Room was mostly clean, bed, pull out bed and couch were comfy. The fridge wasn't cleaned and there was still leftovers in there from the last guests, the front desk was helpful but very slow.

This is the definition of a hidden gem. We really loved this place, everything from the warm reception from the girl at the reception desk to the way she answered our questions before deciding on which hotel we would spend the night. The rooms are really cool and have everything that you really need to work and relax. I often travel between Montreal and Toronto and this will definitely be my default hotel. Highly recommended place.

I called this hotel to inquire about booking a block for my wedding guests. I have sent in a request as well as called and left a message I still haven't heard back. Disappointed at the lack of communication.

Modern, clean, spacious rooms, Ample parking. Breakfast is sufficient. We were disappointed in that they didn't have enough towels for the 4 ppl booked in our room. We had to call for the towels and the hair dryer.

Excellent location and new hotel. Loses a star as we had some ants in our room. Other than that I highly recommend staying here when visiting the Belleville/prince edward County area

Hae to change rooms 3 times due to issues. Key cards would not last more than 12 hours and needed replaced ever night. Facility was clean but repairs done from previous damage was amateur at best.
