Awesome please to go for a walk. It's by the river. I would have loved if they had a separate play area for toddlers. Its on one side of downtown so you basically start from visitor information centre do shopping eating and walk down the downtown to sit and relax here

A beautiful park in the centre of Banff town with great views of the mountains and a nearby river. Great spot to picnic or being takeout to should the weather permit, and a great spot to have a nice clam walk or bike ride through. Would recommend if you're in the area

We love riding bikes on the legacy trail from Canmore to Banff and enjoying a picnic lunch in the park before returning. Everything is well kept and safe.

The kids asked for a park, so we took them. A couple of play structures for kids to make their own fun. Lots of tables to sit at and picnic. It's right along the Bow River, which we took a walk along after the kids were done playing. A nice break from the crowded sidewalks.

Best place to relax, if you have little or more time to kill, at great location and great flower garden and river runs beside it. Well maintained, good for pictures with extra scenic background.

A much much smaller version of the NYC central park, it still has its own charm. The Banff version however, is very clean and trimmed well. You can relax on a bench, sit on the grass or even hang out by the river. There's also a public washroom nearby if you have to access any facilities.

Absolutely beautiful here. Fiancé and I played frisbee in the grass. Odd pile of elk poo but didn't bother us. There's a market really close by in Saturdays!

Beautiful! We visited the market on the day and had a great time. Parking was free for the first 3 hrs. The market was small but had a nice selection of vendors. Some of the food we enjoyed: - Brazilian cheese bread - Grilled cheese sandwich - Bison jerky! You can’t really beat the view at the park either. Perfect for a picnic

A wonderful park in the center of Banff where you can hike, rest and enjoy the aura of the aura of the incredible nature surrounding you. You can enjoy artists playing in the bandstand, or a host of food selections from the nearby food trucks, or the many wares, creations, food and drink in the adjacent craft market.
