Our room was sufficient for a comfortable sleep and shower. The buffet breakfast was good with pleasant morning staff responsive to dietary restriction requests. I just wished the Other clients were More respectful of the COVID control rules during the breakfast buffet period. It would require that a BW employee survey the breakfast zone occasionally to ensure adherence to the establishment's Breakfast Rules of engagement.

Quiet, friendly, nothing special, but it's for business, so I am happy with it. My go to place whenever I am in the area.

Pro: Compare with some of the other Best Western hotels, this one has been partially renovated. The room is clean and fresh. The rate includes breakfast. Btw, the hotel near a park. Con: NO USB CHARGING PORTS AT ALL, and you must have an adapter for your devices. Some furniture and accessories were broken, and they are needed to be replaced (like the lampshade.) Many parts of the hotel need to be renovated, especially the hallway. Overall, it is the right choice for one night stay, especially as a stop point for long-distance travel.

Very afforable, good quiet getaway from the GTA. Hotel comes with a pool + very simple breakfast. Lots of parking & restaurants/dollar tree/bed and bath across the street. 2 gas stations right outside. Wal-mart near by. Lions park, is a nice scenic park a 6 minute drive away + quinte bowling alley is near by. Rooms were clean, although the mini fridge was empty ( thought it would come with some complimentary drinks or soft drinks lol ) Masks were mandatory in common areas, and you had to book a time to collect your breakfast.

Excellent value for price. Staff are always friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean and spacious. Well designed and comfortable. Pool is enjoyable. Additional vegan options on the breakfast bar would be appreciated!

Clean room and eating area, covid vaccination checks, friendly staff. Appreciate the dog-friendly policy. Pillows were lumpy. Not spectacular but a solid place for a night's stay at a reasonable rate.

First time travelling with my rescue dog. This hotel was pet-friendly. No problems booking with my dog (there is a $30 pet fee). When I arrived they let me know there is a "courtyard" I could let my dog off leash. It is a fenced area near the pool. One downside is the fence has a fairly large gap between it and the ground, so if you have a smaller dog or one keen to escape, they can get out from under the fence. Alternately, just half a block away is a park with trails, which is a great place to take a dog for longer, leashed walks. Due to the pandemic there is, understandably, no buffer breakfast. Staff were fantastic about putting together a take-away breakfast based on a form filled out the night before. The room was very clean and had all the amenities expected, including a decaf coffee option. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel, especially if you are traveling with a dog.

Great place to just get away to... Pool is always a must when we go.. And my "mother in law" loves taking her baths so every time we go she has to make time to soak in a bath (only javing a shower when you LOVE baths is harder than it sounds lol) always so helpful and informative if ever need to ask something.. Very polite staff... Cozy rooms and great breakfasts

no room service even if you hang the sign to do. Staff are not friendly shouting impolitely in my face to answer a question. Too pricey rooms (--- $/night for first floor room with people smoking outside next to the A/C and you smell the smoke indoor

Hotel overall was very clean and well managed. Room was spacious, clean and quiet. Beds were comfy. Pool was spacious but the hot tub is super small. It says maximum of three people but that's pretty generous if it's three people you don't know. Morning breakfast was filling. Overall a great stay. Located super close to the mall, restaurants and the hockey arena. Spent a single night here. Hotel overall was very clean and well managed. Room was spacious, clean and quiet. Beds were comfy. Pool was spacious but the hot tub is super small. It says maximum of three people but that's pretty gener
