Took my little Bichon Frise there yesterday for the first time and was very disappointed! It's a dirt/mud hole with no grass or paved areas. Sorry excuse for a dog park, you'd think White Rock could do a lot better!

Nice little park with long walking/bike path along the water. Small area for canoes/kayak water entry as well. Dogs allowed. Easily accessible from many areas. Plenty of benches to rest along the way if needed and a few sculptures, fountains and art pieces to enjoy as well.

Awsome little park that has many different things to do for all ages. Kids playground, baseball fields, running/race track, ice skating rink, nature trails - ( southern trails head down White Rock beach ), as well as tennis courts and nice relaxing places to sit and chill. Overall a clean and excellent park that all locals know and love.

The review is mostly about kids park, the actual jungle gym is excellent the kids like it. The ground keeping is alright it’s good, the landscaping is designed horribly not sure what they were thinking, that is why I gave 3 stars. They made spots were water pools, were paths should of been made and put grass instead so kids run on and make muddy.

Nice park by the river to take morning or an afternoon walk. You can also ride your bike nicely on this attach if the river. This park holds several festivities also during the summer including Canada day celebration and fireworks, Rib fest and the festival of lights during the winter. Onboarding the river cruise ship also happens in this park.

Beautiful addition to the area and in a location that visitors will see frequently as it's so close to the leisure center. Hopefully at some point the city paves the gravel pathway through the park and in front to the Curling Center.

This park is absolutely beautiful! I love walking here, it's peaceful and the gardens are well cared for. During the day I feel safe walking and sitting alone, I've not been in the evening so I can't really comment on the safety factor. There are plenty of places to sit or have a picnic, and the enjoyment doubles when there are festivals or events taking place. I highly recommend this wonderful park.

We came here for the Cameron Tournament and have to give the facilities top marks. The fields were showing a bit of wear most likely from the hot weather but in all they were pretty good and well laid out. There was also a ribfest that I would have loved to visit but time did not permit. The park was able to handle the events well and we did not struggle with finding parking or getting around. It is also on the water so a cool breeze is always close by. Inside the park there are also lots if shady areas .

I love all the back trails, specifically the Lynx, Carcajou, and Porc-epic trails. For years I never knew that they existed and only thought that the trial that wraps around the pond was the only walking trail they had (it's still pretty nonetheless). I really enjoy walking here, very beautiful scenery, also very calming. The trails are very well maintained.

Centennial park is very functional. In this summer I brought bunch of friends here, all the kids of friends love here, they all enjoy the splash area. In fall when this is good weather worth to drive here for a whole day. My two dogs love here too.

It's Dec 24th, 2021 and there is no snow, but a great display of lights to bring the community together. When there is snow (yeah there hasn't been much as in the Peg) families are enjoying sledding on the hills at this park. Awesome to hear the excitement in children's laughs going down the hill. The walkway along this Park ie. Front Street is very peaceful and a great stroll to take any time during the day. Great place to fish (we do catch and release) at this time of year as well.

This place is so great. There's a great walking trail around the pond, which makes me excited to come here in the fall. There's a big park for kids to play in and there's a section where you can have a picnic. The park is pretty clean and their bathrooms are also well kept. Always seeing staff around taking care of this park. Great place to come all year long. Bonus, they have treego which I would recommend anyone to try once!

I've spend some time on a nice Sunday in April and had barbecue there with friends and kids. All was good. Barbecue area is covered by trees, and that is awesome. However it is inclined, so not suitable for everyone. Tables are in good condition and I will definitely return.

My son used to love the water park section. It's free so I take him as often as I could. I remember when it was the mushroom, with ankle deep pool. I used to think that was awesome, so the new one is amazing compared to what I grew up with. I won't lie how disappointed I am 2 summers in a row no Centennial beach?? Come on guys, kids really like that. Not a lot of outdoor swimming attraction. Some people can't afford Magic Mountain ever week. 2020, I'm so hoping it's open..

This park has it all you can play soccer, football or skate board. There are weekly events happening throughout the summer. Great trail to walk or bike. The view of the water us excellent . you can picnic with your family. There is an awesome water park.

We stopped by here as an after thought on a trip to Magic Mountain and I was blown away by great this park was. There are a number of picnic tables in and out of the shade. Numerous tennis courts in great condition. One of the best spray parks I have seen as well as playgrounds. There are about 3-4 playground areas close together with something for a variety of ages - toddler to middle school kids. My 4 and 6 year kids had a blast! We were there on a Sunday afternoon and there was a live band playing classic songs. There is also a OneTree facility on the grounds for older kids. Not to mention the man made beach, which we didn't see as it is closed. We spent 4 hours here and could have easily spent the day. A must see if you have kids. We will definitely be back. I just wish our city had a recreational area like this. Bonus - the parking is free.

ONE OF THE BEST PARKS IN SARNIA!!! The waterfront walk is phenomenally breath taking and great exercise for all fitness levels. My favourite way to do this walk is by parking my car at Rainbow Park and then walking down the boardwalk, then the paved waterfront towards the Great Lakes fountains and marina. About a 2.5 hour walk round trip.

