I'm leaving a 5 star review for Putt Mini Golf and their staff for holding down the fort and doing what they had to do to "save" my daughters birthday party when the staff over at In Play let them/us down - good job!!! I see another reviewer below had the same issue with the pizza being late/cold - however, I greatly appreciated that they offered up extra tokens for the kids to keep them occupied in the meantime without being asked, and were very apologetic. When it came time for loot bags, which it seemed that In Play also forgot, they whipped up some of their own in a hurry to substitute that were more than sufficient. Great work under pressure! Good job staff! The In Play crew however, obviously have some work to do... I've heard enough negative feedback about the place that I've never even taken my kids in, a decision I'll likely stand by after this. Had the staff at Putt not been so great and accommodating in this situation, we could have easily ended up with a pretty crappy birthday experience on our hands.

Great course! Super cheap and you have a blast golfing and trying to beat your friends. We went there near Hallowe’en and there were some great decorations. Would recommend this to anybody looking for a great night out. (Food is also right around the corner!)

Had a great time! Went over on Easter Monday with my wife just for fun and it was great. Everything looks new and well maintained inside. The holes are very fun to play. There are hidden passages that you have to look for, but are hard to find because its "glow in the dark" inside. We had a great time!

Had a bunch of fun here, the staff were very polite, and the attraction was very well kept. The cost is very much worth the entertainment value provided. Would recommend this place to anybody looking for something to do on a rainy day and the fact that they’re open late is great too. They offer a second round of play for only 4$ if you need to break that tie on a date. There is also an arcade and party rooms though we did not utilize either they appeared to be well kept and clean.

Very cute short date idea! I’ve been here a few times and loved it. The golf course is very fun and colourful. It wasn’t too busy so I didn’t have to wait for anyone to finish their hole. On top of the golf, the arcade space is very cool! I love that I can hang up my coat at the front too. Would recommend!

CAUTION!!! When booking ahead and leaving a deposit! I called last night about an hour before close to order 2 pizzas for a group then had to cancel this morning at 8am (only 12 hours later) as 2 staff members took ill. They won't re-imburse my deposit saying its company policy!! This is not very good business practice, especially to another local business owner and I would caution anyone against booking a party here!

Was disappointed as the golf was extremely busy so you have to wait on each hole and then feel rushed as people immediately behind you waiting. The arcade needs a lot of work, lots of out of order games, prize tickets not loaded in games. There was only one person taking care of the place so nobody ensuring people are social distancing and many people were too close .

Great place to kill 30-45 minutes depending if you are keeping score and playing by the rules. Prices are a little on the high side to my liking. Gender neutral bathroom is available here.

We went as a last minute date, its was very fun. There was a larger group ahead of us so we did get to enjoy our time and play each hole a couple times while waiting for the next hole to open up. Getting in was straightforward. Walk in take off your coat and place in available coathangers if you choose to do so. Pay, pick your colours and have fun. Worth it.

Fraudulent use of my credit card from here... After having my daughters birthday party here I paid the price I was told when i had arranged the party ($288.14) On my credit card bill I noticed that they added an additional $50 a couple weeks later without notifying me and without authorization. After sending an email to the business confronting them Sarah Brown defended her actions and advised that she added the charge because she noticed one of her employees had made an error when quoting and charging the party. Sarah Brown decided to stand behind her unlawful and unauthorized use of credit card data. Now I will be submitting a fraud complaint to the credit company to get my money back. What kind of shady business practices are these... I would never trust this place with my credit card again and I will never be back as they have definitely lost my business.

Bathroom looks like it has never been cleaned. The course wallpaper is ripped and has not been replaced for over a year. The only reason that I give it a 3 is due to to the employees, they did a great job.

If you wear a black shirt, every speck of fluff and dandruff will show up, so keep that in mind if you're on a date. What I dont get is why my black shirt was covered in glowing fuzz and my girlfriend's black shirt had zero glowing fuzz. I mean, what am I doing wrong, laundry-wise? Anyway, she got a better score than me, but I got the last shot in the highest score hole in one try, which made her crazy because she is very competitive. My advice is to use a lint roller before you go, and play with someone not too competitive.

Fun little day out with the kids. Not too expensive which is nice. They also have a play again offer for about half price of you want to play all 18 holes again. Would be nice if it was themed better. Each hole seemed like they just dropped random obstacles throughout so it was lacking a bit. Still fun though.

