(Translated) This North Face store is certainly one of the best between Vancouver and Toronto, and I've been to some! The selection is huge and there is also a sale with lots of clothes. In contrast to Calgary one has here also the more colorful things and not only black and green to choose from. If you do not find anything here, go to Vancouver. (Original) Dieser North Face Store ist sicherlich einer der besten zwischen Vancouver und Toronto, und ich war schon in einigen ! Die Auswahl ist riesig und es gibt auch einen Sale mit sehr vielen Kleidungsstücken. Im Gegensatz zu Calgary hat man hier auch die etwas farbenfroheren Sachen und nicht nur schwarz und grün zur Auswahl. Wer hier nichts findet muss nach Vancouver.

I went to your Banff, AB location On Wednesday, September 23 just before noon and I was told quite rudely that I cannot enter the store as I have coffee in my hand. I asked the male at the door if I can leave the coffee there. Was told again rudely that I cannot, so walked out. On another occasion (couple of months earlier), I went into your store (same location) as I had a TNF jacket and the feather was coming out. Asked if they can help me as it should be under warranty. The answer was “they will not do anything for you”. On Wednesday, September 23 went into Monod Sports in Banff almost across TNF store and they were happy to help me with my coffee in my hand. Instead buying a TNF jacket I got an Arc'teryx jacket with an excellent customer service and the feather is not coming out. I believe you should do something about arrogant young people who work in your store, they think because they work in Banff, they are above everybody. In summary, I will never ever buy a TNF product or enter your store.

Northface gear is great but it's gotten away from being hiker oriented and shifted to snow bunnies and urbanites. Overpriced, too bad we don't have an outlet nearby. This location is awesome though, very nice inside and a great selection.

Great little store! Carla and Jen were super helpful to my wife and I when we were looking for hiking boots. They were patient in everything we tried on and helped us out when we couldn't find the model we liked in the right size. I'm definitely a believer of North Face products after this experience. We purchased hiking boots, pants, and a rain jacket. Good gear makes all the difference.

My parents went in this evening and felt extremely out of place and unwelcomed by approximately 3 so called ‘gentlemen’ working there who were preoccupied chit chatting amongst themselves. Not a single greeting but glares. Upon reading a few reviews below, it’s a shame this seems to be a recurring matter. I question your management’s integrity for tolerating such arrogant and pretentious behaviour. Do better.

Lots of reliable stuff here for mountain and winter gear. place is clean and friendly staff. The only down side is a bit expensive very often they do sales or discounted items.

The store is well equipped with clothing and accessories . The shoes are not at all like they used to be. I have found over the years, their shoes have taken a departure from rugged outdoor equipment to more of an everyday shoe store .

Expected better from a retail shop with expensive products, didn't realize it was alright for staff to stare at their phones rather than be ready to help the customers... you'll definitely feel a lot more welcomed at Atmosphere and Monods than you would here...I'd be embarrassed as an owner ????

Had to stop in to get some pants mid bike ride because I was woefully unprepared for sub zero weather. The pair recommended by the sales associate who helped me were perfect (thanks x 1000000 guy from Australia (?)). My ride went from barely endurable to awesome immediately. I will now have to think of more things to do in the cold so I can wear them again ????. Thank you also girl with pony tail in charge of the change rooms for letting me rip the tag off and wear the pants to the cash. In summary, lots of great stuff. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great store! Yay!!
