Super clean, new, friendly staff! Will return. Starbuck right in front.

We spent four days and in general had a wonderful stay. Rooms were clean and personnel was courteous. The only downfall was the excessive use of styrofoam as container for breakfast. Both of my kids, 12 and 9, were extremely disappointed. Would suggest to use cardboard instead.♻️????????

The recently renovated facilities were well done. Lack of respect by guests as a group was clearly evident through out the stay and into the evening. Firecrackers, yelling and screaming up and down the hallways …

Due to Covid protocols I was not sure what to expect. Hotel was clean and room was sanitized and sealed prior to my arrival. Staff were courteous and available to assist if needed.

Every year I take a trip this is my second trip and first time in Holiday Inn, I found the hotel to have great standards ie; the hotels well furnished from the lobby to the rooms and even the bathrooms toiletry. Reasonable per night rates for a high standard hotel with recreational amenities. Most of all professional staff.

The staff are wonderful, especially Lorrie. She recommended some local spots to check out, which were beautiful! She also arranged for a bottle of wine, a cheese tray, and flowers because it's our Honeymoon. The breakfast was fast and efficient, lots of variety, but a bit basic. The hot tub jets didn't seem to turn on properly, and our bathroom door didn't close properly, but they did fix it within 30 minutes. Unfortunately the requests from Expedia didn't go to the hotel, but that was more of a let down with Expedia, not the hotel.

Close to my meeting and dining location. Pool was open late for a swim after the days work. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was done well despite pandemic restrictions.

I didn’t stay here but friends of mine did after they eloped. The team at the Holiday Inn Belleville were absolutely fantastic in helping me create a special experience for my newly-wed friends!! They went out of their way - above and beyond - to make swans out of towels, to print off a lovely card on my behalf and to set the room up with stemware and rose petals. I expected none of this but my god did they impress me. A huge shout out to the team for making this happen! L and J had such a special stay and it’s thanks to you!!

The Holiday Inn Express located in Belleville was an excellent hotel. We were greeted by friendly safe with the proper safety protocols put in place everywhere. The rooms were very clean and stocked with an abundance of towels. The breakfast was great with a lot of options. Overall, this hotel was amazing!

The clerk did not ask about my medical exemption, he simply told me to wear a mask. This is illegal.

Our 50th wedding anniversary was celebrated in the Belleville area with our children. The stay at the hotel was highlighted with congratulations from many of the staff who seemed to be aware of the celebrations before we were.

As always, the Holiday Inn in Belleville provides very clean and comfortable rooms. I love the beds and pillows. Even though they can no longer provide a breakfast buffet, I was very impressed with the hot breakfast that was provided in its place. I was there by myself and felt very safe.

This hotel is perfectly situated. Close to train and bus station. Easy to find if you are driving. The staff was very friendly and professional. The pool and hot tub were clean. Rooms were clean and comfy. There is a lot to do in the surrounding area.

As a personal policy I do not recommend any product or service to anyone.
