Love this place for the littles! Celebrated my daughters 3rd birthday here and the staff were amazing. The room was set up completely with decorations and the play area was constantly being tidied up by staff. The food was great and the play area was very clean. You can tell that the staff have a pride of ownership there because of how well they maintain the facility. Will definitely be back and recommend highly!

It was CRAZY! Lots of castle atmosphere, climbing apparatuses, Birthday party rooms and kids!!! But I'm a bit hesitant about it being open to the public when sooo many birthdays are happening. It felt a bit too crowded.

My grandkids had a blast! So much for them to do! They made new friends and ran into kids from school....the bathrooms were clean and they even have a quite room for mommy to breastfeed her little one! The foods not that good but kids aren't picky...I thought it was priced well.

My 3 year old loves this indoor playground! It's really nice. I like the set up and the amount of seating that is available for everyone. I have a love/hate relationship with the floors. They are always clean looking when I go in, but bring some grippy socks or slippers because the floors can be very slippery. That's the only issue I have with the place, other than that it's great! We love visiting.

Lots of different play areas for kids to play from toddler to pre-teens. A number of party rooms are available and packages include unlimited drinks and pizza. There's also a laser maze for kids to wiggle their way through. Areas are well maintained, clean, and lots of staff on hand. Would highly recommend this place for parties or a play outing on cold winter days.

Held my sons birthday party here, it was very organized. A week prior to my sons party they contacted me to finalize food and decor. We showed up 15 minutes prior and his party room was all set up with decorations and balloons and there was coffee and tea for the parents as well as water bottles and juice for the kids. The pizza was really good! The kids all had fun and the staff was readily available to help when we needed them. The best part for me was that I didn’t have to set up or clean up! I would definitely plan another birthday here and would recommend them!

Wow! Great indoor playground for kids of all ages! There are different areas for different age groups, and the adults can lounge, relax, and eat in the central area. My kids loved it, and so did I.

My kids love this place! We have been several times.There is so much to do and lots of seating for parents/caregivers which provides a good, clear view. The place is very clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. There is a very large play structure with opportunities for bouncing, climbing, swinging and sliding. There is also a gated area which provides a safe play space for babies with lots of toys. We have been to one birthday party hosted here and the staff were fantastic - they brought out lots of food and juice and were great with refills. Party rooms are a good size. Highly recommend for babies up to about age 10

What a great place. Celebrated a birthday here. Everything was provided with the exception of the cake. Depending on the package you buy that is all you have to bring. I have to say that this was one of the less stressful birthday's we have planned. The loot bags are well worth the money. Paid $3 for each one. They come in a foldable printed box, little smaller than a happy meal box. They included great items for the price. The staff is great. Very accommodating and friendly. Being one of the newer indoor play places it is clean. Love the slides. They are quick. Indoor play structure is different than most. Definately will return.

Kids had a lot of fun, and it's pretty clean. Family bathroom is great, a+ there. My only complaints are the wait for any food (very understaffed) and broken arcade games that are still coin-op. In my opinion these should be set to free play, since you're paying admission. Aside from that, I highly recommend this place for your kids!

My children loved playing here. It was affordable, staff are constantly tidying things to keep it organized. They offer party rooms for birthdays and have costumes on site for purchase. It was nice because theres an extra toddler area and the way the seating is set up, parents can watch the kids from all areas of the play sections.

Great place to take the kids! I've been to a few different play places in Barrie and this one is the best! It's very clean and the staff are super friendly. I also love the food. Lots of vegan and vegetarian options. My son is 18 months and we can spend 3 hours here no problem. He usually falls asleep on the way home hes so pooped from climbing around. It's also reasonably priced compared to the others. ????????

Well for one... theres an electrical outlet in the ball pit.... DANGEROUS! They are overpriced, staff is unpleasant. Would not reccomend and wont be going back. Also the 25% off siblings that was advertised on their site that i showed them while standing AT the counter... they will not honor it. Basically saying i was lying when it was right there in my hand... THEIR OWN FRIGGEN WEBSITE. the baby area has no toys that work all dead or broken. And its freezing cold! My son got sick!

But plain ol' school-safe snacks are there too. :) • Seating: Lots of tables and chairs in the dining area adjacent to the play structure, a few benches and cushy chairs, some relocatable folding chairs, coin-op massage chairs. • Condition/Cleanliness: Feels nice, with tidy laminate floors. Bright, clean bathrooms. Toy areas can get cluttered during busy times, but staff are there to straighten up. • Parking: Located in an industrial park with ample parking, easy to find a good close spot. • Features: An extremely cool 3-level play apparatus with lots of unique swoopy slides, a high enclosed bridge filled with foam hangers, a rope swing, and some other indescribable weird fun spaces - dense and discovery-filled. A unique padded astroturf meadow where you can play with soft blocks and toys - love this! A wall lined with assorted kitchen sets, huge dollhouses, tool benches, and the like. Art tables. A few arcade games (of varying quality) scattered throughout. Small recreation area for driving plasmacars, riding fuzzy wheeled horses, or shooting hoops. Enclosed and gated 'baby zone' with exersaucers, shallow soft blocks to climb on, and assorted baby stuff. Open 'toddler zone' with some play houses and a small ball pit that needs more balls. A neat supervised blacklight+lasers 'heist' room. • Misc: A small gift shop with costumes and trinkets at the front, a mini-library of grownup books, friendly staff, a dedicated sink right next to the dining area, giant castle section that surrounds the private party rooms, a big open space with lots of natural light. Love this spot - it's got oodles of variety and density to keep the kids engaged, and the parent-hangoutability quotient is high.

