The Fairfield inn was probably the best hotel I’ve stayed in in the Belleville area. Our room was massive, staff was friendly and helpful upon check in and the complimentary breakfast was way more then I expected. I hope our next stay we can utilize all of the amenities as we weren’t able to, due to our busy schedule.

BEWARE - reviews do not reflect this hotel accurately. I wish I could rate our stay 0 stars. We paid extra to stay in a king suite and it was just a huge disappointment. Very awkward room layout. Dirty, dim, and super dingy overall. Bathroom was NOT clean; bathtub did not drain and was covered in soap residue. Bedsheets were stained. I did not even want to hang my clothes in the closet because the room felt so unclean. The two other groups we came with also had a similar experience. I would never stay here again, not even in a pinch. It was no wonder why front desk did not even bother to ask us about our stay upon check out. Absolutely gross.

Don’t ever stay here. There are bugs, it’s loud, it’s bright, you can’t get your garbage cleaned up by staff to save your life, and the wifi doesn’t work at all. Complete waste of money. Neighbourhood/strip the hotel is in is also disgusting

Definitely do not recommend staying here especially at the price that it has been listed for as of late. The rooms are very out of date and unclean. Found a pill on the floor underneath a chair which could have been very dangerous if I were travelling with a child. There is no order at night time. When I was searching for the ice machine the first floor hallway reeked of smoke and there were multiple doors left bolted open with parties going on inside rooms for hours. The only upside is that while checking in the staff were very pleasant. Other than that I see no reason to ever want to stay here or recommend for anyone else to stay here.
