ATM not accessable when closed! Correct me if I'm wrong but I could not open the door to use the machine in between both sets of doors when bank was closed. Need a machine for outdoor access.

Bad experience with 2 staff. Rude and arrogant. I closed all my accounts with them. I cannot believe they treat their client with bad attitude in this small town. Better customer service at CIBC and RBC.

Absolute worst customer service with an exceptionally rude and unhelpful manager. I am currently out of country so I had my father attend the appointment to facilitate a FaceTime call. After being told by another location manager that I could withdraw money from an investment account in this manner, this branch's manager blatantly refused to assist me and said I would not be able to access my money unless I come back to Canada to collect it. Many irrelevant excuses were used and "policies" were referenced, none of which they would physically show me. I absolutely do not recommend using TD if you decide to leave Canada, and I Absolutely do not recommend using this branch until they replace the current manager.

This used to be my bank, I switched to Scotia 7 years ago but still have a credit card with TD. My new card got lost in the mail so customer service sent a new one to this branch for me. They were supposed to call and never did. After 2 weeks of waiting and trying to call I just went down and my card was there they said they didn't have a phone number... but it was a hassle to get it because I don't have any other account there. There was 1 teller open and no one at the help desk at 2pm. I didn't find the Teller to be very friendly either.

I went to this downtown Belleville branch this afternoon to pick up the business cheques that my manager ordered a week ago. The bank did not give the cheques to me due to its policy. However, the way the two bankers talked to me was SO RUDE. I would like the regional manager to take the action on these two persons attitude. One of them is Tracy and the other is Lisa Marie who claimed herself as the Manager Customer Service. But the way Lisa handled the issue was not professional at all. Tracy yelled at me in front of other clients. At the end, I decided to close all my accounts because I was not happy with these two people and I just hoped that they would feel sorry and apologize to me. Believe it or not, I did not hear a "SORRY" word from their mouths. So I closed all my accounts eventually. In fact, I feel more like royal client with CIBC and RBC. I just hope someone who is in the higher position than these two to train them how to talk to the clients in a more polite and appropriate way. Just because I speak with an accent does not mean that I think with an accent.