Today myself my 3 year old and our friends from out of town came to play this morning .. My 3 year old was in the toddler section and came to me crying about a scary guy .. Above the toddler section on the pole was a scary tree hallween costume .. We tried for awhile to let her see the costume was not real but she would not leave our side .. I went to front desk to ask if they could remove the costume while speaking to the guy a lady rudely interrupted saying .. ACTUALLY ITS SEWED ON THE POLE SO NO .. No sorry .. No nothing We ended up leaving because my daughter couldnt stop crying over being terrified!!! I have been here several times .. Attended more parties then I can count but will no longer be attending this location .. Just for the simple fact of your lack of compassion!! Not ti mention how rude you were while speaking to me. Last time I checked this was for kids!!!

The kids LOVE it there, and having two boys under 10 means, we need somewhere for their energy to go. Not only is it laid out perfectly, but the prices for food are great (fruit tray guys, it's so good), everything is healthy, and they have different areas for each age range. Highly recommended.

Astonishing. Honestly, I can't believe it only cost us $12 for 4 people (2 adults, one 6 year old and one 11 month old) . Now of course the prices will vary depending on who you bring. We spent about 2 hours here and my kids loved it. I wasn't ashamed at all for playing on the sets with my daughter and had ease navigating the play structure. Prices are very reasonable and adults can use message chairs. They serve food at extra cost. Owners are extremely sociable and likable. If you forget something, they have it and won't gouge your wallet. We had a great time here.

Fabulous place with lots to do! BUT for a new place it’s very dirty. Climbing through the gym you can see where it is in need of some major high dusting. Also under the equipment has many MANY piles of dust balls. A good thorough clean will have this place back up to 5 stars.

What a wonderful place to have Halloween fun! a few of us moms decided to have Halloween indoors and to catch up with each other while the kids played. The owners had organized a live DJ event with great music (a bit too loud for the little ones i'd think) but the music choices were great! Large facility with lots of space and seating . they have a designated area for little kids with padded walls. Bathrooms were immaculately clean! a big pet peeve of mine at any kids facility. kids got Halloween goody bags at the end of the night and prizes during the dance 'competition' , i say that very lightly, everyone was a winner. Kids as they left said we should give K&C a million stars review and that this was better than trick or treating! goal achieved!

Great play place for kids. Went for a birthday party. Adults can fit in the play place, they also had the toonie massage chairs. There was a coloring table and playdoh table. They had a fake grass area with toys. A baby section and toddler section. Some arcade games and rides. Also a small lazer shooting zone. Only issue was at the entrance. People were walking in and out and no one was checking at the gate. Anyone could just walk in and children i feel could just walk out. Mayb stamp patrons or wrist bands? Other then that we had tons of fun!

I came here with my young nephews. What an amazing place. The staff were all helpful and polite. Place is spotless and any messes are dealt with pronto. By the end of the day, my nephews were worn out and happy. When we left, they asked when they can go back for more.

Good for your older children however staff do nothing, older kids run around the toddler area whipping balls at each other stealing balls from infants climb and jump around running by them, toddler zones never been safe for toddlers not even 1 of the 10 times I've been there. Basically there's zero rules here and the only way for it to be safe for kids 4 anbd under if for you to yell at everyone else's kids since the staff do nothing

Very well thought through! Lots of variety in play space- from climbing structure, drawing station, blocks. Play areas for small babies that can not even roll over. Cafe has appropriate snaks for kids, even squeeze pouches. Washrooms were what sold me, there is a washroom with a bassinet... in case you need to use the washroom and are with an infant (thinkibg about it now you probably would have a stroller with you, but regardless). There is also a nursing room with a playpen. All change tables have a back up for wipes and diapers in case you run out. Will definitely go there again. One of the few places where you can go with kids of different ages.

Absolutely horrendous! If I could put no stars, I would!! The owner cares more about money than kids safety. Everything was calm and quite until stampede of 20 teenagers almost run over my 2 year child. So pissed off!!! They should put a limit of age in that play ground! No coming back EVER!!!!

Alongside SMART MOVES as the best indoor play center in Barrie & area. Here's why: - Lazy-boy recliners for parents (a suggestion I've made for other places as well) - discount for 2nd child making the prices better than other places - Can see the entire playground from the cafe or the recliners - Very clean but also new so you'd expect it to be - A variety of activities for the kids in one place and tries to segregate the age groups a but - they're developing a menu but have a lot of food offerings (snacks, etc.) already - Free Wi-Fi - largest party rooms - an adult bookshelf to check out They're still figuring out ways to use the space so there may be a few changes but they've earned the 5/5 already.

Very clean environment, owners and workers are very nice. Prices are great. I would recommend this place to everyone I know. Kings and castles is by far the best indoor play centre for kids in Barrie.

Was super busy as its March break but the staff was very pleasant, and kept the place as clean as possible. Definitely reccomend!

This place is huge, with a toddler spot and a baby spot to ensure your wee ones are safe from the big kids running around. Comfy chairs for parents and a huge playground. What impressed me the MOST is the fact that half the menu is completely vegan, with TONS of options for the vegan population. It is so refreshing to see this. Well done.

This is the best play centre I've ever been to. It is also the cleanest!! My kids will play for hours and I too have an enjoyable experience chatting with other parents, using my tablet ( there is free wifi), and enjoying a baked goods from cafe. If you are health concious, they have veggie bowls, fruit bowls, organic milk etc. The party room is so well done and nicely themed, I booked my daughters birthday there, and we're super excited for it.
