As you can see it reaches an feddbacks average is very high, and it is based on a high number of feddbacks, so we may conclude that the valuation is quite accurate. If many people have bothered to rate when they've done well with the service, it works.
As you know, we don't usually stop to set opinions when they are good and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or issue...
This Tourist Attraction is included in the category of Medical clinic.
I absolutely love this clinic. The staff make me feel part of their family. They have gone above and beyond any of my expectations. I feel comfortable asking questions and do not feel judged. They have made me feel like a more confident parent and I actually really feel they care about the well-being of my family. Elaine Kruithof
It takes a while to get an initial appointment but my doctor has been on schedule for my appointments so far. She's friendly, professional, and efficient without making you feel rushed out the door. I also love the family health team model, knowing that we can obtain the services of other healthcare professionals at the same site, should I take the need them.
If 0 stars was an option that's what I would be giving them, and even that is generous. I have called numerous times in the past weeks and haven't been able to get ahold of anyone, I tried the same thing months ago and again couldn't get ahold of anyone. I called the health team they told me to call my doctor the next day, so I did, and again I was on hold for over a half hour and never got through. I've called at 2:00 today (Friday) and they were closed. I've called at 1:00 yesterday (Thursday) and I was on hold till 2:00 and had to give up to go to work. They don't have their hours posted anywhere from what I can tell so it's basically guest work. I've called at lunch time and guess what? You can't get through then either.
The doctors and staff are great! They are great at accommodating if something urgent comes up, which has happened several times with my son and myself. Anytime my doctor has been away for any reason, they have always had another doctor available for me to see. They do frequently have resident doctors working with them, who may be sent to meet with you on their own. These are doctors who are still learning, but this is the best way for them to learn! If you are opposed to seeing a resident due to sensitive nature of the appointment, they do accommodate this. There phone system sucks as it can take a long time to get through to someone. However, if you ever observe what is happening when you are in the waiting room, you will notice that there is one person working to answer the phone for 5 doctors, as well as greet patients arriving for appointments for the same 5 doctors, plus any administrative work also required in their position. So, if that person doesn't go out of there way to have a long winded conversation with you, don't take it as rudeness, they are busy! Remember, at the end of the day, everyone who works here, including the doctors, are only human. And if you give a bit of patience and respect to them while they do their job, I assure you, you get more than that in return. They are a great team!!!
Edit: I wanted to add the following. Although I still great care I lost getting to see a mental health worker. The one that was working with me ended up leaving and I only found out a week before my next scheduled appointment. Now months later they have a replacement but have been told they are no longer doing one on one therapy but group therapy. That rough for someone with social anxiety issues however the kicker? The group therapy is being done from 1 to 3 on a Tuesday meaning anyone with a full time job is out of luck unless they find a private therapist. Previous: Although it may be hard to get through on the phones, the quality and care my daughter and I have received from Dr. Bonacci and the Allied Health Team is Amazing. Friendly, caring, and knowledgeable staff!!! If it wasn't for this team of amazing doctors I would still be on a cocktail of anti-depressants and agoraphobic. When I went to them I was over 250lbs, could barely sleep, was terrified to leave the house, and written off on permanent disability from Sun Life Assurance. Today I weigh 158lbs, only take one perscription, and am back at work. What doctors failed to do from 2010 through to 2015, the doctors here did from August 2015 - November 2015.
Terrible uneducated doctors.
Dr Bonacci is clearly the fastest typist in the world. Accused him of faking it. Was wrong. But seriously, if anyone actually has a complaint about him then I'd guess they probably have a complaint about everyone. By the way, it's a teaching facility so don't be surprised if you see interns
Excellent comprehensive health care. I have had world class care for complex ongoing health issues. Dr. Jessica Ladouceur is our family doctor and the level of care she has provided is par excellence. Her replacements during maternity leave have also been extremely competent. Getting through on the phone line is frustratingly difficult and without an option to leave a message. After hours clinic is provided and doctors rotate through its schedule. Dietician, social worker, etc. also work as part of their team. End of life care for my father was holistic, compassionate and highly professional. I have great admiration and sense of gratitude for the level of care this Team has provided for myself and my family.
Dr morin is an excellent and compassionate physician. She goes way above and beyond to help my daughter and I, such as googling to show me tools I could use to help my daughter sleep when she was an infant. Her staff Bonnie and Jamie are also very kind and wonderful. I feel so lucky to have my daughter and I taken in as patients in her office.