I held my son's 7th birthday party here. I booked it to start at 11am. I arrived approximately 20minuets early to ensure I knew the game plan for the party and how things were going to work. The young girl at the front desk seemed extremely overwhelmed and had no idea what was going on with our party. I asked about when pizza would arrive and the cake and was told they didn't have the cake marked down and she would text her manager. I was later told that the pizza would be ready for 12:00, and the cake should be there around then as well. After all the children arrived we played our round of mini golf (flew through it) we were out in roughly 25 mins with 10 children ! Since it was still early , we then got our tokens for the children and let them play in the arcade. The arcade had several machines that were out of service , and multiple other machines that would eat the tokens and not let them play the round or not give out tickets that are owed. When the When kids were cashing in their tickets the girls at the front desk were very rude with them, and were more interested in playing on their cell phones. the pizza was ready we ordered two pepperoni when we booked but received one pepperoni , one former pepperoni now cheese pizza.( You could tell it was cooked as a pepperoni pizza and the pepperonies were picked off) the pizza was under cooked and cold. The cake was a whole issue on its own. Originally we were told 12:00, then shortly after 12, then 12:30 . Needless to say the cake didn't show up until 12:45 . Our party was booked from 11-1. I had to get the girls to call the manager who did not want to come over to resolve the issue since he was currently at a in play birthday party. I spoke with him on the phone and was told our parties are usually spread out over a 3 hour time span so this was completely on schedule for where the party should be. I was not informed this when I booked the party and with how quickly we went through mini put and the amount of games that were out of order there would've been no way to keep the kids entertained the whole time. When we booked the party we were told that the broken machines were going to be fixed ( this was about a month before the actually party day). When the cake arrived it smelled of cigarettes, the box the cake it's self and with only 15 minuets left of the party I wasn't going to cut it. After arguing with the manager on the phone that I wasn't paying full price for this party not only for what's listed above but also that I was told the party room would be decorated. There was deflated balloons on the walls that were so old they had pieces flaking off of them. The manager eventually said he would be over in 10 minuets, when he showed up he had no sense of care for the situation. The manager originally wanted me to still pay full price and he would give me discounts in the future,I refused this option as I will not be returning and will be advising anyone I know to not attend this business either. The manager did refund me the price of the cake only, and then I left the cake with him which he took with him to his car. I don't think that cake was edible based on the smell that came from it. The two girls at reception did give us extra tokens for the kids and an additional round of mini golf which was appreciated. I would not recommend this place to any one for a birthday party, I should've went with my gut and trusted the terrible reviews and not wasted my money. I honestly could've done better with alot less if I had of done it from my home.

She was extremely accommodating, friendly, and gave me and my boyfriend coins to use at the arcade while we waited, since we had to wait for a larger than expected group to go before us.

My family came from out of town and we had a blast here! We had 11 people in total so we were able to split up into 3 groups (max 4 people per group), and the kids loved the fun black light colours. The employee on shift was very helpful and well educated about what he was talking about and helped us get the best rate possible :) My only complaint was that there were at least 3 arcade games that were out of order, and some of the steps in the dark mini-putt course weren't lit up well so it was hard for my grandmother to navigate. Altogether it was a fun experience for our whole family and it was difficult enough for the adults but fun enough for the kids!

Ever since I have first moved here to Barrie and was introduced to your facility, I always had a great time with friends and family. As of late I've been gradually seeing the place becoming more and more run down on the inside. I've found garbage, golf putters, glow sticks, and pencils littering the course. Not to mention the low maintence in the arcade machines. We weren't impressed when first driving up seeing snow drifts infront of the door and walkway making it a challenge to even get in. We won't be returning for awhile in hopes maybe more care will be taken to the maintenance of your facility.

I like this Mini Golf place. I've come here many times, the indoor, glow in the dark course never seems to bore me, last time I was here I played three games straight with my buddy, and had fun through all of them. The course is very well designed, and the staff here are always competent at their job and seem to offer a smile whenever I'm there. The pricing is fair, it's $14 after tax per person to golf, which you can't really complain about for 30-60 minutes of fun. The only concern is the arcade, which isn't remotely why I come to a golf place, but the arcade it does have, lacks and is too expensive.

It was fantastic. I took my 4 year old son there for one of our "dates" - he had so much fun! It was the middle of the weekday, so it was obviously quite slow, so the manager let him try as many times as he needed to win playing the "claw" game for free. Later I realized I lost my other son's soother there and she offered to drop it off on her way home, which she did, in a ziplock bag, carefully labelled "not washed yet". Great place, great service!

Sorry about this review if this place just changed owners but we were there two weeks ago and this places was BUSTED... literally!! Staff was unfriendly and half the arcade game were out of order. The mini putt was ok but could use a bit of freshening up. I have three young kids and it gets hectic so the best experience we have at mini golf is if my wife and I don’t play... this place still chaged us and our TWO YEAR old full pop to chaperone and, not cool.... but guess you have to when non of the money maker arcade games work ???? Hopefully new ownership revives this joint, might come back.... send me a coupon ????

I really like his place! The artwork is amazing inside. Everything is EXTREMELY “glow in the dark” only flaw with his place is the staff and the prizes. I really enjoy the music they play while you mini putt. I have never had a bad experience with this place in the 10+ times I’ve gone. The prices are also very reasonable. If they came up with better prizes to the arcade and had more welcoming staff I would rate a 5 star.

