Clean and very nice experience. One thing to note * Be careful with kids and dogs. The current is strong and i had to pull one girl out that was swimming too close to the ledge.

Beautiful river. Small falls. Nice wading type swimming hole. Shallow enough for smaller children. Great place for a quick visit or an all day stop.

Pretty cool place to swim - water is really nice and entrance is easy. Parking meters away from water. Parking is free - visit on hot day - lots of shade.

Great before the hordes of visitors used the grounds as a toilet bowl and disregarded covid restrictions. Now its surrounded by 20ft high fences and sealed off.

We only stopped for a few minutes in between rains but found the views charming and intend to return when the weather is better. The parking lot is nice and the path to the water is easy. We noticed mussel shells on the beach so water shoes would be good, to help prevent cuts on feet.

This was a totally unique and refreshing place to visit and cool off, especially if visiting Ferris Provincial Park in the summer! We played in shallow waterfalls! Water shoes were a great idea!

It is a lovely place for small children and dogs to learn to appreciate the water. But I am very sorry that as of today the park is CLOSED FOR THE SEASON due to vandalism. Thank you people who light fires, don't pick up after your dogs and leave litter dispite all the garbage containers.

Great place to visit and have a swim or take bath amidst nature from mid July to mid September. 2 portapotties. No other chnage room or washrooms or commercial establishments within 10 kms.

A secluded picnic area albeit it one with a good car park, toilets and picnic tables. The water is lots of fun for families here - shallower areas, swimming sections and even some rapids for taking your inflatables down.

Such a peaceful and beautiful place. Water was surprisingly warm. You can swim in it. You can see fish in the water. Please note, no BBq, no fire, no camping allowed here.

We loved travelling here to swim with our family, it was beautiful. But we couldn't get over the group beside us drinking and smoking cigarettes the whole 3 hours we were there. It was really unsettling, plus hard to keep my 1 year old away from the fumes.

Nice place to take pictures but the hundreds of ppl who come and don't pick up after their dog or themselves(garbage, wrappers, beer cans etc) scattered everywhere,and floating in the water makes this place look dumpy and not beautiful like nature intended.

I absolutely love this place. I use to come there when I was a kid with my family. That was when you went to the river by a little snack bar. Then I found it again this summer, and now I bring my grandkids. They love this place as much as I did. . We come at least once a week. But next year we will start in June lol. Today it was 45 degrees with humidity. Me and my girlfriend were camping near by and dying of heat. This park was kinda busy but the water cooled us off significantly. I would recommend coming here to cool off, but I'm not to sure how fun it would be to spending the entire day considering how many people come through. The waterfalls are really fun.

Hidden gem, great place for a swim or just to sit in the falls and chill. Nice walking trails on gravel paths. Bring your own golf clubs and golf balls for a game of mini putt in the woods. No change facilities so come with your bathing suit already on.

This place is beautiful, and the perfect place to swim in the mid-summer heat. Many safe shallow spots for kids, but obviously adult supervision required. Lots of shade along the shores too.