Actually in honesty I have never been a patient at this location unfortunately I would be rating this very low on account of one physician I had her in the past at another location in my opinion she is an utterly failure. I hold her responsible for alot of trauma I suffer today unfortunately with colvid-19 pandemic currently my depressive conditions have only gotten worse thankfully I have a real doctor with a positive attitude that I get along with and togetherness we work very well. I apologize because this is not directed at your location as a whole just one physician here I copied and pasted the review I gave to Belleville and Quinte West Community health Center. 2 hours ago I would hate to be taken wrongly I am giving the health centre a very low rating. Though some services were grate I do remember meeting and dealing with many pleasant workers as a patient of Dr. Jennifer Whelan when she was present at this location. I had the utterly worst experience with a physician and I have been put through therapy through trauma and abuse therapy center in Kingston Ontario and seen another therapist afterwards from a second agency and now perhaps a third yet to come because the impact of loosing my son only child and separation many years ago now. I had disowned an innocent child and refuse to take part in the childs life because of this impact. This Dr. Caused nothing but stress onto me unessesarily through my entire pregnancy and actually may very well be why I look at this so neggitively today and why this child will be impacted mentally in his future. The utterly worst experience I have ever had I wouldn't recommend or give this physician any credit. I would not recommend this place to anyone unfortunately in my experience this location caused more complications in my life and could potentially hinder ones well being rather then support. Thankfully I am no longer located in Belleville it's a terrible place to live and do not be to disappointed or feel singled out your not the only agency I speak lowly of in Belleville Ontario. I have a wonderful patient understanding physician Dr. Daniel Glatt that is very understanding very clear and respectful and very helpful and I am happy in Napanee Ontario and I was also happy living in Trenton Ontario . Perhaps Belleville just wasent the place I guess. This is unfortunate. I wish you well I am not unreasonable happy new year of 2021 all best of luck and be safe perhaps things have improved since this time period I have been gone for a while. Please take care. Thank you , Emily Lancaster
I have had a wonderful experience with both the Office staff and Dr. Robin Morin. They are friendly, kind and accommodating. I have been without a family doctor for many years and was treated with dignity and respect when discussing my health issues. I feel Dr. Morin is the most empathetic doctor I have ever encountered. 5 well deserved stars!
Nurse named Ann very rude. Called to get an appt for my son after a high fever all weekend.fever broke broke out in wild red rash looked like scarlet fever. Oh call us back if he becomes more symptomatic. Took him to the good doctors via video conference. Pharmacist did strep test. POSITIVE! Rash was not caused from the fever like they advised me without even seeing it. The rash was caused from the strep throat. I am delisting my family from Dr. Whelan and their incompetent staff. Very unprofessional and rude and then when I notified them that he received care elsewhere. Receptionist and Nurse Ann were very rude and unprofessional yelled at me over the phone. I'd rather sit and wait in a walk in or a hospital. Misdiagnosed my daughter 2x within the last year. Do not recommend at all. If I could give them a 0 I would.
Wait time is horrible and you have to hold for 20 mins before someone picks up the phone but the Dr is great
Dr. Jessica Ladouceur and her team are a bunch of incompetent people, that can't take ownership of their mistakes. I was frustrated enough to tell them they should be hiring more staff if they can't seem to answer their phones, which was after I was told I was being charged with a no show fee... I had tried for three days before our appointment to reschedule our appointment, yet trying to call their office is a nightmare all on it's own. I was then confronted after the fact by the Dr her self, and without even asking me what happened, I was told to stop being so rude, and to basically just take the unorganization and lack of communication between their staff. This same time I was in the office for our appointment, the Dr kept referring to me as Josh... I... AM... NOT... JOSH! and I told her this THREE TIMES! She even told asked me about my conditions which I won't mention on here, because, you guessed it... IT WAS JOSH SHE WAS REFERRING TOO... This girl just can't get anything right... which is why I don't feel she should have a license. Lots more to this but I'd rather use my time for the formal complaint... I felt so upset, that I withdrew my patient info from their roster on the spot. I would rather not have a family Dr, than deal with someone that thinks they are never wrong, and will make you feel like you're being rude when all you're doing is showing them their faults. I had a family Dr all my life, when he retired he gave us a choice as to who we should continue on with... I picked Dr Craig Bolton, with the promise that he'd be in our families lives as long as Dr. Goodall was (25+ years) but after 5 years with Dr. Bolton, we got a letter in the mail saying my new Dr. (without warning) was this Dr. Jessica Ladouceur... As if I didn't have a choice, or as if we didn't have the conversation with Bolton about how this wouldn't happen... cause at the beginning, that was my concern... I wanted to pick a Dr that was there for us, for our lives... anyway... Dr Jessica Ladouceur and her team are not suited for their position, and I am about to end here, then write my formal complaint to the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons.
Not the team for anything needing ongoing management. You'll never see the same doctor twice. It's nearly impossible to get them on the phone and "crossed wires" have brought me in for basically the wrong type of appointment twice since the spring. With each visit I'm less heard, the key issues have been disregarded and my life is demonstrably worse for pursuing help. I have an abnormal pap, but there's no plan to go back. You're better off going to a walk-in.
