine Tours if you are planning a trip to Prince Edward County anytime soon. Henry and Wayne guided 7 of us through the picturesque Prince Edward County wine country on our Girl’s Weekend Away this past Saturday. We rode to 4 lovely wineries, a small craft brewery and an Alpaca farm! The bike ride was easier than I anticipated, even for someone like me who has not been on a bike for many, many years. The bikes are easy to use and are very comfortable! A special thank you to you Wayne for hanging with me at the back of the pack while I got my biking abilities going again. Henry provided wonderful historical points of interests along the way and each stop we made we had lots of time for sampling and lots of giggles. Thank you again Henry and Wayne for a super fun day!

We had a wonderful time on our wine tour with The County Wine Tours. Our guide was very professional and knowledgeable about the various vineyards in Prince Edward County and gave us the backstory for each one we visited. We also visited an alpaca farm which was definitely a highlight of the tour. I highly recommend this wine tour to anyone staying in Prince Edward County!

Jim guided 4 of us on a tour through Prince Edward County wine country. This was an entertaining day's worth of fun. The bike ride is easy and provides great views of the country side. I wouldn't hesitate to book and experience this trip again or recommend this to all our family and friends.

Love County Wine Tours! Our group has come twice to the county and each time the tour is a can’t miss. Always so fun to learn about the local wineries, and the tour guides are so friendly and welcoming. Thank you Wayne for the amazing bike tour! We’ll see you again next time!

We went on the bicycle tour with Henry and had an amazing time! Henry took us to 4 wineries, plus a small backyard brewery for additional yums. We also got to see some alpacas! They'll provide some light snacks and a water bottle. Our snack bag had goldfish and cheesies. One of the wineries served amazing meat and vegan sausages that you can buy though (which we definitely took advantage of). This day was definitely the highlight of our trip :)

We were celebrating our anniversary with the amazing guide Joanne. She made the day such an awesome adventure and was very attentive. We really enjoyed chatting with her throughout, her knowledge of the area, and her going out of her way to ensure we were well taken care of. When a server at one winery screwed up our tasting flight, she not only took it seriously, but immediately made sure things were made right by adding a stop on the route (which ended up being one of our fav stops!). She even recommended a fantastic place for dinner, and it ended up being the perfect cherry on top to our day after our tour. We lucked out with great weather, and overall had the best day ever! We’ll definitely be back! Also - the biking was not as grueling as we were anticipating! We are not avid cyclists and made it through the day (and one large hill). It's mostly flat terrain and we could go at our pace. The bikes were super cute and very comfortable.

The Sip and Ride tour was fantastic. We ended up doing four wineries in total. Two were smaller and two were larger. Jim did a fantastic job of walking us through the region and the different grapes and growing techniques. We also stopped at a lavender farm and alpaca farm. I would recommend this to anyone looking to explore the wineries by bike.

We had an awesome time on County Wine tours today. Henry was an excellent tour guide, knowledgeable and fun. The tour group did an excellent job of modifying to meet Covid requirements without feeling like you were missing out on any of the fun. I would highly recommend this tour company to anyone visiting the county in the future.

I did a weekend trip to PEC to surprise my boyfriend for his birthday and we absolutely loved our experience with County Wine Tours! Henry was a great tour guide and each winery we visited (4 total, plus a lavender farm and an alpaca farm) has something different to offer. Highly recommend.