Terrible experience today. We were paying for 3 admissions (2 children and my husband) and I was told that myself and my one year old could not enter without also paying. I explained I would be holding my baby the entire time as SHE IS NOT OLD ENOUGH TO PLAY MINI PUTT and we were still refused entry without paying for another 2 admissions! Quite the family place- NOT! Also half the machines in the arcade are still out of order and the prizes are junk - not even dollar store quality! Not impressed and we will not be returning - our money will go to the arcade and bumper cars in Orillia next time - save yourself the drive!

Kids had a blast! We are a slow group and either had to allow others to play through or rush our game. Would be better if they staggered the groups or just time it so a new group doesn't start until the group who just went in has been playing for a certain period of time.

Golf was great... but after buying 100 tokens we found out half the machines were out of order... then the prizes were the worst I've seen at a prize arcade. Will not be going here again. If your going for golf its worth it but check the arcade section before deciding to buy tokens.

Came here for March break. The golfing was a lot of fun, and the two workers seemed pleasant when we first arrived. Afterwards, the kids wanted to play some arcade games. Several weren’t working when we put our money in and we needed assistance (tokens jammed / tickets never came out). You could tell the guy working was getting more and more impatient each time I went up to explain a problem (even though my kids were the only ones there, and the problems weren’t our fault). When my kids went up to cash in their tickets for little candies etc, the guy was shockingly rude and impatient with them (again, the only ones there) telling them to hurry up, and not to keep telling him individually, what they wanted. He ended up giving them a little more than they had earned, but it took that and a little self control on my part, not to tell the guy off (also didn't want to cause a scene in front of my young children). He spoiled what could have been a great time. After we left, my young kids commented that the man wasn’t a nice guy, and I told them, we’ll find a better place next time. Would not go back.

I had my sons birthday party here in October and we loved it so much my friends daughter wanted her party there so we had it last weekend. GREAT STAFF both times, very polite and accommodating !! Highly recommended!!

I always have fun here . Every year I come here 1 to 2 times with family or friend's. But Sadly haven't went here this year. it so pack hope by the end of summer I get a change if it is not that busy . Also there not as much shade either. but overall it is the best place to mini golf because there is not just one there is Two of them.

I find the kids pricing a little much, and again (like all the other times we've been) had trouble with the arcade machines also. I have seen an improvement in cleanliness however which was nice, but I do think they should be more organized when allowing people in as the wait times are sometimes ridiculous. It's hard to have fun with 2kids that want to golf and you're spending more time waiting at holes for groups to finish. I would suggest it, but definitely ask about how many people are ahead of you inside of you want a decent experience.

Clean, well organized, next to no crowds too! The kids loved the little arcade and the ambiance on the course is SO COOL! It would help if the staff would be a bit more...enthusiastic maybe? The employees were on their phones and not at all sociable. Friday night, October 8th, 2021 around 7pm. But it didn't stop us, we brought the joy!

It was alright. I'd say run of the mill glow in the dark place for mini golf. Outside looks dingy. Inside was pretty cool. Good place for date night though.

We had so much fun playing Mini golf here. The more you looked at the paintings, the more you found! And the course had some fun twists and turns. Wish we lived closer because we would be back with our kids.

We loved bringing our family here! We visited from Toronto, and were looking for something to do with our 4 kids. The girl that answered the phone was super nice, the type of person you want to speak with when you call any business. When we arrived we quickly signed in and got into the game area. It's a smaller place than we thought, with just a small area for arcades and the rest glow-in-the-dark mini golf. The holes are well thought-out send challenging, but not too much. Every player gets a glow bracelet, and a cool neon pencil and scorecard are provided. We didn't mind the fact that some arcades were out of order. The air hockey worked well! All in all, we paid roughly $10 per child, and it was very well spent!

Today we had a student social time that included our visit to Putt Mini Golf. The group had such a wonderful time that included a round of glow-in-the-dark mini golf & arcade games (we also ordered in a full pizza dinner). My girlfriend and I visited on new year's eve 2019. The owner was nice enough to let her staff leave to have fun for new year's and she was very nice to deal with. The glow in the dark course wasn't too hard and fun to play so we even did a second round. We will be back for sure.

Pretty neat glow in the dark mini putt. Lots of challenging holes. Does have a feel that it could be updated a little. Feels a bit expensive for what it is.

Went to putt for date night with the boyfriend and the girl behind the counter jackie went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed the course is very fun and they have arcade games to play afterwards aswell i will definitely be coming back here over and over well done

Enjoyed myself however I think there should be a staff member that journeys through the course to keep people safe. Some kids are not well behaved and were hitting the ball very dangerously.

Overall good experience. However the people at the front desk wer kind of standoffish. And some of the holes we're properly carpeted. And generally had a funny time but other franchises a Putt mini-golf are better