This was my first visit to Sarnia and what a fantastic place! Went for a walk and ended up in Centennial Park. What a beautiful and peaceful park to go to! The water is clear and the flowers are so colorful! I was mesmerised by the boats and wind sailing that was happening on the water. A must place to visit if it's your first time here. Stay safe out there people. Pandemic or not, keep washing those hands! It's just plain good hygiene.

Moncton will eventually get the proper funding to make the best of that land but for now it's great and always has been! Best place, ever, to take our dogs to a free run dog enclosure. Both dogs, Jack and Shyla love their time spent there. Always a new adventure since we never know who's going to show up and with what type of dog. Our dogs are super friendly and Jack thinks he's 3x his size. Little guy is not afraid of anyone or anything, yet. They are both Shih Tzu crosses. Its comforting to know that if any dog is acting too aggressive, we can simply walk down the short distance to the smaller dog enclosure. Their water facets are convenient and it's nice that they also supply dog bags for those people that might have forgotten theirs. Be warned though, there are spots that get extremely muddy when we've had a bit of rain.

Great park that is in the heart of the city. Tons of walking, running, biking trails. If you are new to visiting this park, know that you cannot get lost in here. It's surrounded by city streets. There's a splash pad, a large playground,.There's a paved trail that circles a man made lake. It's unfortunate that you can no longer access the lake due to the city never replacing the bridge that used to give access to it. There are plenty of washrooms on site and there's a canteen open in the spring/summer and I believe weekends in the fall. They have charcoal BBQ pits where you can drive your car to and BBQ and picnic. (need all your own supplies including charcoal briquettes). In the wintertime half the park is dedicated to cross country skiing. They rent skis and snowshoes. The other half of the park is plowed and maintained in the winter. There's also a couple of skating areas (one for hockey and one for general skating). Decades ago, you used to be able to skate around the island which I wish the city would consider doing again. It was so much fun skating around the island. While the park is safe, there are sometimes some undesirable people who sometimes hang around. During the day this shouldn't be an issue as there are lots of people and city employees going about their jobs maintaining the park. After dark you should exercise the same caution you would walking down a quiet city street by yourself. I've been going to this park for over 40 years and it's a true gem to the City of Moncton.

Centennial Park is a quiet and beautiful park, that is enjoyed by so many people everyday. You can take a nice long walk on the paved path that follows our great lake Ontario. You can enjoy all the wildlife such as geese, ducks, rabbit, groundhogs and of course in the spring, all the adorable baby animals that follow in tow. You get to meet new people living in our small city as you cross paths and stop to chat as you pets each others dogs because Centennial park is an incredible place to walk your dog with all the sites, sounds and of course smells for your furry friend to enjoy. During the week nights the park is filled with childen playing their soccer games and their families on the sidelines cheering. The baseball diamonds are also filled children in uniform and their coaches. The moms and dads sit on the edge of the bleechers as its the top of the seventh and the cheers couldn't be louder. If your looking for a great place to spend you day, come enjoy Centennial park with all it has to offer. The best part is that its FREE and nothing this pleasant is ever free.

It was a lot of fun to celebrate Canada Day 2019, and though the food options were few and far apart, it was still a great celebration. The annual fireworks display is masterfully created, and I highly recommend coming on special days and regular days. The park itself is well-maintained and clean, and it's a beautiful place to relax.

Was in the kids park with the great grand kids and it's a fantastic spot for them. All kinds of equipment including the usual, slides, climbing apparatus and the unusual for a park, zip line and a huge xylophone! There's also Tennis courts /pickle ball and a battng cage. There's also a nice community garden to walk through.

Nice to see they are repairing, but it's sad to see the city wasted money on poor landscaping design... Trees and bushes that were planted on a steep slope around the lake, are tilted or uprooted due to landslides. Not to mention sprinklers going while the city is on a water conservation notice. Love this place. A nice bit of forest trails right in the middle of the city. Beautiful old white pines are abundant. Plenty to do with barbeques for cooking, a splash park and playgrounds, walking trails, and ducks to feed at the pond. In the winter the trails are groomed for cross country skiing.

I come often, day or night... i love this park, and I miss the Bayfests it used to host. In the winter there's celebration of lights, and in the summer there's boats.. all year round there's fishing (many ice fish here too as well!) As a photographer Ive done many sessions here, one of the best bike or longboard paths, beautiful flowers/foliage all year round. Even has a natural habitat trail behind the marina.. The only negative thing I can say is sometimes there is homeless or drug addicts in the vicinity because of the location... there is a free needle exchange right next door. If you don't stray off the path much you won't run into them as much.

Beautiful park! I visited the park and the YMCA kids camp there. The park is amazing! So much to do. They have a newly minted playground whichnisnvery kid-friendly and surrounded by open forest providing lots of shade and cover from rain-should you attend the park during a wet day. There are also a soccer field, an asphalt track, a softball field and a couple of buildings in which to temporarily warm-up or cool down. The park is clean and well thought out. Lastly, there are three or four trails which converge at the entrance and mid park. On trail heads down to the beach and is a bit steep and gravelly , leading to a couple of sets of stairs.

Nice new playground facilities. Lots of variety for play structures. It's by a busy road, you have to pay for parking and it's been fairly busy every time I go so that explains the 4 stars instead of 5

Signs of spring everywhere. Buds on the trees, ducks, chipmunks, and mud! Trail is lovely, but muddy, so dress accordingly.
